Wonderful shopping experience! Found my daughters debutante gown here. Tasteful selection of gowns. Great prices. A lovely space. And we appreciated that Becca was attentive, and also gave us space for our mother-daughter deliberations. (At other shops, sales ladies kept inserting themselves into our conversation and blathering on about how beautiful each dress was.) Becca allowed us to hear each other and experience the dresses. Gem of a bridal shop!!!

What an amazing experience! My little sister found this shop and had a fabulous experience, said yes to the dress! The shop is adorable, Beccas personality is great, the selection was great! They canceled my fiancé’s appointment less than 24 hours in advance due to an “error in scheduling.” No apology, no more information, no consolation, just a copy-pasted email and a preprogrammed text directing us to talk to an automated assistant. The lack of professionalism and entirely absent customer service is nothing less than an insult. My fiancé is beyond upset and incredibly discouraged from ever attempting to do business or reschedule with this establishment.
