Larry was great! I highly recommended stopping by this sleep number store if you need a great bed.

I have owned my bed for 4 years. A couple of months ago it started losing air. I spent an hour on the phone with customer support, they shipped me some new parts 5 days, then scheduled a time for it to be serviced. They service my bed and said it was fixed. I told them I think it is still losing air and they said lets wait and see. Sure enough it is still losing air. Now I am told I need to get some caps and test it. I went to this store and explained that I have a $10,000 bed that I can not sleep in and they said there is nothing they can do to help me. I would expect a company that sells $10,000 beds would do anything to make their customers happy. Like overnight necessary parts and fix the issues free of charge. Instead they tell me there is nothing they can do, it is not their issue I need to call customer service. I can $50 to have parts overnighted and wait 1-2 weeks to get it fixed. Be warned if you have issued with these beds you could be 2-3 weeks to get it fixed. And it will not be free.

I arrived at the store telling sales person what my desires were. Ive had a king number bed for close to 20 yrs and wanted a queen. I inquired about a single air chamber without the bulky center foam. I thought that was what I was getting until I got home and saw I had ordered a duel chamber. I guess I didnt make my wishes in the correct words and was never given the option. Made a call to customer service and they made corrections to my order. Thank goodness I looked closely at my order and customer service was very helpful. Lesson learned, review purchase order very carefully.

After spending a week driving down into town and lying on several competitors beds, in public, we found ourselves in The Lakewood Sleep Number store. This was an educational and great experience. Larry was thorough, professional and knew his product. You will not be disappointed or waste your time if you are searching for answers to “who will not pressure us but will take the time to educate us on why this is a quality product”. Thank you for helping us to make an informed decision. We can’t wait to sleep in our new bed!

This a superb store, excellent store employees who go put of the way to make things happen. They deserve 5 stars. We after less than 2 years have a air issue with one side of the bed we have been through verbal tests several times, now a more complex test is needed that requires agility that the two of us no longer have at our age. $99 just to have a in person come, and we pick up supplies they will need from the store.

Ellie was the best! I am always trepidatious about going into this store. And she made it lovely, and she helped us find the bed weve needed for years. No more tossing and turning! She was patient, and soo informative! Please go to this store near the Colorado Mills, and ask for Ellie! She will save your life... through sleep! It is worth the time and the money to sleep well!

AJ our sales rep was great! We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, he explained everything in detail. Answered every question we had. Was extremely patient with us and our two year olds. We literally made a purchase because of him

I have been thinking about a sleep number bed for a long time so decide to go in during the labor day sale. Larry at the Colo mills store was great. He walked me through every step of picking out the best option for me. The only slightly disappointing thing is since it was a popular time I wont receive the bed for a month. So I cant comment yet on the product just purchase experience

I have been shopping for a bed for months and AJ actually gets it. We spent over half hour on two different days finding my number and trying all the beds. He was so patient and nice the whole time. I felt really good buying a sleep number from him. I highly recommend travelling out of your way to come to this store if you want to feel like a valued customer.

My wife and I have been talking about buying a Sleep Number for a long time and the opportunity finally presented itself last weekend! We worked with AJ who gave us an honest rundown on all the models and found us what we needed. He also customized our transaction so we could take advantage of a current promotion AND finance the rest of our order. We would not have made the purchase without his extra effort!

Second go around with different store location was a much better experience. The management team at Lakewood was very helpful, efficient, and courteous. The follow through was even better. I received my bed at the warehouse in perfect condition, no excuses about my bed not being available, and got it home hassle free.

We were interested in learning more about a sleep number bed and went to the Colorado Mills store. AJ spent time showing us the beds and I learned that there was a program for 24 months no interest. I gave AJ personal information to determine ELIGIBILITY ONLY. 2 weeks later I received a credit card that I did authorize and that I did not want. I called the Fraud Dept. of the credit card company who cancelled the account and will perform an investigation.

Larry took his time and helped us find exactly what we wanted and gave us a great deal! I’ll always recommend Larry at the Colorado Mills Sleep Number.

Ill try to keep this as short as possible.Deceptive sales tactics are used so they can nickle and dime where ever they can. When purchasing a new bed for our mother I asked Larry, the store manager, about universal mounting brackets for attaching the very overpriced base to a headboard and was told they were included.On delivery day I asked the very transparent and honest installers where they were and was told:This happens to us all the time. The salesmen lie all the time about accessories and will say anything to get the sale.When we called asking about the brackets, Larry then lied again, telling us when we asked about them we didnt need them.We are now waiting for over a week for these parts to come in. Which of course came at an additional cost on top of the bed.Not sure I will ever work with this company again. Especially this location. Too bad because the beds are nice.

Exceptional customer service and communication. We so appreciate Larry and his staff, and I don’t think we’ll ever purchase another bed besides a Sleep Number. Glad to have these guys nearby!

