I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience shopping for a mattress at Mattress Firm at Lakewood City Commons. Jason took his time showing me the mattresses that he thought would work best for my needs and letting me try them out. He didnt press me to purchase anything on the spot. After going home and doing some Internet research on the mattress I liked best, I returned to the store later that day and purchased the mattress. His price matched the other stores, both physical and online, that I checked, and he even gave me a senior discount, which saved me more money. I would recommend this store to anyone.

If they delivered what was requested the first time, and had the item in stock the second time, and provided an temporary equivalent the third time with the requested frame, and if they are able to deliver the requested mattress and frame this coming Friday I might be able to give them a more than average rating. This average rating is as compared to other deliveries with which I have dealt recently.

Jason was very professional yet personable. I told him what I needed and he had me try 3 or 4 different mattresses. I even tried a mattress (which wasnt one Jason recommended) and he said it wouldnt be a good match for me as it was very firm. Wow Ive never met a salesman who was as honest as Jason. He was refreshing. The store was immaculate and Covid precautions were being taken. I would highly recommend buying from Mattress Firm in Lakewood, Co.

Extremely good service from the guys that work at this location. To name a couple: Devin and Lucas. Both gentlemen were so helpful. We bought a king size beauty rest in a Medium firmness, ( my wife talked me into getting- was a mistake I was miserable - Lucas helped me with an exchange getting into a soft plush bed ) Mattress firms return policy is solid - keep in mind you can only exchange once - so you better be right the second time. Im very happy with my new-new bed. Then I got the idea of getting a new temper pedic pillow. From what I can tell there pricy but worth it! I went with the pro-medium, I havent sleep better in years. Was tricky getting the pillow into the store, they delivered the wrong one to the store twice, but Devin physically went to the warehouse and got my pillow then dropped it off to my house! What an example of great service! Thank you guys so much, I will be back for my kids bed when he gets bigger! Appreciate you guys very much.

William Soucy at the Lakewood City Commons store helped me find the perfect adjustable bed (600) and mattress for my elderly mother. The delivery was quick and efficient. The delivery people were friendly and knowledgeable. I waited several weeks after buying the set to write a review, and now I can say honestly that it is a great bed and is perfect for my mothers needs.

Very informative, had a lot of product knowledge, and were all very very nice, helpful, and overall awesome! In both instances I explained my circumstances and my concerns, the store manager was great and helped me immensely! Just for context: I havent received my bed/Adjustable base yet, so this review is solely about my in store experience.My salesperson was Jason. This is the second time I dealt with him. Both times I had a great experience. The first time I was just window shopping for a new bed and wanted to get some information. And boy did I have a lot of questions. Jason seemed unbothered by the number of questions I had.The second time I came in (about a month later) I went back to Jason after finally having done some more research and got a new apartment. Same thing happened. I came in with more questions and Jason again seemed unbothered by the quantity. Very helpful. All in all I had a great experience. Went in with a specific price point in mind and was helped by Jason, who was excellent in narrowing down types of mattresses based on what I liked and disliked. Eventually narrowed down on a mattress and he worked with me on pricing. I never felt pressured to like one mattress over another, or like I HAD to buy from Mattress Firm right then and there. He also answered a number of my pesky questions and was very informative. Overall it was a very easy experience and I was able to purchase a wonderful mattress that worked with my budget. The mattress was delivered just 2 days later without issue. Would happily work with Jason again and purchase from Mattress Firm. I first went to Denver Mattress Company because Ive purchased from them before (and had a decent experience), but Mattress Firm has a much bigger selection.

Had a warranty issue with a four year old mattress. Was given credit to pick a new one. The sales person listened to what we wanted and made the process super easy.

The sales associate took the time to discuss the difference between mattress covers. I felt confident I purchased the correct cover to keep my new mattress protected along with not sacrificing the coolness sleep function of the mattress. He suggested consoling with him if the mattress cover hinders a cool sleep.Great experience. Im going back to purchase pillows.

Took two tries to set up my bed and failed both times, so I decided to go elsewhere. No apology from salesperson, and I had to call to make sure they submitted a refund ... and still waiting. Glad for it in the long run because it made me go with a locally owned company who manufactures their own mattresses in Colorado, and who sent their own employees to deliver and set up my bed correctly the first time.

I came in to buy 2 box springs, a bit odd, but Sean treated me like I was buying a top of the line mattress set. He was professional and fun and got me the best possible deal. He gave me 100% undivided attention, was knowladgeable, and I didnt spend more then 20 minutes. Something else that was cool, was that he had great things to say about the company, he was very happy to be working with them. I like that.

Due to being high risk and pregnant, I opted to call to place my mattress order a few weeks ago as opposed to going into the store due to COVID-19. Spoke with Dave and he placed our order, took our money and told us someone would contact us for delivery. No one ever did. The day of delivery, I called the Arvada store (first number I could find) and James told me he had no record of our order with name or phone number. I had to give him the delivery address for him to tell me it is manifested on the delivery list and would be delivered between 9:45 and 11:45 today. He informed me Dave at Lakewood misspelled our name and input the incorrect phone number and that’s why there was no communication. So I drove across town to the delivery address to wait over two hours, only to call them after noon and ask if there was an update on the delivery. James told me Dave was supposed to call to tell me the delivery was canceled and that I needed to reschedule. But when Dave called earlier that morning, he ASKED if I would like to reschedule, not informing me our delivery was canceled and that I HAD to reschedule. I told him “James gave us a window so I think it’s being delivered today,” to which Dave just said “okay.”I really wish Dave told me my delivery wasn’t happening. Poor communication on Dave AND James’ end and I wasted a lot of my time waiting around for this company.When i called to reschedule, Dave was not apologetic, and even stated if I had done the order in store that this mishap wouldn’t have happened. I don’t appreciate him making this seem to be fault of the customer, especially during a pandemic and not to mention, companies should be successful with phone orders AND in store orders.I work retail, and I process a lot orders for both pick up and delivery, I understand mistakes happen but the lack of professionalism, communication and taking responsibility is astounding. That’s why I’m so mad. If Dave and James had a handle on communications and admitted their faults or acted empathetic or concerned about my business, I’d still give them at least 4 stars. But that isn’t the case and that is unfortunate.

When you go shopping you don’t want someone to pressure you into a big purchase. You want time to talk it over and really think about a big decision. And that is exactly what the people at mattress firm did for me and my boyfriend. They were beyond helpful and took so much time with us to find the perfect bed, but they were also very understanding and did not push us into a sale. Def will good back!

I am a first time mattress shopper and has a very ambiguous idea of what I wanted... the manager there helped me try a variety of beds and ultimately made a recommendation on one based on a remark about liking hotel beds. I LOVED the mattress he recommended and then he was able to find me one on their sale since the one I was on was a little out of my budget. He saved me $1600 and I’m super grateful. HIGHLY recommend.
