Kirk is the best. He worked with me to get my truck finished in time to k leave on a very important family gathering. We will be leaving tomorrow with the confidence that the work was done right. Thanks Kirk and Stevenson!. Joe and Athena Platko.
Lazarus Romero was an excellent sales person. He was very patient with us. Will recommend that anyone wanting a new car come to him.
Never can get my truck in when needed I now go to a different one
Ian Carter was amazing getting my car in at the last minute after I mistakenly made my oil change appointment for the wrong date!!! Thank you so much to him and that open tech who serviced my car!! Always going to come to you all for my cars maintenance!!
What a great experience buying my car. Really, if you are un need if a Chevy, go here you wont be disappointed!!
Really awful customer service in the service department. I called about a bad warranty and explained that I live far away and will need to buy a new battery to get there. The agent tells me no problem, just bring it in. When I get there, they told me that the would not help me without an appointment and the battery had to be back in the truck. Just arrived at another Chevy dealer, they helped me no problem. Say goodbye to my business Stevinson.
I love Stevenson Chevrolet Ben buying cars from them for over 30 years!!
Went there for window tint. They forgot to do the top strip on the windshield so docking a star for that. Otherwise the work was done well, nice area to hang out and drink coffee.
I visited Stevinson Chevrolet on 9/9/2017 for an oil change. When I arrived, I asked Joe Knobbe if they could wash the vehicle after the oil change was complete. The car wash was advertised as a benefit included with the oil change. The service was done in about an hour and a half. Upon completion, the vehicle had not been washed. I pointed this out and Joe personally took the vehicle through the onsite car wash. They did not dry the vehicle however, so I had to use the shop towels in my vehicle to dry the windows. On the Multi Point Vehicle Inspection report, the tech noted found drain plug to be tight upon removal and replacement but no issues tightening. My next oil change was on 3/3/2018 & was completed at another shop. The service advisor quickly came to me and asked where I had my previous oil change completed. I told him Stevinson Chevrolet. He said the drain plug in the oil pan had been cross threaded. The plug was also wrapped in tape and there was silicon all around it. Since the threads were destroyed, he said the oil pan would need to be replaced. I called Stevinson Chevrolet on 3/3/18 and left a message. The onsite service advisor per the voice mail system was Cory Metheney. In the voice message, I explained what was found on my vehicle & asked Cory to call me back. At the end of the next business day (3/5/18), the service department at Stevinson had not returned my call.I received poor service and incurred damage to my vehicle when I brought it in. I also did not receive a follow up call from anyone at Stevinson by the end of the following business day. I will not be returning to the service department at Stevinson Chevrolet and Im warning others to steer clear as well.
Started with the chat part of their website one day and asked how much for a replacement key for a Chevrolet Equinox? Was told someone would email me. That someone was Nick Lohr from the parts department. No mention of price in his email so I phoned him. $61 and change was the cost. Wow! I had heard it was a couple hundred dollars these days for a replacement key. I can charge you that if you like. Funny guy this Nick. Could they do it while I waited? Yes sure, bring it over with paperwork showing a VIN, well cut the key and program it. A day or two later I call Nick to make sure I was ok to bring it in and wait for it. By wait I mean 1 or 2 hours. I want to be reasonable and know they have a business to run, other customers in front of me, etc. Nick was not at the parts counter when I arrived so another man, Nicks supervisor I understand, handled my request. I told the supervisor I was told I could wait for the procedure (cutting the key and programming the key). I dont know that said Nicks supervisor, you have to ask the service department. I was escorted to service where I was told Id have to leave the vehicle. And, it would be $150 to program the key. Thats now $211 and change, and leave it for half a day. I had mentioned to Nick earlier in the week, Wow! I had heard it was a couple hundred dollars these days for a replacement key. I can charge you that if you like, said Nick. Innacurate funny guy this Nick. You would think ol Nick could have put his thinking cap on and mentioned something like Yes, it will be a couple hundred dollars out the door, but from the reviews here I think maybe this innacuracy and buffoonery is the norm for Stevinson. Len Lyall Chevrolet charges $65 for programming the key. It can be done yourself in some cases, but this vehicle is a Canada manufactured vehicle and those are not DIY. Stay away from Stevinson and Nick unless you know his answers to your questions are verified by more competent people in their organization. Don
