Great experience. Unfortunately, the rims I wanted weren’t delivered and we leave to go across country in 4 days, but Race hooked me up with some amazing rims at his suggestion and made it right. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

My husband and I were very impressed with the service here. We came in on a Friday afternoon and they were able to squeeze us in to their very busy schedule. They quoted us a time, we returned, they repaired our tire and had us back on the road. Everyone we encountered there was courteous and helpful. Roommate found a small piece of metal in the tire. Took the truck in and had them look at it. The guy that helped us was great. He pulled the piece out and showed us. Turned out to be a utility razor blade that was so far in only a tiny bit of the tip was showing. Thanks for the great service! 😊

Have been here three times in the last week and a half. Two different cars.First car, I think they compromised my studs, then not being able to do the work to my car as its a liability issue once the studs become a problem. Reason I say they did it, is because the tires have been on and off multiple times without an issue. Ended up getting the studs fixed and bringing the car back to have the tires put on. All is fine. Ordered tires for my truck. There was a delay in shipping. Not the stores fault.Get there for the tires to be put on the truck, waited almost an hour before they took my truck. But once it was in the bay they were quick. Just be prepared for a long wait. As there was along wait with my car the first time in also. Only real complaint.

Everyone working here helped me so much. They greeted me and I felt welcome from the start. I had a nail in my tire which was scary to find a flat tire. The guys at this D.T. Store helped me get into the shop right away and plugged the hole free of charge! I recommend this location to anyone.

Excellent. I bought 4 tires here back in February 2019, and I had warranty. Recently, my 2 wheels in the rear were wornout and I thought maybe i would have to replace both of them, and they said I still have warranty so instead of being charged 300 dollars, i only paid 42 dollars for warranty renewal.

Specifically told them I wanted the FRONT tires replaced with new tires, they advised to rotate the old REAR tires to the front and keep the new ones in the back. I told them I didnt want that because both rears have different amount of wear. Not that it matters but one was replaced a few weeks earlier from a blow out and the other is over 60k miles and on its way out. I stated I was replacing both of them in a few weeks so I have all new tires and to do as I had asked. They did not listen to my simple request and my new tires were mounted in the back. Taking my business elsewhere.

Their customer service is top notch. I rarely leave reviews. But since the start Dominic was helpful and patient when it came to questions and prices. When I arrived they were courteous and polite. They finished changing my tires in less than 30 minutes.. usually on other shops its about an hour. Amazing service!

Just the worst place to go. They forget to call you to let you know when the job done, you have to do there job. Doesnt even let you know that your part didnt arrive when you already made a appointment to install it until you get there. Second time what a joke this place is. Management is terrible

I actually use Discount for my fleet of work vehicles.Im always amazed at how much they seem to care that Im very satisfied.Granted, I have bought over 10 sets of tires in the last 5 years or so.Quality store at Lakewood (I-5 and 84th).They exceed my expectations every time.

Very frustrating dealing with their services. I purchased wheels months ago and they could not get the caps ordered correctly. I’ve been in three times since and they are still giving me the runaround. Something that should be so simple is difficult for them. I will continue to drive 40 minutes out of my way to get the job done. Hopefully next time they can get them installed

It was not the 2.5 hour wait that made the experience bad but the customer service. Yes it was busy and being in business myself with customer service I get it. The kid who checked us in asked if we had an appointment, my girlfriend who has been a customer for 10 plus years and I for 26 years, she said no. She then said that there was a nail in the tire and was not planning on that the first week of school, as she in a teacher. The kid with shaggy hair said well it is better with an appointment. She then said I want a balance and rotation as long as it is here. After about half hour, I enquired about my truck and the kid just stared at me and I said well I will just call for an appointment. I then said well just do the balance and rotation on her suberu and fix the nail in the front tire. Again, the shaggy haired kid just stared and did nothing. Once the car went went into the bay the guys fixed the tire quickly but no balance and rotation. I asked the guy that brought the car out ( who was great) about the balance and rotation. He said it was not on the work order. Not his fault. The young kid should not work there anymore! We will continue to be customers but will never return to the 84th st. location.

