Scheduled 1 week in advance. Arrived in time before 9 am checked in my vehicle and was told to wait in the customer waiting room. Doug later mentioned it would be 2hrs before they see the truck. Ok, two hours or more later doug returns saying that the two techs that do the work that it need are backed up and they wont see my truck after I scheduled a week ago, and took the day off with no pay. They didnt even offer to reschedule me. He referred me to a small auto shop in brick town that doesnt do the work I needed! None of this is fake, I was blown off for five hours at Pine Belt Chrysler in Lakewood rt 88. I know zero about how to fix my truck next day I learned how to fix my truck from YouTube!!! I restored my trucks wheel and tire programming in under 15 minutes! Pine belt mechanics need You Tube training should be mandatory. None of this is a lie!!!

Seems like simple and easy service tasks cant be done here in a timely manner and done right Id hate to have to have something major serviced as they cant handle simple things such as head lights & belts.

Parts department went all out to answer all my questions and concerns.
