You get the peace of mind when you know everything will get done right. Right? well you get that here. Everyone is busy around here, either on the phone or speaking between them you wont get greet or served untill someone spots you.
Easy and fair car buying experience. Love my new electric vehicle. Only downside was returning for some paperwork and having one of the good ol boy sales guys (NOT my original sales guy) completely ignore my partner. Ffs... its 2021... women are allowed to speak in public.
Jennifer Gillespie is a very personable and knowledgeable service agent, a great front line employee.
Marc Taylor went through every question we had with great detail. Great, kind, transparent and professional. Seek out Marc when shopping atEmich
I love that you dont need an appointment for an oil change. I will make the drive just for that reason.
Don is the man! Everyone is great, but Don is exceptional! Very honest mechanics and they didnt try to sell me something I dont need. Thanks for making this whole situation less stressful and most importantly financially manageable. My family has purchased 3 cars from Emich and will continue to bring our business here. The sales team is great as well!
Austin has great customer service! Thanks!
After a free-inspection with my oil change on March 1st, a tech discovered a need for a deeper diagnostic due to the amount of oil layered under the car. Jason, my service advisor, helped me schedule my diagnostic for March 5th. Jason and I were in communication the entire diagnostic appointment; Very supportive and a great guidance in completing the necessary fixes and the pricing. Jason and Dominic, my diagnostic tech, were essential in my decision-making.
Prompt service, attentive staff, knowledgeable, and had what I needed! Extremely happy with my visit
Hunter the salesman is very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable of his trucks and a good place to shop for vehicles
Kudos and thank you to Kyle Terry, the service advisor made my service experience a very good one and at ease. He did an excellent job of getting my car check out during their very busy schedule on Tuesday.8/11/20. I was told I may have to leave my car for up to a week with them to find out what was wrong with it, and said I had need a car to get to work. Kyle had arranged for a rental car at the dealerships discount and arranged for transportation to Enterprise. He made a panicked situation into a smooth transition for me. He was spot on with all the scheduling of the maintenance of my car to providing transportation options. And he communicated during the next couple of days. I was surprised to hear that the engine mechanic worked late in order to get my car fixed a couple of days ahead of schedule, thank you to the mechanic specialist for your dedication as well.It so refreshing to see fantastic customer service these days because they are far and few in between.Thank you Emich, Kyle and mechanic specialist.Happy customer Carin Valerio
Excellent customer service. Bought a new car in less than an hour. Austin in sales was professional and courteous.
Almost got my work van stolen took it in my insurance covered all cost but Britney was extremely knowledgeable and tried her best to take care of me and get me up and running, it did take 2 weeks but then again my truck is little bit on the older side but she was awesome!
Been coming here for7 years, several vehicles purchased here . Erin has always been polite and more than helpful, working to make sure Im happy and satisfied, even giving me loner better than the truck that was being worked on. She also is up front on t in me for oil changes and recalls.
Good service,.. pricey.
Check your invoice for service repair before you leave the counter. I was quoted one price when I was called to see if I wanted the work done. I see when I get home that the invoice included $100 additional diagnostic labor and a $39.99 shop fee. It has taken me 4 calls to get the service manager to refund the the additional $100 but now I see he put through the whole amount.😡and he wouldn’t budge on the shop fee. Will never bring my car here again and I’ve been a good customer for 6 years!
Took care of my Silverado warranty work on the spot, and got me back on the road. Very happy!
This place is very sneaky and slimy. I had Bart as a salesman and he did NOT go over or explain that there would be an almost 500$ fee when I turned in my vehicle for not re-leasing with GM. I was also not informed of this when I turned in my lease nor did that salesman try to lease me another vehicle. TERRIBLE customer service from both Bart and GM financial, not even an apology or explanation even after admitting that he (Bart) did not go over this with me at signing. DO NOT recommend this dealership or company for that matter with the poor communication and hidden fees without explanation.
