Matt the technician gave me an honest alignment inspection on my land cruiser J200. It was within specs and didnt really need one but I wanted one anyways so I really appreciate the transparency here.The shop bay is open and customer waiting room you can actually see your car being worked on. Theyve worked on some exotic cars H1 and stretched limos.Alignment is an important feature of your drive. When its off it affects all other aspect of the suspension. Pricing starts at $80 compared to $130 at dealerships. High recommend call for appointment slots.

This is a perfect place to get your specialty car aligned. I put my 2007 Corvette in there Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. got it back by noon that day. They were able to squeeze it in and they got it fixed perfectly I can let go of the steering wheel and it drives perfectly straight now after curb check and have to get new wheels and tires put on the left side. They fixed it all they fixed the steering wheel and they even fixed the back that was a tad off. And they gave you the report on when she fixed it. If they were to keep it overnight they said they would keep it inside and they did have some upscale cars inside. They also dont drive higher price cars and they said if it doesnt right just take it back and they would fix it. But they did it perfect thank you very much they did great I love them for their service.

I came in for a simple alignment and they found that I needed a new ball joint and found the steering gear was leaking (both legitimate) which started a several month long journey. The new steering gear started making horrible noises, so they replaced it under warranty at no cost. After this the gear started making noise again after a while. After discussing the issues with them we decided to replace the power steering pump and the gear which finally resolved the problem. Peter went above and beyond to find the root of this problem while taking a bath on this job. Other mechanics would have sent me along my way a long time ago, it was a nightmare for everyone involved. But the professional service I received was phenomenal. Finding the root of issues is not always cut and dry and I appreciate their persistence to find the problem. I highly recommend this shop!

I recently had some issues with my Toyota Rav4 after a tire blowout. After believing that I was being misinformed about the repairs I needed I consulted with a friend who has been an auto mechanic his entire career. When he looked at the quotes for repairs I had received, he confirmed that I was severely misquoted and asked me to visit Lakewood Alignment & Brake Service. This alignment shop was pretty far out of the way but I trust my friend so much that I made the trip. I AM SO HAPPY I DID!When I arrived, the staff was friendly and prompt, and the shop was incredibly clean. A representative named Peter was my point of contact. He assessed my situation, clearly explained what was going on, and even used drawings and models to give me a better visual representation of what was going on. Peter could probably see the glazed look on my face and continued to provide details and clarification until I understood. I sure dont speak car and Peter made sure that I was comfortable with the information. He also gave me a number of options.Once I approved the suggested repairs the staff got to work and once the job was complete, Peter reviewed once more what was done, and let me know that with the simple alignment, my issues were fixed. Peter saved me over $1,500 - the quote I had received from the other auto shop.. for work that did not need to be done. AWD truck was chewing up tires due to misalignment, other places would give me the computer print out stating its in specs, but when I drove it steering wheel was turned left when driving straight . These guys fixed the issue in a little over an hour. Couldnt be happier, true professionals and care about their quality of work!

At other shops, Ive dropped my car of for an alignment only to get a call 5 hours later at closing for them to tell me that my car is too low for their machine. At Lakewood Alignment, I can book an appointment and know that my alignment will be done in a timely manner, and they never have issues with the height of my car. The whole process is always very rewarding and definitely worth the long drive for me.

As an automotive professional myself, I rarely pay others to work on my vehicles. While on vacation in Colorado, I didnt have access to an alignment rack. Lakewood Alignment was recommended by another local reputable shop. I expect the highest level of quality when it comes to auto repair. The friendly team at Lakewood Alignment delivered just that! And dont be turned off by their older building, they obviously prioritize investing in equipment and capable technicians instead of a glossy facade.

This is my second visit here in as many months. I was so satisfied with the alignment they did on my 05 Denali that I returned to have my GF’s 01 Xterra aligned. I live downtown and there are options a lot closer however it was worth the drive out west on Colfax. Check out Lou & the crew for an affordable, yet solid alignment.

Very friendly and professional group of people working here! I was on a time crunch and needed an alignment done on my 2011 Tundra that is lifted, it was really nice knowing that they knew about the parts I had on my truck and got it aligned properly! They also found a noise that was coming from the front end of the truck and got that fixed as well, all for a more than reasonable price. When it comes time for another alignment I will be sure to return.

Wheel alignment review: I called around to try and find someone who could get me in for an alignment, and was referred by two other shops who either didnt have the right equipment to do an alignment on a leveled truck and one that was booked for several days. Both shops indicated that Lakewood alignment was good at lifted/leveled trucks, and their knowledge of my vehicle was evident on the phone. Fair price, quality work, and knowledgeable. I feel fortunate that the franchise tire shops next to my house werent able to fit me in today, and I stumbled on this shop

I’ve used this shop to do suspension work on my Audi, Mercedes, and Acura. Always satisfied with the repairs and the prices are very reasonable. They seem to work on all makes and models and you’ll see everything from high end 4x4s to sports cars. Very good customer service and communication. The the old school waiting area with Pepsi machine takes me back in time.