I went to this location because it was super close to where I live. BEST CHOICE IVE MADE IN A LONG TIME!!! Everyone was so courteous and so polite. They apologized repeatedly for making me have to wait because they were so busy... Now I see why. Keep up the awesome job guys! Very satisfied.

Took our truck in for some new tires that they happened to have in stock for our odd size. Driving up to check in was easy. The appointment itself went pretty quick, at about an hour. We experienced a strange noise on the drivers wheel/tire which we brought back to them. It was a quick fix after one of the managers came out was able to recognize the issue and sent us on the way with no more noise!

This Discount Tire store is the most amazing tire store you can find in Lakewood/Tacoma area. They provides very nice price, and if you can find a cheaper deal, theyll match it.Beside the price, the service is AMAZING! Brad is the guy who worked on my Maserati and he solved all the problems. Because I need specific tires that match the size and speed rating, its really difficult to find and theyre all out of stock. Brad helped me find out a good alternative with a greater price, and impressively, I got it installed on the next day. Thats so efficient that he reduced the waiting time from 4 days to one day, and the tire team did a fantastic job on my car.Based on the pricing, customer service and efficiency, I would definitely recommend Discount Tire Lakewood to everyone who is shopping for tires.

This place is awesome I pulled up thinking I was going to pay $60 plus to fix my tire but they did it for free josh store manager is the best.

They have always been kind and super efficient over the years.They squeezed me in today to patch my tire so I didn’t have to wait in the parking lot for 5 hours. I’m super grateful and they all deserve a raise.

I called ahead and got pricing for my car and the associate was so patient and thorough when explaining all my options and the differences between tires. I made an appointment same day and showed up early. They checked me in and allowed me to wait in my car until it was my turn. I waited less than 10 mins. Inside was clean, staff was friendly. And I got a great deal on all 4 tires! Highly recommend

So I purchases snow tires and rims and lugs from Derek. He is a great salesman and took the time to help me get what I wanted. The only issue was that when I went to have them installed they had chrome lug nuts not black. I paid alot of money for them so I wanted to get what I ordered. They wanted to install some black lugs they had on hand but since I ordered new I wanted to make sure I did indeed get what I paid for...new. They ordered me a new box of black lugs to correct the situation and I came back for install. The only reason I dinged them one star is because they did not call me when the lugs came in I had to call them and I had to have the 2nd appointment. The actual guys who check you in and they guys who did the work are proficient and friendly. Although there was the error in my order I felt they made every effort to accommodate me and correct the mistake to make me happy which is what good customer service is. I would definitely do business with them in the future.

Ordered new falcon wild peaks and set an appointment to get them installed and then waited an hour + to actually have someone install them. The staff and the guys who do the actual labor are awesome but the management and customer service representatives are trash. This has happened twice with two different vehicles and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to spend $900 and get bent on any time schedule you have. I was in line and I heard a guy tell a coworker “you need to help that guy because he’s been waiting for an hour” and the coworker literally shrugged without saying anything and walked off.

Decided to give these guys a call when the Walmart tire center on the way home from work wouldnt answer their phone. For ten minutes.Well, I decided to give these guys a call because they treated my roommate right a few months ago, and they answered pretty quickly and had a quote for new tires for me in a few minutes. They had an appointment time for me within an hour which was convenient considering I was on my way home from work and very likely will be needing to head back in sometime tonight, so the earlier I could get in the better so I can get home and get to bed.Upon arriving they check customers in curbside and ask that you wait in the parking lot, and a rep will be right with you after the check in person gets some info on your vehicle and tires. The wait was not long at all.All in all, I was in and out in just a hair over an hour. Not bad considering I called them on a whim after work because my slow leak in one of my tires had gotten so bad I was needing to pump it up daily.Its Covid times, so the chairs in the waiting room are all spaced out. Once Covid is over, some complimentary coffee and tea would be pretty sweet, but completely understandable to have the waiting room bare bones for now. The curbside check in flows very smoothly, kudos for that.Sure, I may have been able to spend less at Walmart, but Id likely have gotten lesser quality tires (these guys toss in a 60k mile tread life warranty on my particular set of tires), and you need to pick up the phone when money is trying to call you.Super friendly staff, they will certainly treat you right.