Very nice and do good work
Been here twice now and each time was promptly taken care of. Fair pricing and honest guys! Will keep bringing vehicle for sure.
Great reception, leaving town and needed battery. Spoke to Ryan who got me in promptly. Service performed quickly. Nicely done.Thank to everyonePS. Maybe some donuts for the early crowd.Have a happy new year...
Seating was low due to Covid but thats not their fault, they were very nice and personable!
Love there COPO Camero, and mid engine C8 Corvette. The service manager Joe Altmix seems knowledgeable, and friendly.
Joe in the service department is very helpful
We have had all our vehicles serviced hear for many year because they always do a great job excellent service
Thanks Michael and Jason they were on it and very helpful Micheals professionalism was on point thanks guys defenetly going back 👍
Ive had Emich take care of my Diesel truck for many years. The mechanics care about my truck. The work is performed right the first time, every time. I also get my truck back clean and Im talking the engine bay where messy jobs were performed. Always a great experience.
These guys did an amazing job on my car. I am glad the tech was punctual, informative and very professional. I have no doubt recommending him!!
Service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and awesome quality of their vehicles. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a vehicle. Thank you Emich Chevrolet!!!
I didnt get the service Im use to this trip nor did I receive a warm welcome. This was completely different from my previous visits of my many years
I was unsure whether i would purchase. Emich Chevrolet was excellent to work with. Spouse and I have purchased many vehicles over past 3 decades. This was the most pleasant experience of buying a car we have ever known! Special kudos to Sasha, he is very thorough and professional! We drove over 3 hours from where we live to Emich Chevy, and would do it again!
Very honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. The dont try to make you do any unnecessary repairs.
Good pmace to shop for cars
Wonderful experience here, as a first time customer. Service representatives are ready to help. Serviced my truck, without any issues. I suggest you call in advance, because they are very busy, and certain repairs, can take longer than usual. That way, you can get your vehicle service, on time.
Leah in the service department is outstanding! She got my truck in at last minutes notice right before the holidays to fix something aftermarket just for the comfort and safety of the customer. She communicated every step of the process and was very professional.Bryan Foose in sales is the man to make things happen, he is a legit advocate and cares about the customer. Hes been in the business for years and is transparent and goes out of his way to help a customer.Basically, I bought a Toyota from a Chevy dealership and both these people helped me when they had no obligation whatsoever according to my Bill of Sale, and that says a lot about the culture of a great dealership. Highly recommended.
I dropped of my 2019 GMC SIERRA for an oil change they did such a great job and very quick. John called me when the truck was ready to be picked up.
I came in with a very tricky and frustrating situation with my vehicle. Tristan was absolutely amazing and helped turn a very bad situation into a much better one. He was not only very understanding but made sure I understood everything and was comfortable through out the whole process. Emich as a whole was a wonderful experience and I highly recommended them.
Love the place..will return to it for sure!!
Awful. Fred’s father ran a much better business. Brought my Tahoe in for a window replacement. They put more scratches on my vehicle than driving through a barbed wire fence in Montana. Terrible shop, and even worse Fred is a terrible rep of this company.Wouldn’t even own up to his own shop’s mistakes. Honestly just an awful company to deal with and the people there are even worse. The owner ‘Fred’ is the worst part of the biz. He lies constantly and I’m not sure if he knows the difference between 24 hours and 24 weeks.
In/out fast. Fair price
Not sure I have ever been treated with more dignity and respect when buying a car, than I was at Emich Chevrolet. Not only was Sasha Markovic courteous and friendly, but knowledgeable and patient as well. This memorable buying experience will certainly bring us back to Emich Chevrolet.
The staff in the service department are very good at their jobs. They are prompt at locating and resolving items and are very good about offering a rental car when repairs take longer then expected. I plan to go there for all of my vehicle repair needs.
Be careful very shady experience tried to charge for service that was not needed. Called service manager never got a return call? Very Unprofessional all around...