I don’t always review my experiences when buying typical household furniture, but people need to know about AJ. His humble attitude and well-timed jokes were just icing on the cake, when in fact this guy knows more about the importance of comfortable sleeping than I knew one could. These beds are not cheap, actually, they are ridiculously expensive. However, we left knowing we made a good choice after working with AJ since he answered every question we could think of, helped us make a final decision with no added pressure, and understood that we had no clue what we were looking for in the first place. Even if you’re not looking for a bed, just go hang out with AJ for 20mins and he might change your mind.

I was looking around and was enjoying my time there 😊 and I got a little sleepy, I walked up to a reasonable priced queen mattress so I went to test out a bed, I guess I fell asleep I woke up with a pillow and blanket all tucked in with a associate to kiss me on the forehead he said did you sleep well champ and I did. Amazing experience I walked out that night with a brand new bed, I will come back here again

Larry was great. He didnt push or pull us to buy a new bed. He sold us a new bed because it was time. We love our old sleep number bed, had it for 12 years. We wanted to update. Thanks Larry

Went in with the intentions of just learning more about the sleep number beds. AJ helped us. He was attentive to all of my family there! He is knowledgeable, patient, pleasantly funny, and gave us plenty of space to talk to eachother when needed. We ended up purchasing a bed, so that is where my review will end for now....to be continued regarding delivery and review of the bed itself!

Very disappointed with Sleep Number. Bought a very expensive bed, they gave me a 3-hour delivery time window, came to the house and said they waited 15 min and left. I took they day off work and was 10 feet from the door all day. A knock would have been nice. Now it is another 7 days out. Zero empathy, remorse or effort to accommodate!.

Larry was fantastic. They dont pressure you and completely understand finanical stressors. Fantastic service and just helpful and happy people.

Delivery dates should be much more clear and consistent. The woman who helped me pick my bed was great though. Not so much an issue with the specific store as an issue with the sleep number delivery process as a whole.

The store was very clean and tidy. We had the privilege of working with Donovan who was very knowledgeable and professional. My wife especially liked the size of his biceps in his polo shirt. We are looking forward to the arrivalof our purchase.

My husband and I went with intentions of buying, however we were not greeted we walked around and the 2 men there didnt seem to acknowledge us. The store was empty and nobody ever came to take care of us. We left due to the poor customer services, we were so excited to learn and see what our best fit was.

I didnt know all Sleep Number beds are shipped from the manufacture, but Im glad I stopped in anyway. AJ was super helpful and managed to give me a break on the purchase.This will be the third Sleep Number bed Ive owned and I swear by them. Sometimes you need a really hard bed just crank it up. Sometimes you need a soft bed, air it down.

The explanation of how the bed works was very good and informative. He answered my questions and gave us demonstrations which was helpful.However, when it came to the financing portion the agent first told us it would be about $75/month. Then when we were checking out he said that he was incorrect and it would be around $150. This was way off. More like $354.00/month. Check the figures before you agree or sign anything. We still bought the bed but we were upset about the inaccuracy of the financing depicted by the agent.

We bought the IG 8 adjustable bed and are very happy with our purchase. Our salesperson (AJ? sorry I cant remember) was very knowledgeable and helpful in making such a big decision and purchase. Happy we made the purchase and cheers to happy sleeping.

We were uphold and lied to about the base of our temperpedic bed to the tune of over $2,000.00. Then we were told two delivery charges would be not be charged but one would be credited that day and upon my calling to ask about the credit it never happened. I fear the delivery day upcoming as the switching of the beds will be a disaster as I fully expect the company to say they do not move the base of the old bed to bedroom B just to be ornery. Also all the paper work which bases our 25 year warranty is incorrect and I keep trying to correct it through Customer service to no avail. This being my 17th bed has been a disaster and I really doubt this company will be here in 25 years.

Not all may care, but Sleep Number will not move your bed for you. They will break it down for the movers ($180) and set it up in your new location ($180) totaling $360, but they will not move it. I can move my entire apartment for that cost. Sleep number beds are a little more technical than your average bed. I guess I just have to hope that my movers can move it without breaking anything. Argh!I will never buy a sleep number bed again. They are very overpriced and not as comfortable as you might think. I have the CE and its not very soft, even at setting 35. The padding is not comfortable.

Better save your receipts and fill out your warranty card! After 4 years, one of the dimple seams started to leak. The store stocked no spare mattress parts, was UNABLE to help us identify the actual part number I needed, was CLUELESS about helping to verify the age of the mattress with the serial numbers, and said the store doesnt stock patch kits because the warranty is so good. LET ME TRANSLATE: I had to order a replacement from the factory, paid FULL price, and had to go to REI to get a patch kit in the meantime. If your thinking about a sleep number bed, make sure to order the REI patch kits ahead of time. I had to go to (2) REI stores, before I gave up and ordered them online from them. Must be a lot of Sleep Number people with leaks.
