This place was great! I went here for the first time today and they had a really large selection of everything from brushes to wigs. The employees were nice and greeted us at the door. They were also very helpful. I would recommend them.

Yuck, dont do it... I always drive 20mins each way to go to Western, but figured I would give a beauty supply in my city a chance. WRONG ONE!! You know when switching up your color,especially if going to funky colors it can be time consuming to figure out which shade you want, well nothing here has prices on it, they force you to go upfront to figure out the prices, so I finally picked my dye, looked at the bleach tub options(I do my hair, and my kids, freq and needed more bleach) of course no price, so I take them upfront to figure out which would be the best option cost wise, then decide hey no clue how much dye is, maybe I should ask I get the prices, decide on the more expensive one, go to grab them to look at other stuff, the lady then refuses to let me hold my items again. I told her if you are afraid I am going to steal, I assure you I am not, and I pull out a large wad of cash to prove it, she makes up a story of not wanting to make me carry my stuff, I go start looking at other things, come back up with a bunch of other stuff, plus 3options on nail liquids to find out the prices, pick which one I want, a guy rings me up, I asked where is my dye and hair stuff?? THEY PUT IT AWAY.... hold up it took me long enough to decide the colors the first time, I tried to hold my items, and you refused, just to make me have to go get them again?? Well this time the guy walks with, picks up the cheapest bleach tub, then says there are cheaper packets(acting as if price was a issue for me), so I told him well I was going to buy the expensive tub, but you know, nevermind I will get the cheapest and go elsewhere to buy more then he says maybe you have one close to home?, I said yeah you are but after being treated like a broke thief I will try others or go back to my reg one 20mins away, but thanx... 🤦🏽‍♀

WATCH OUT THEY DOUBLE SCAN THINGS AS GENERAL OTHER. Today I went and spent $92 dollars and I go home and realized I only had 5-7 items that I had brought. When I went back for my receipt she tried to convince me that she had put them in the bag but from there to the car they just disappeared? She kept saying over and over that she had placed them In the bag but for a fact I know that she had not. When I had went back over my seat I had seen I had 2 extra purchases for 99cents. Please even though this is the only hair store open do not allow them to scam you. It’s new store owners so it’s a different kind of energy. They follow you everywhere and they don’t make it unnoticeable. I wish the old owners stayed..

Great place, but they don’t have a large selection of human hair wigs...at least what I am looking for. And the human/synthetic Matt’s and sheds so bad you may get one month wear. They offer an abundance of hair products, makeup and beauty supplies. But you can also get the same online and cheaper. If you can’t wait 1-2 days, they are a place to get hair care needs.

This was my first time at this beauty supply and omg this was the best customer service Ive had in a while. Im a very indecisive person when it comes to picking out hair. They were very patient, polite and helpful. I have such a good vibe about this store and the workers. This is now my go-to beauty supply. Thanks again ladies for making me feel welcomed.

I use to absolutely love this place! But not anymore. The reason why I use to love going here because the ladies here was so helpful, they didnt watch your every move and, they had great customer service! Now they have a darkskin employee that literally watched my every step while I was shopping with my wife! Isnt that the reason you guys have cameras? If im going to spend my hard earned money there at least let me do it in peace. They need have lost a true customer today because of that. I might as well start back taking my wife to the BNI if were going to get watched. They have a better selection there anyway. On a serious note though, this place use to be five stars, they need to tell that one lady to stop doing that or theyre going to loose a lot of business.

The ladies here are so nice and friendly! Its like visiting family, and they always have what I need.

When you walk in it’s very big. But as soon as you walk in one of the employees starts fallowing you around. I’m was super excited to try on some wigs as I don’t have very much hair. The lady then tells me your only allowed to try on 3-5 wigs. I was confused so I asked 3-5 at a time then another 3-5. She says no only 3-5 depending on the wig. I then asked her how was someone supposed to find something they liked only trying on 3 wigs. She then says sorry but it is our rule. I was very disappointed I was totally looking to buy like 3 wigs. My husband my self and friend walked right out.

New to rhe area but the experience with asian stores is the same everywhere...I would prefer to find a black owned beauty supply store. There was a time when we owned our own beauty stores and nail shops..Ill be glad when we get back to that.
