I had a great experience in here, found it by mistake while driving, I have been looking for a couch for a while now and everywhere I go they wanted me to wait 4 to 5 months, so in here I found a fine looking couch for a fair price and in stuck, prior to this purchase I purchase a couch at Ashleys and they kept pushing the delivery time so i had to cancel. The paperwork was fast and easy, they send to the warehouse to pick it up the same day, no problems there either so overall so good so far hope the couch doesnt fall apart to fast.

I liked that they werent chasing me around the store, and I was able to look at everything, and when I was ready they were ready to answer my questions, and the final transaction was clear and easy. Plus I love my new sofa and rug =)

Recently went furniture shopping here and had a great experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only was the staff great, but the furniture is great quality as well. I have two giant dogs and if the furniture can survive them, it can survive anything! Definitely would recommend shopping here.

We bought couches back in May. Randy the sales guy was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the mechanisms in the couch ended up breaking on the reclining portion. So we contact customer service. They were so helpful. The manufacturer of the couches ended up issuing us a store credit so we could get different couches. We went back to pick out new couches, Randy was there again just as helpful as the last time. Adam the store manager was also very helpful when it came to processing the credit.The deliveries both times went smoothly and on time.We will definitely be buying more furniture here in the future.

Went to the store to check out some couches to get for my new apartment. Found one I liked and placed and order with them. They mentioned it was out of stock and would be a month until it was back in stock and delivered (no problem). After a month passed I called to check on the order only to be informed it was delayed another month. The store said they would remove the shipping cost for this delay. The shipping cost did not appear to get credited back for a month. Called a month later to check again on the delivery. Got told the manufacture ran out of material and it would be another two months for the couch to be ready. This is a total of 4 months waiting for a couch, 1 was expected and 3 were not. I cant give a review on the product itself because I canceled my order and got a similar couch online from another company.

Came here to just window shop and ended up getting all the furniture I needed for the living room and more! This place is so pretty and the workers make shopping so much fun! Very much enjoyed it. Been telling all my girlfriends about this place

What can I say. If I could give 100 stars I would. I bought a beautiful dining set on Tuesday and Thursday it was delivered to me. Incredible fast service I came to you because I wasnt happy with waiting 54 days for Mor furniture to get my table set. They didnt have it in stock . I want to express my deep disappointment regarding the poor customer service attitude of one of your employee-Randy by name. I made two choices of furniture which unfortunately couldnt fit into my apartment due to its length and had to be returned. I was anticipating I would get a call back from him as a sales person that wouldnt want to loose his client to competition since I have options to go somewhere else. His behavior the second day I went there was like he was doing me a favor and even told me he would charge me for a delivery that did not come to fruition until I told him I wanted to speak to the manager before he changed his mind.I desire to go back and pick a furniture that would fit into my apartment but his attitude is discouraging me. I worked in the banking sector for a decade plus and know the importance of excellent customer service,going the extra mile to please and retain your prospective and existing customers but sincerely he doesnt exhibit that trait!!

I went first to Mor Furniture and order a couch back in July. They kept changing the dates of when it would come once time they didn’t bother to call me what’s so ever. I decided to cancel my order took a whole month to get almost 2 grand back from them. I decided to go Discount Direct Furniture ivy south center mall. I found what I wanted and I asked someone if they had it in stock . He said yes I was like can we get it delivered this weekend . He said not till Monday I let him know my experience with Moore Furniture. He got on the phone and had my couch delivered by Saturday. I saw him that Thursday’s afternoon . He went above and beyond that day ... You guys freaken rock . I need a bed and I will be going to see you guys only .... Thank you for going all out for me we love our sectional .

Walking to this store was a mistake, please don’t do the same, i bought this new mattress which my old mattress is better than the new one i swear to God, i had a neck pain since i bought this mattress and i tried to return for an exchange they didn’t approve it, kept telling lies. For Christmas I got my wife a bed and dresser. The shopping is easy and unpressured and the salesman got is something within our budget. We Im more than happy with our investment and the shopping experience we had at discount Direct.