Lakewood Alignment was referred to me by a buddy who runs a performance/speed shop after I installed lowering sport springs on my 14 Charger R/T Plus and Im glad he did!! They are very courteous, professional, and will take time to discuss w/you what needs to be done, and what has been done. They showed me VIP treatment and even showed me where I was within spec and that it wasnt necessary to do much to the camber/toe! Gave me the printout spec sheet and I was in and out in about 1 hour. Would HIGHLY recommend Lakewood Alignment to ANYONE...especially high performance vehicle owners!

Weve been using Lakewood Alignments for years. Theyve always been our go to for alignments for our customers vehicles as well as for our own. Theyre top notch!

Would be nice if these people would tell you up front that they charge an additional fee of 4% when using a credit or debit card. Extra $20 I had to pay because I didnt have cash. Why would they have such a fee for a company that does transactions all day long. You need to get a better deal for processing. Thats just crazy to me. We live in a world that primarily uses cashless forms of payment. Evolve with the times. This is not 1975 anymore.Update: They did call and offer to refund the additional fee. So good on them for that. I just asked that they are more transparent about the fee with new customers that are not aware of how they do business.

They had my Jeep done a day early, made sure that my steering was right where it needed to be after replacing my steering linkage, and even greased up my Zirks at no cost after pulling my Jeep out of the shop to let me drive off. I asked if they would be able to do that and the mechanic ran inside after shop hours, grabbed the grease gun, and ran back onto the street and lubricated them quickly with more than a smile on his face. The price was way below what they estimated as well, and I could not be happier with the professionalism as well as their knowledge and customer service. Lifetime customer now thanks to their work!!

My appointment was for 11:00am and I got there about 20 minutes early. The service writer was professional and courteous, he quickly wrote up the service order and directed me to their waiting room. My truck was pulled in just before 11:00 as scheduled. The alignment took about 45 minutes and the service writer explained my copy of the alignment results.My truck has never tracked as perfect as it does now. The steering wheel is centered and there is absolutely no tendency for the truck to drift.I could not be more satisfied with the experience and the results. Lakewood Alignment and Brake is on my A+ list.

Update: Peter the owner called me and worked to rectify the situation, he apologized that I was charged the fee and explained that while an inspection fee is pretty standard, I should not have been charged it to review the car after they had previously inspected it or it should have been more clearly communicated. We will be taking my car back when the front brakes need to be repaired. I will gladly update my review to 5 stars at that point. I appreciate that he genuinely wants to provide quality honest serviceI wrote a review of this business a year ago (you can see it below) however when we used them for a second time this past week I was so disappointed. I took my vehicle in to have the brakes inspected, they replaced the rear brakes and rotors for just under $500. I picked the car up and the brakes were still squeaking. They agreed to look it over again, but failed to mention they were going to charge me another $80 to double check their own work. So now I am out almost $600 and still have a squeaking brake. Unimpressed.Still currently in their waiting room, but so impressed! They were super upfront and told me when the work I was here to do wouldnt fix the problem. When I asked about buying tires he was honest and said they cant compete with big box stores. He then helped my husband and I problem solve to get to the best place we could and all this for a $100 service. To go even further the way he talks to his employees sounds like he values them, which is huge in my book!

I recently took my just purchased 2005 Ford Escape to Pete because a national alignment chain couldnt get the rear aligned due to a hit to the rear tire that bent the knuckle. They were able to get a replacement knuckle and work their magic to get it perfectly aligned. The price quoted was very fair for the work they did on job. Excellent work, friendly and welcoming. They did an outstanding job getting my truck sorted out. Will be returning for future projects and highly recommend them.

My brakes were making a noise. My mechanic just retired and I had no idea where to go. I found Lakewood Alignment and Break Service and read their customer’s comments. Most were really good, but a few had issues. I selected this company because of how they handled the people who werent happy.Im so glad I trusted my instincts. They were punctual. They told me what they found and what they recommended and why. They found a nail in my tire! I felt respected and am looking forward to a long relationship with these folks.

These folks are superheros. I called on a Wednesday pleading to get my new RV alignment done on Thursday. They made accommodations to get it done. They didnt have to and I completely understood the absurdity of making my timeline their concern. The shop is clean and everybody was very polite and made you feel like customers used to feel: valued. Five stars all around.

I was told by another business that my alignment was off and needed about $1,800 worth of parts and labor in order to bring it within specifications. Peter did an alignment check and determined that it was just barely out of spec and, if I did choose to get it fixed, it would only cost around $140. Peter took the time to answer my questions and never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. I will definitely bring my car back here the next time I need something done.

We were on our way home from Las Vegas to Chicago when our car broke down close to Denver.The CV Shaft and HUB assembly had to be replaced and we were told at a different car shop that probably nobody would be able to fix it within a day, because all car shops were booked out. Nevertheless, we tried to find somebody since we needed to get back to Chicago because of work, and a medical issue that required treatment.Lakewood Alignment told us they would try to fix it within a day, and they also agreed to build in the parts we had previously purchased.We brought in the car wednesday morning and they called us thursday at noon, so they actually managed to fix it very fast.The price was very reasonable, too.All in all very good service, great communication and friendly to customers.Highly recommended!!
