It took 3 weeks to get my vehicle fixed. They do not offer loaner vehicles, though Ive been to other Ford Service Centers that do. I realize some of that time was waiting to fit in the schedule then waiting on parts, but every time I called (7 times) my advisor was unavailable and their voicemail box was full. I was told no one else could speak with me about my vehicle. When I was told it would be ready next Friday I called at 4p (open till 6p) and my advisor had left for the weekend. I asked for the manager and they were also gone for the weekend. The following week, I asked to transfer my case to a different advisor, and this is when the manager finally spoke with me.I left a message with one of the receptionists asking them to look at one of the tires that had a slow leak, and that was not addressed. A recall item was accomplished but reinstalled incorrectly. After 3 weeks on their lot, my vehicle was returned quite dusty on the outside.The original repair has given me zero issues and that is what is bringing it up to two stars. Personally, I wont be using them again, primarily due to how difficult it was to get a hold of the advisor.Review update: Its been about a month since my review and, as far as I know, Ms. Walston has not contacted me as stated in the response.

They did a great job mounting my new tires on the rims and replacing the new tires on my Ford Ranger 4x2. All four tires were filled with the proper air pressure and have not leaked any air pressure the past two weeks. I would recommend Lakewood Ford to any one looking to buy a set of four automobile tires for their vehicle. The price and warranty is very reasonable.

Bought a new vehicle from Lakewood Ford approximately 1 week ago. Had and electrical concern, brought in vehicle and was met by Robert at service desk. Very friendly and professional.Robert wrote up vehicle and got it into the shop for diagnosis.The technician Mike was very courteous and informative. Did some program updating and made a contact with Ford Motor Co for another concern.The team was very helpful.Thank you for checking out our vehicle so promptly.

Suzie has always taken great care of me. She is awesome and very polite. She has helped me immensely on the maintenance of my F-150. The only negative thing I have to say is the high cost price now of the maintenance. With this said I might consider going to another place due to the rising price there to maintain a vehicle.

I have been a customer at Lakewood Ford for sometime. Really appreciated their workmanship and customer care.Lately things have changed. I am not a fully satisfied customer...especially when I was sent away with my engine light on. Sadly when my 8 remaining services are used up I will be permanently changing to the company that fixed my engine light situation. My car, because of them, is now running normal again and it was reasonable price.

I always feel that I am not welcomed when I walk in to service department window. They never say greetings, like good morning or how are you?, or what can we do for you? Feel so slow to ask why I am there. This last visit I felt like I am not important to them. I walked in first waiting for my turn but some one walked right behind me and Suzie took care of him first. I felt very much slighted.People who work in Lakewood Ford servicedepartment always look so unhappy.

I went to the dealership for an emission recall. The gentleman that checked me in also signed me up for an oil change that I didn’t request, because of all the Corvus restrictions, plastic guard, face masks And me forgetting my hearing aide that day I didn’t hear he was signing me up for the oil change I just signed the paper work without reading it as I was there for the emission recall. When I was told that my truck would be ready in a short time as they were just finishing up the oil change. I said I didn’t authorize the oil change. I was told that I had signed the paper work for it and the emission recall work. WhenI got there Michelle told me she had been told of my misunderstanding and had taken care of the oil change misunderstanding. I was very pleased with Michelle’s initiative of handling my screw up of not reading the paper work before signing it.

The service provided was fine, but Ford service department computer systems are inadequate. Although I had my truck in for repairs only two weeks earlier, the computer system did not identify that my truck had a recall, so after sitting for a week at the dealer originally awaiting parts, I had to schedule an additional appointment for the recall and an additional 2 days at the dealership. When my VIN was input originally, why did the system not identify the recall that was already in existence? My service rep, Suzy, did a great job, but the service manager did not return my calls despite two messages, and did not answer her phone despite me looking directly at her while calling from the service department on my cell!!! Poor leadership or afraid to answer?

My check engine light came on, I have an extended power train warranty with them as I purchased my vehicle through Titus Will. I was told that because my engine light wasn’t blinking it wasn’t a serious matter. They booked me two weeks out for a Friday morning stating they’d have my vehicle all day. I arrived to my scheduled appointment only to be told that the only gentleman who worked with MOPAR vehicles only works Monday through Thursday and someone made a mistake in scheduling me for a Friday because he wouldn’t be there till Monday. They notified me that they’d throw me on the schedule for the following Week. I then had to work around my work schedule to drop my vehicle off and find a ride to work. I’ve typically never had terrible experiences with them however to be brushed off with the fact that someone made an error on their end with scheduling was quite frustrating.I also was called with how much the service was going to be. I asked about my extended warranty and if it covered it and for over a year they haven’t had this in their system. This is concerning for the simple fact that this isn’t the first time I’ve taken my vehicle in for repair, so have I been paying more than I should’ve been? The accountability and organization doesn’t seem to be there.

The staff was great. But, this was the second time my truck has had an oil pan leak that need repairing (there is a Service Bulletin on the problem). Very disappointing for a truck with only 44K miles on it. Makes it hard for me to trust that it wont happen again when the truck is out of warranty.

Check engine light came on and you guys recommended changeing the fuel exaust system at 8k, without bothering to mentioning there are other alternatives . In addition the service advisor recommemended changing diff seals that are noy leaking now, to prevent from leaking in the future lol. I immediatly came and got my truck and will never be back.

Suzzy always takes great care of me and my véhicules. She keeps me updated on the progress and when it will be completed. As a single person the Uber service they now use is wonderful. I didn’t have to bother friends for a ride home during service.

Tried to get away with charging 3 times more than they should for service work replacing a horn and also didnt fix the transmission recall I took it for in the first place. Go to puyallup or sumner for work to be done on your ford its worth the drive to not deal with titus will.
