Ive lived in the Lockwood neighborhood for 15 years and have seen a few owners in then out. I can honestly say that this business has found its right owner and Im more than willing to visit the willows anytime over any other because of fair prices, variety and friendliness. The owners and employees are more than pleasant and welcoming. Id recommend the Willows Liqours to anyone.

Ive been in here many many times and always paid cash. And every time I ask for a receipt they tell me they cant give me one after the transaction is over. Well the other day I bought a 15 pack which was 10.56 at the time and a 6 pack which was 5.56 and a 3 dollar tomato juice. And she told me the total was 30 buck?!?!?!?! WHAT?? I demanded to the the receipt before I paid. Then they told me they dont give receipts for cash transactions....they cheat people out of money hardcore. The old lady that works there is nice. But the younger gal always cheats people out of money to put in her own pocket. And shes really rude. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Went in and the owner didnt even acknowledge us, continuing to talk on the phone. Brought what we wished to purchase to the front where she continued again to ignore us and eventually and begrudgingly got up to check us out. Lastly, and this was more unusual that wrong or rude because she definitely reserves the right to enforce store policy but she would not accept my card because it had a different first name. Same last name and no See ID, but still wouldnt take it. She said she didnt trust it. Oh well, overall not professional and just not a good experience. Get your beer, wine and spirits elsewhere! 👍

I really appreciate the store staff is good thing I moved and they have the same selection its really good and everything about it is like right and my girlfriend has daughters and then theyre like the best and it was like we stayed up motel across the country and weve been to LA and Dallas and we went back to Seattle and then we went over to Massachusetts and like this is the best I flee the best and like I dont say that lightly the best absolutely without a doubt best looking for other Vincent and car broke down we had to have an RV fun RV we stayed here just for the company of the liquor store and they have a wide variety and it was amazing and theyre all that great and everything and nobody knows what like theyre like theyre missing out on unless you go to this latest or you can go to the restaurant and its not the same and its just like this great and Im watching Harry Potter and its really free because Ive never read the book but Ive been told multiple books anyways this is my Google review and if you like it then give me 5 Stars anyways I think Harry Potter come by in the last one but Im not even there yet

Good selection of wine and draft beer. Very clean and pleasant. Prices are fair and they will order stuff for you if they dont have it in stock.

Stopped by around 11:30pm to get some beer and was pleasantly surprised by a good variety of local microbrews. They also have a decent selection of wine and vodkas. Prices are very reasonable.

Went in a few minutes before close ask questions very knowledgeable staff all of my questions were answered found everything I needed they had actually had everything I was looking for highly recommended thank you so much.

Very rude and unprofessional, especially towards a regular! I usually buy the same thing every time I go there, pint of rum, behind the counter. The day I decided to get something good, the mom and daughter both stare at me the whole time that Im trying to shop. They repeatedly asked me what do I want? Which made my decision making even more nerve racking because they dont have much liquor to even choose from! Finally, I couldnt handle the harassment and said Ill just take the usual pint and Ill go buy a big bottle somewhere else! But NO.. They kicked me out and said I was trying to knock over their bottles of wine that was behind me, with my bag!!! .... Why tf would I be intentionally trying to knock over your bottles? They were very mean about the situation and Ill never go back there. Theres another one thats two times bigger kiddy corner, on the next block!

Great selection of beer. Ive been coming here for 4 years now and honestly I have NEVER seen rude, inconsiderate, unreasonable acts as those explained in previous reviews. Its simple, small, quiet, organized business; Pick your poison, be patient, be kind, understand private ownership policies, pay, and go have some fun or relaxation time.Its a liquor store people!!! If youre looking for wine tasting, or someone to walk around with you to explain alcohol/ taste content and carry your merch for you theres plenty of that in elsewhere Colorado.Just a fun fact, there is a user with different accounts but the same I.p address writing negative comments. ;) I got you!

The lady working 9/24, 6pm just came outside screaming at me to leave her property. Im sitting on stairs 10 ft in front of the store waiting on an uber. She said Im a gangster and scaring customers away. Then she threatens to call the cops and I tell her to go ahead and do it because theres nothing illegal Im doing. This store will never ever get my service.

Owner got upset that I told her about better prices from others. told me to shop some where else. Fact is, I have been one of the best beer fans for them for 6 months when it comes to special beers. I dropped them after that insult.

I was impressed that they actually had some beer I never seen before... although it smelled really bad and the lay out was horrible.