Great experience buying a used vehicle from Emich. Sasha Markovic was extremely courteous and professional as were the other staff members that I encountered. No hassles, in and out in about 3 or 3.5 hours.
Do not waste your time bringing your car here for service. When your service technician tells you 45 minutes it will quickly turn into 4 hours, when YOU have to go to ask about your car many countless times for an update. Im completely disstatified with the service here and I understand that things arise, but not letting me know, what is going on is very rude and just poor customer attention overall. Prices are like any dealership, not great and steep. I will be finding a new service location for my car.
Live the service here. Will always bring my car to get its services here. Prices are great as well.
Did a good job on my transmission
Great service and a great place to buy a vehicle
This place gets no stars. Went to get some parts for my vehicle and was treated with nothing but disrespect and hatefulness (Chad) dont know the other guys name from the service department. I just hope nobody else has been treated like I was.
TO JOE ALTMIX FOR ALWAYS PROVIDING THE BEST SERVICE AND ALWAYS TAKING CARE OF US . WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS HERE WITH JOE ALTMIX
Great service ☺️
Always great and fast service.
I have been going to Emich Chevrolet (and previously Luby Chevrolet) since 1980. I am very pleased with their current service advisors and their technicians. They service both of my Chevys, even for oil changes. Their prices are reasonable and their work is first rate.
I purchased a vehicle from here months ago. I waited until a week before the temp tags expired, called the dealership to see what is going on with the registration. I was told by the salesman that the title had been lost and that we needed to get another temp tag. We did as requested. It has been 4 weeks since then and still no call back or registration, I have called the title person and left 4 messages with no call back. Every time you call all you get is voicemails and no call back. The lack of customer service is ridiculous and my recommendation is to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Months later and two payments in I still have no information and I am yet to have a returned phone call.
My car needed a new rack and pinion due to some sloppy steering I was experiencing. Worked with Joe Altmix and he offered a shuttle ride home but I declined as I already had transportation. I appreciated that Joe also set expectations that because I stated that the problems were intermittent, hed have to have one of his techs drive it and that hed report to me as soon as he knew what was going on. On the same day Joe called and let me know that there was not just one issue but two with my Trailblazer. The first being the Rack and Pinion the other being the bushings on the control arms being worn due to 153,500 miles and 11 years worth of use. I told Joe I could not afford to do both but that Id bring the Trailblazer in for the other repair in February. Joe prioritized which of the two issues was in need of more urgent repair. Joe then talked to me about parts for the rack and pinion he let me know that hed recommend the AC Delco parts. He stated that the GM OE part was an extra $700 (or there about) and that he most certainly did not recommend some of the cheaper parts available. This was because he has seen that when they are installed that the vehicles often return with the same issues shortly after the initial repair. I appreciated the candid responses. Joe informed me of that the price of the fix would be. I was also told that due to the nature of the repair that the car would not be ready that day but that Joe would keep me posted. The next day around noon Joe called and let me know that the car was ready. I picked it up and the price discussed earlier was on the mark. Over all I felt this was a quick and good experience opposed to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.
I didnt visit here but did call them for a product inquiry. Is Google allowed to know my phone calls? WTH?
Had an ignition recall done and they only gave me one working key.
They overcharged me ridiculously and laughed at me when I returned for additional service on my service van. I see why their wait time to get in is always so low. Little do they know, Im a tradesman and work on cars exclusively as my fulltime job. I actually just had to do a job at their dealership because their senior tech wasnt available on that Friday. Ive discouraged thousands of GM owners from ever going here for anything, even in a pinch. Prejudice, Immature, Rude.
The best
Quick and easy service.
Was told to come in and show my paperwork for a replacement key. I had all the paperwork but the gentleman in the parts department front desk was unwilling to help because he needed the original paperwork which I had. Very rude and unprofessional.
Very HAPPY with this dealership.