We found the sectional we have been searching for (2 power recliners, USB plugs on one end and a full size sleeper sofa on the other end) which no one carries, and it is firm and super comfortable (for under$2,000.0) and the delivery company hauled away our old sectional(its a little extra, but worth not having the hassle). Prices are awesome and they got our stuff delivered in a few days. Awesome, nice staff also(not pushy). O.S. Big selection and an online shopping computer for stuff not in house.

Everytime I’ve gone in, the staff has always been incredibly helpful and nice but the best part is their prices! I love that I get quality items (like HUNTER Rainboots) or great furniture, I bought my nightstand and dresser from them for a fraction of the price!

This used to be my favorite furniture place but there have definitely been some changes. I’ve visited this location last week to get some things for my new apartment and I was able to find an inexpensive bedroom set for my daughter that was 450 bucks for just the headboard frame and one in table but the colors super amazing. I wanted to get carpet for each room in my apartment, the living room, daughters room, and my bedroom but they don’t have the rug rack like They used to. They used to have tons of rugs hanging up on a rack on the wall. I was told to visit the new warehouse location and they have a ton of rugs there at a discounted price, we’ll talk about that shortly. I went in and was able to find a couple of Barstools to go next to my counter. The moving or delivery company used to be 100 bucks it’s now 145. I didn’t want to spend 145 to get a few stools in a bedroom set delivered I figured I would just go in and get as much stuff as I could and just pay for the delivery once. They have a Big selection of furniture and I can say the prices are affordable. I really enjoy Brian he’s very knowledgeable On the store products and availability. He also has great customer service and sales I think it would be cheaper for me to just get a U-Haul and pick the items up myself but I live on the third floor of an apartment building and so my struggle is going to be getting all this stuff upstairs. Prices are affordable. Staff isn’t following you around the store the entire time. And you should be able to go in here and find anything that you’re looking for. They discount direct warehouse is open and I was able to go there get two lamps and two carpet’s for 250 bucks. We’re talking full size humongous Rugs to damn near cover an entire room. Winning!!!!

Had an amazing experience with Discount Direct Furniture. I bought a sectional online October 18th and I immediately received an email stating it would be on backorder and might be in as early as first week of November. I ended up getting the couch today October 29th and the two gentlemen that delivered got it in the house and installed in a matter of 10 minutes without any mess or clean up on my end. They brought their own protective blankets and tools to drill in the wooden pieces of the couches. I highly recommend since I was looking at the same couch at Mor Furniture for much MORe in addition to an even more expensive white glove delivery service. They gave great communication throughout via email, automated call, and arrived early within the 3 hour delivery window period. I will be looking to Discount Direct going forward for any of my furniture needs, thank you.

Super laid back and ZERO pressure. the main floor is packed with clothing and miscellaneous goods. Great deals on items like canned foods and other cooking essentials. Its worth a visit. This place is tucked away but it isnt very difficult to get too.

My family and I had a great experience at this store, the quality of furniture and the price is honest and affordable. The sales person gave us space to check out all the sofas, sectionals, and love seats in the store without being pushy or impatient. He was helpful and let us know about delivery and extended warranty options (5 years for 10% of the cost of furniture).Please be aware that the free delivery is curbside. I’m glad I caught this as I personally read every line of the contract. If I did not do this I would not be able to carry these into the 3rd floor of my apartment by myself. (Add 10% of the cost of furniture for white glove delivery.)The delivery people were polite, and clean, they hauled off any excess packaging and were very timely. By timely I mean they were there exactly at 1:30 when they had until 4:30.Ultimately I got a great quality sofa and loveseat for just under $1300 including delivery, and taxes.Please praise the sales person for Order: 00118389 I cannot remember his name but he really was great.

