I bought my car from LHM - Lakewood back in August. Salesman was great. Finance guy was TERRIBLE!! He (Ron) was extremely unprofessional, didn’t follow up on his end of the job, gave me attitude when I was calling to follow up on HIS job then hung up on me. He made himself out to be this wonderful family guy. I know if someone was to treat one of his many granddaughters the way he treated me he would not have like it. I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership!I was supposed to get a second key, that never happened. Then when the second key finally got to the dealership I had to drive a hour and a half to get it programmed. I understand that my car had to be there for this to happen. They promised me a full tank of gas because of the inconvenience. I bet you can guess what happened?? Yep, no gas at all!I then called the dealership to talk to someone about the terrible way I had been treated. I talked to Ryan (sales manager). He listened to what I had to say. Said he was sorry that this happened. Never once asked me my name to follow up with me. He said he would talk to all that was involved.All in all my car buying experience with every person at that dealership was terrible!! Minus my salesman, Zac. He was very kind.

I had a mixed experience with Larry H. Miller VW on Colfax in Lakewood, CO. The 60k mile maintenance on my 14 Jetta was done perfectly as far as I can tell and I had no issues with what I actually paid for. The process to schedule the maintenance was not very easy though.Initially I had called the dealership after hours and spoke to a female representative about how much a 60k mile maintenance would be. She said she would pass on the inquiry to the maintenance center the following day and they would be in touch. I never received a call back. A few weeks later, I began browsing the locations specific website, when I attempted to schedule the appointment online, it routed me to a Larry H. Miller location in Arizona. I gave up trying to do it online and called the service department and explained that I needed a 60k mile service, coolant flush and a headlight replaced. I got an appointment and brought it in on the following Saturday. As the maintenance tech read what service they were doing, I remember the bill was initially quoted near $900 but he said $800 and it should be done by 1:30pm. I just shrugged and went home. At 4pm when they called and said it was done, I asked if they had also fixed the headlight as I was confused why there was a difference in the price. He said they hadnt done it. So I asked if they could and just add it onto the final cost. To reiterate, everything went fine with the actual maintenance. I just found it to be a challenge actually getting the service.

I have worked with Sal in service several times now and I feel that he is honest and fair. This was the first scheduled maintenence since purchasing the vehicle from the dealership.Sal keeps me informed and does not push for repairs or maintenance if I say no. I will continue to use Sal and the dealership. Willie in the parts department is also wonderful to work with.

I called and got an appointment and told them it was for a recall on my Volkswagen Golf diesel. When I showed up for my appointment they said they didnt have the part. I thought that was pretty sad. They asked me if I asked me if I had checked before I came there the part for my vehicle. I have no idea what part was needed on this recall and to ask a customer if they had check to see if the part was there is pretty sad. I still havent had the recall performed because of my scheduled. Also I live about 30 miles away which puts another huge inconvenience on to me. Since when is it up to the customer to see if they have the part that needs to be installed. When I schedule appointment to have a recall done they should do all that checking done and made sure the part is there before I show up!! Trying to make the customer at fault for their screw up is the ultimate let down of good service. And this is where I purchased my Volkswagen brand new years ago. This would have never happened back in the day.

With the high demand in Sprinter Vans, Mercedes couldn’t see me until December 2021. I have a Touraeg and have been using Andy and Sal at Larry H Miller Volkswagen for years. I called to see if they had any recommendations but instead they went above and beyond - they had Willie in Parts find the OEM brakes, rotors and sensors and once they were located, the boys did what they’ve always done best, get me and my vehicle back to 110%. To say I am happy is an understatement. Ten thumbs up for these guys.

They did a good job fixing the issues. But when I picked up the car, there was a good scratch on the drivers door. Check your car before and after they work on it.

I dropped my car off at 9am and was told in the afternoon it would be ready, at 1210pm I called and was told 3pm. Got there at 3pm and was told 5pm…. Was lied to that it had to be done to Vw standards but they hadn’t even started my car at that time…. Completely unprofessional and liars at that.

I made and appointment for checking my Jetta 2006 turbo charger and the told me that I need new turbo and will cost about$3.500 also they told me the transmission need to replace soon with that was total$11.000 well I took my car to mechanic were they fix German cars it never was the turbo the problems it was the intercooler hose plus my transmission its fine !! Cost me$605 for fixing my car !!! I am very angry and upset with this PLACE you expect something like that from a cheap mechanic NOT to the Volkswagen mechanic !!!
