Not happy at all… spent $5k on a modular set in the beginning of July. Never received a confirmation call,text or email. Called the store 4 weeks later, to get an update or confirmation of any sort and I get the run around. They can’t look up purchases in store, so I called customer service line and they weren’t able to locate any order, or even find an account associated with our information. Get transferred to Denver mattress just for them to transfer me back to the store. The associate I spoke with hangs up/disconnects within 30 seconds. We call back just for a guy to keep stumbling over his words and trying to defend his coworker. All we wanted was an update on our sofa but now we are canceling our order and going elsewhere. First and LAST time dealing with Furniture Row.

My experience with furniture has been an ongoing nightmare since we made our purchase just a few weeks ago. We were sent the wrong size bedframe and dresser, no hardware to assemble the bed with so we bought the hardware cause we didnt want to wait for some to be delivered. Now the stupid pieces are falling apart! We will NEVER buy from them again!
This is a review of the service/ operations not the furniture.I was adamant about having purchased furniture available for pick up before Friday. I told the associate ( Miguel ) I would only purchase the furniture if he could guarantee it’s availability before the end of the week, otherwise I would go to a different furniture store ( American Warehouse ) where I could get the furniture immediately. I explained I am hosting guests on Friday and needed it before.He looked on the computer, and told me my pieces were in Colorado Springs and Pueblo.He further explains the truck schedule and that there would be at least two truck delivering to Dacono, before Friday and he guaranteed Friday “ AT THE LATEST!”So I texted him on Tuesday to check progress. He responded“ Let me call them and make sure they did, yesterday they had those pieces pulled and ready to go!”Long story short, my pieces didn’t arrive until The following Tuesday. My plans to host were ruined.Another associate explained to me the pieces were in Mississippi and never in Colorado.I WAS LIED TO IN ORDER TO CLOSE A DEAL AND TAKE MY MONEY.This Long time frame between purchase and receiving is out dated, not necessary and can be avoided by purchasing the same quality furniture online or at (American Warehouse)I’m extremely annoyed, at the situation and being lied to after thinking I was going to receive accommodating service.LIARSGO ELSEWHEREDON’T SHOP THIS STORE
Bought furniture at this store 3 years ago, along with the warranty. Would never recommend wasting money on the warranty as they dont actually cover anything, they find a way to decline regardless.Long story short- table was delivered and installed by their team. We recently noticed exactly why some of the screws had penetrated the wood and the crossbars dont meet at the bottom angles. The delivery team installed parts in upside down- verified by the upside down stickers...Called the store and Max was quick and efficient. Heard our issue, and responded with a simple process to swap table out.I would absolutely recommend their customer service, and the products we purchased are a great quality as well.
Purchased Furniture in 2016 had multiple issues with it now 2020 trying to get some product covered by the extended warranty was told that the extended warranty only covers accidental the rails off the bed set are falling off very flimsy material was extremely disappointed spending over 12K there.
We received great customer service and a good price!
I bought $4k worth of stuff here and had it delivered and assembled while I was at work. 2 years later when its time to move, I find that everything is assembled half assed and jacked up. If you purchase here, deliver it and assemble yourself.