Whoever looks at these, You can thank the service technician Joe for this review. I took my car into the service center at the beginning of November with an over heating issue. Before i took it to a different mechanic and they couldn’t figure out anything wrong with it and they recommended taking it to a dealership because they thought it could have been an electrical issue. Well, I took it into Joe at Emich who, first off, was very abrasive and off-putting.I described the issue with my car and the step by step process that would happen with my car and the overheating. I was told he would have it for probably over a day, which I had no problem with. less then 2 hours later, Joe calls me and tells me he can’t FINISH my diagnostic because a heater hose was busted and I had to replace it before he could complete the diagnostics which would cost me roughly 200 (not including the 90dollar diagnostic). I took the car back after paying 45 (1/2 diagnostic charge) to the mechanic as well as a third opinion. Low and behold BOTH mechanics said the hose was fine, they didn’t see anything wrong with it. I did my own research and found out that there was a special service order for the water-pump on the year, make, and model of the vehicle, and the problem and was described was the EXACT problem my car was having. both mechanics looked at the water pump and verified there was an issue with the propellor pushing the coolant through the system (no leak) so I called the service center back and asked Joe if he could look up my vehicle and see if the water pump would still fall under warranty with the service order, which it did, and then proceeded to ask him if that’s something they could look into since both the other mechanics verified the water pump and it WAS under warranty. his response left me floored. I was told, and I quote, “i don’t know who has touched your car but my guys know what they are talking about. GM makes good product and I don’t care what the other mechanics say, I’m not looking at anything until you fix the heater hose.” Well Joe, thanks to your arrogance, and totally unfounded certainty, I ended up spending over 1000 dollars in between getting 2nd opinions and REPLACING THE WATERPUMP, which would not have ever happened if you put aside your ego and checked the pump yourself since it WAS under warranty. Thanks to Joe I will NEVER be recommending not only chevy, but this service center in particular. If you want to be taken advantage of so technicians like Joe can line their pockets with labor, go here. Otherwise, pretty much anywhere else is more trustworthy then this place.
Good customer service.
Always so busy
Painfully slow parts department. Part was a We owe from buying the car. Had to wait for 30 minutes for them to get the part.. terrible...
I bought a Suburban from emich which I do truly love but there is a very annoying rattling noise inside when I hit a bump and long story short made a service appointment dropped it off for four hours and picked it up sounded great and an hour later the noise was back . Now I got a survery in my email about my visit explained all of this and nothing was done . I guess I will have to visit another Chevy dealer seeing as they do not want to fix the issue .
Nice place, just couldnt make the numbers work
The service advisor barely said a word to me when I checked in the car. He just took my appointment and called someone to give me a ride. As the driver said to follow him, I had to ask how long it will take, the service advisor just said all day. So I came back at the end of the day asking how it went. He said there was no resolution on the transmissio but asked if I could leave it over night. I said no, Ill just bring it to the dealership closer to my house. I had no idea that the oil change was done or tire rotation was done either. I asked for the service record, because this guy doesnt like to talk and I just wanted to read what happened. He says he will mail it to me because the mechanic has to close his side. Didnt make sense to me, so I walked away in frustration. When Im two feet from the door, the service advisor stops me, and proceeds to lecture me how I made the appointment online and thats not how it works for this type of an appointment. I became extremely mad for how he is lecturing me and i began to yell because he couldve gave me the expectations when I arrived in the morning. This was the worst experience at your service department, but this wasnt only negative experience with your service advisors. I will not recommend this shop to anyone and will never return.
My husband john gets every thing done on our suv
Best dealership in colorado....hands down
They helped us to find the right truck for are needs at the right price.
Good car buying experience.
Went to get my lights on my dully fenders redone. and got it back it an ok time. but one of mud flaps in the wrong spot and missing screws so now its almost fallen off. the plastic under the wheel walls is falling off theres a lot of the plastic screws missing and or lose. they did a horrible job on putting it back together.
Friendly and professional, people on the phone can answer your questions or get you in touch with someone who can.
Love their service so far!