The manager, Richard was very unprofessional and rude. I misunderstood the lady that was helping us with a furniture at the time regarding delivery options and I acknowledged that. I had paid for a U Haul thinking it would be cheaper than the delivery/installation fee $89. I misheard her when she said it would be free for curbside. Which we would’ve done if we had heard her correctly. We were then aware of the free curbside option when the lady at the warehouse had told us while we were picking up the furniture. Called down to the store and the manager said he would look at it and see what he could do for us. Couple days pass by, didn’t hear from him again so I decided to make a call and spoke with him. He said he spoke with the lady that was helping us and said she did tell us, and that he can’t do anything for us. He sounded very rude, very annoyed, very impatient and rushed. All we wanted was to see IF they could do anything for us as far as reimbursement goes or not. We were ok if he couldn’t because we knew it was our fault for the miscommunication but honestly he did not handle the situation appropriately. Although the cashier lady Laura and the lady (don’t remember her name) that had helped us with our purchase were very pleasant to work with, had good customer experience with them but the manager was not easy to deal with.

Richard and his staff were helpful to work with. While I ended up not purchasing, they quickly processed my voided payment and remained pleasant and professional even after I used up some of their time. They are worth a visit if you are looking for very affordable furniture.

The worst furniture store I’ve ever been too. Do not waste your time and money it’s not worth it. The employees are horrible and the manager is worse. They have good furniture is nice but the stress of dealing with them is not worth it. They gave me a two delivery time which was fair. I got ride of old furniture. I called two day before the delivery two make my final payment. And they had no idea about my order I had already paid half and I was only calling in to pay the other half. They said they would call me the next day which they didn’t, I called them and tried to figure out what was going on and I got a hold of they manager Richard and he told me they couldn’t get my delivery in time and I would have to wait for two months. If it wasn’t for me calling them they just to pay the other half they would have known there was that much of a delay. The most unprofessional place. When buying merchandise for thousands of dollars they treat you like it’s not there problem and to just deal with it. I ended up going to Mor Furniture and they were amazing. Don’t waste your time and money they don’t care about there customers. If the manager is that bad I’m not surprised that employees act horrible as well.

Very poor customer service. One man was about to come up to us but then he started talking to one of the other workers. We stood in front of the furniture we were looking to buy for about 10 minutes until he finally came up to us. As we were parking the same man stared at us very weirdly. Later when we asked questions about if there was 40% off on the sofa, he rudely said no im not giving you 40% off. Worst service from an employee ive seen. Hopefully they get some proper training.

Pretty good prices, they have changed their location to being furniture only. We ended up buying a cheap mattress. Note that mattresses are final sale after purchase. The warehouse isnt too far away but a little difficult to find.

Im never coming back here. The deals are not worth your time and money and the customer service is horrible. I recently had an altercation with the head cashier, Laura. My kids, being kids, were playing around as we were waiting for my mom to finish shopping. No one came to me and complained until Laura came by and gave me the stink eye and told me to control my children. Had she come up to me and politely said it, I wouldve had no issues and would not have argued with her. But the way she handled the situation was rude and unprofessional. Ive never been treated this way at a store because of my kids. Ive had two bad experiences with customer service there so far. You can find better deals at Walmart or the Dollar Tree and better quality too.

We got sectional and mattress from them had to wait 3 months for our sectional and the mattress they gived us was not what we payed for, we kept calling them for about 2-3 weeks for them to just exchange it for what we payed for, at they end they told us it’s been to long and now they can’t do any anything so we payed 1300 for the mattress that we didn’t even pick.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I just bought a sofa from them today and had a great experience so far! The two men I delt with were both very friendly and answered my questions, but still gave me space to make the decision on my own. I went to a couple different stores and the sales people would just stand next to you the entire time, I felt very pressured. Not here though!And the prices were amazing! Lowest I could find.Its defiantly a smaller store, so its probably hit or miss with what youre looking for, but defiantly worth stopping in and checking them out.

I always find great deals here, $5 Halloween costumes in October or discounted gluten free items or even found good deals on toys around Christmas time. Ofcourse you have to go looking for things (similar to ross or goodwill) you never know what youll find... and food items are near best buy dates, but if that doesnt bother you its good!

It is a good store. Been out there a bill zillion times one stop shop. You can get it all right there no bouncing around. Toys, Laundry soap, clothes, household, Appliances. Food, anything and everything at a decent price.

