The service is okay. I dont like the treatment sometimes when we come here. Sometimes they watch us and sometimes they give me a hard time when I do returns and I have the receipt and card. The prices are sometimes reasonable, which is why this place is just ok. I prefer other hair stores because I feel more welcomed.

They had all the products I was looking for at affordable prices, and the employees where very attentive and prompt to help!

Again they follow you around like your gonna rip the wigs off the wig heads and run for the door this store has less wigs but they are way nicer and twice as expensive but you get what you pay for... definitly a go back with lots of money and purchase like ten wigs theyre so pretty...

Large selection, good customer service, my wife found this place to be or go to shop! It was clean, and mask safe.

Love this place! I have been a consistent costumer for 4 years.

For an hour drive this is a decent hair supply store. This store not only carries hair suppies, but clothes, hats and other miscellaneous items you might need. One of the ladies working their was helpful in assisting me pick out magnet lashes. The only thing I didnt like is that they didnt have a good selection of the wooden hair beads I came for... couldnt find two packs of the same kind. Outside of this, I will be driving out to this store sooner than later to purchase and stock up on some hair supplies and to take more time to look throughout the entire store. FYI, this store does not accept American Express. I recommend this store, as it has a broader selection than Queens Beauty Supply, which is where I normally go and is only 10 min. from where I stay. Check it out!!

I have called a few times to see if they have a wig in stock always says they will call me back and never does. I show up to the store and they dont have it nor are they that busy.

They have a wide range of products. Store is ok and the owners arent very friendly. I mostly come out of convenience. Might be time to try somewhere else more friendly and knowledgeable of the products Im buying.

They typically have what style I am looking for 9/10 times. The ladies are sweet and helpful. There prices and moreover quality of the wigs arevery good compared to the one in lakewood and I love that store.

Huge selection of styles and colors of hair, accessories, hair care products and head coverings (hats, scarves and wraps). Everything is well organized. I can always find what I need and I travel from Kirkland. No beauty supply/hair store to speak of on the Eastside. Seattle stores dont come close.

I had stopped coming into this store because in the past I didnt like how the workers stared at you all the time like you were stealing. I always take my time shopping. Its been awhile, and this time I came in with my baby in his carseat. The women there when they first opened were very nice. They kept coming by me to see if I needed help or to ask if I wanted my supplies at the counter. One lady even carried my bag to my car for me. As always they have so much supply if everything. Im a very satisfied customer!

They have a good variety of wigs and bundles Ive only been to this store twice and both times theyve followed me around the store as if I was gonna steal something my most recent visit there I came with my friend and as we were about to walk out two of the ladies went to my friend and accused her of taking a $5.99 nail kit, but earlier she put it back as she decided not to get it, they wouldnt even check to see if she had put it back, they locked the doors and threatened to call the police, and when they finally decided to check sure enough it was right in the place where she had left it and they let us leave. I understand that it could have been a misunderstanding but I felt like that was really uncalled for

I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years. All of the employees know me and say hello. They’ve always treated me so kindly and helped get anything I need. When I moved out of town for a couple of years they remembered me when I came back and asked where I’d been. More than the great selection of hair products they have great customer service. It is the main reason I do not go anywhere else. They will always get my business.

It was my first time buying a wig and Anna - the lady who helped me choose my wig has been very very attentive and helpful! She helped me try on several wigs until I found the one that suits me. And she was very friendly!

I have always had good experiences here. I even know the owner by first name and she always remembers what I want right away. The only reason Im not giving five stars is because they never have the right color of the hair that I want. I just buy what they have and dye it myself, which is an inconvenience and an added expense for me. Other than that I think theyre great. I also wanted to respond to the young lady that wanted to exchange the hair after she dyed it. You cant expect to return or exchange any item after you have altered it, whether you have actually worn it or not. I mean, they cant resale it so what do you expect? It also could have been the dye you used and not the hair they sold you. Just sayin!

Though this store has many hair care products for women and men of color, the treatment of guests from the employees are not the best. They follow you around the store and they are very short tempered. All of the things you can purchase there you can buy at other stores or online. I will not be a patron at that store nor will I reccomend them to anyone due to their treatment to their guests. Remember this is a third party retailer, you are not only paying for the product but the service and convenience and when you choose to purchase from their store, you are keeping them in business and it allows them to continue treating their guests the way they do.

If you go there to a wig the wigs that are 50% off they are not the real ones it is the fake ones.

They follow you around like your about to steal something, to the point its becomes VERY OFFENSIVE, there wigs are overpriced and dont last but a few days week tops, on two different occasions the added money to my bill, the first time was an additional $30 the second was $20!!! So watch your items very carefully and know how much you spend!! Cuss they scamming I think. Your better off going to 84st cheaper wigs and less hounding