I highly would not recommend anyone to buy at this store, about a year ago I bought some sofas with warranty, right after two months of use they started to brake up. I called them so many times and they were not taking any action to come and see what is wrong with the sofas since they were under warranty. Finally after 8 month they came and looked at the sofas and told me they they will fix them, but never showed up to fix them. You might think that they have good deals, but I guaranty you that they will cost way more because their quality and costumer service is horrible.

Eh. Not super impressed. There were several items that Ive seen at dollar tree before that were more expensive than if I just went to dollar tree. There is a huge selection of name brand clothes but I would say its pretty close to retail price or if you just hit a sale at the mall youd get a better deal. The food section was large but both my husband and I picked up items and they were expired by a few months. The prices were about the same as the grocery store and Id rather just buy non expired food items for a few cents more. My husband and I agreed that we wouldnt return. You can go to dollar tree or even Fred Meyer and get the same stuff for near the same price on a lot of the items and they arent expired.

Let me start by saying I have spent thousands of dollars at their discount store when it was just below Valley Hospital, & now in Kent. One of the ladies knows me very. The ladies there are AMAZING! Return Customer. Then I discovered their furniture store in Tukwila. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience turned into my worst nightmare at the Tuwila Store. Went into purchase I had a newly hired Asian gentleman helping me in Nov 2018. He was new & slow that was understandable. He was taking a little long to finish up needed some help. So Richard the store manager stepped into help who was very condescending towards the new guy as helped him. Then he just finally took over & finished as I kindly waited on the couch. As time went on I was getting closer to being done paying my furniture of I asked the finance company what was my balance. It was almost 3 times my purchase amount. I said hold on I know I didnt sign anything of the sort agreeing to that please send me the contract showing where I signed. They sent it. To my surprise my signature had been forged by the seller who completed the paperwork. The penmanship matches perfectly. Told the finance company this. They told me to take it up with the store. That was end of March 2019. Called to speak to Richard at the Tukwila Store, a woman w/slight accent answered the phone. I explained my situation to her, my voice is loud, as I was talking to her she didnt even remove the phone from her mouth & said, I wish this woman would stop yelling, I told her Im not I have a loud voice. Just absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! Left a message call never returned.Fast forward to April 2019. Head to the store speak w/Richard the very unprofessional Store Manager because all calls were never returned.Sat down & pulled out my ID, a few credit cards told him fraud was committed someone had signed my signature on the loan papers. Pulled up the paperwork for comparison to show him, & he wants to blame doc-u-sign on the signature. I said it DOES NOT CHANGE A SIGNATURE COMPLETELY TO MATCH A SALESPERSONS HAND WRITING. He was rude condescendingly trying to convince me of my own signature. I never DOC-U-SIGNED ANYTHING. I still have emails of them wanting me to that I didnt even SEE. Someone willing set up a Doc-u-sign account in my name to close the deal. Thats a crime called forgery. Richard said hed see what he could do to fix it. He talked to the finance company he said they would refund ALL MY MONEY Id sign CONTRACT MYSELF THIS TIME & start FRESH! Which I had absolutely no problem w/all payments were on time & it was almost paid off. They didnt they shorted me $182.85. I called the Finance company spoke to a Manager there gave him an the dates of the withdrawls. He said he would talk to the finance department on that Monday & call me that TUESDAY. Thats been 2 weeks ago. Ive heard nothing. Mind you I even stopped in one day to sign the contract out of good faith, before the refund even happened and Richard told me the contract was going to come directly from the finance company from me to sign ands waved me out the store.Richard called today AGAIN. I TOLD HIM Ive heard nothing from them, about the money Im missing, and that he told me, If he had time 2 weeks ago he would look into it!Now hes trying to bully me about picking up furniture I bought to keep, that I did absolutely nothing wrong but pay my payments on time. Then call them out when I found out someone forged my documents. Its their job to fix this. Forging is a crime. Ive been hung on by Richard he is the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen in my life. So today I returned the favor. I cannot deal with this man anymore. I also guarantee that if I was a different color other then the same color as RICHARD he would not have handled me in this manor, hed be on his best behavior which he should be on WITH ALL CUSTOMERS. SHAME ON HIM. Or maybe its because Im a woman. I hope to God the owner of this company sees this. I really want this resolved with him.