Truly disappointedWent in to have a tire fixed that was leaking rather quickly, was put on a list at check-in and told that appointments came first, unfortunately not knowing that I was going to have a tire start going flat I did not have a appointment. ( Did I mention that I was also towing a trailer) so I pulled into the parking lot as instructed and waited 9:00am at 10:00 am someone came out to my truck and informed me that they could make me a appointment for 1:00pm as I am sitting there with my tire going flat. I am a business owner and was actually working so time is money.why do they not have a contingency plan in place for these types situations.needless to say I had to go to a different tire shop to have my tire repaired.i have purchased tire at discount tire for several years and several of my vehicles and refered people which may not happen any longer and will now consider taking my business elsewhere.

Once again, Discount Tire crushes it.This is my third fantastic experience with DT. I came in with a flat around 2 pm, and they got me outta there by 4 pm, thanks to their policy of regarding flats as emergency situations that warrant immediate attention. Just a huge fan of DT and their professionalism. All my friends swear by DT, too.

It’s amazing how my TPMS worked before I got my tires replaced, but I go my tires replaced, and as I was leaving one wasn’t working but I was told “drive for 10 minutes and it will reset”. I drove for 24 hours and still doesn’t work. Had them inspect it and they said it’s not their fault, so they want to charge me to fix it.... How is something not your fault when I bring it in and it’s working and when I leave it’s broken?!?

Four visits in two months. No, I don’t have a problem. I do a lot of off-roading though. The first visit was to buy a new set of all terrains for my Jeep. The price was great, service was absolutely phenomenal, and they had me in and out in no time.Two weeks later, I drove over a drill bit while trail driving. Ouch. Sadly, the tire was a total loss. This lead to my second/third visit. The second visit was to see if the tire could be salvaged. When I was told it could night, and I would have to wait until a new tire was shipped in, I was disappointed to say the least. But not only did they replace the tire for free due to the warranty, they even gave me a loaner tire to drive on. It was also an all-terrain of equal quality. The tire was shipped in within two days, and I was back on the trails in no time. The service was once again phenomenal, and I was always greeted by the friendliest people.And finally today. My fourth visit. To the truck driver who ran me off the road by cutting across four lanes of traffic, I wish many horrible things upon you. But to the gentleman at discount tire, who got me in quickly, inspected my tire, and put me back on the road in no time, seriously you guys are doing it right. Excellent customer service, down to earth environment, and no they won’t try and sell you on things you don’t need. Very honest work, and I have absolutely no regrets becoming a customer of theirs. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Went to this discount tire for a tire change after buying my tires online. While they were changing my tires they found out that the website was not updated and they didn’t have the tires I ordered online in stock. Instead of sending me on my way to another location they upgraded my tires at no cost to me. Very satisfied with their customer service!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

I called on a Saturday with a flat tire and made an appointment for the installation of 4 new tires. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! The store staff were also very friendly, enthusiastic and professional.

Isiah was great. Had a huge problem with my lug nuts but he got them right off for me. It gets busy here tho so an appointment is good idea!

So I needed tires, they gave me a quote of almost 400 for one tire but once I got agitated they said they could order another tire that was around 75 less and they told me I had another car brands tires on my car, it just got weird so I left and went to south park and got a new full set for 225 bucks. I use the Yuma Az store normally and never had a problem like this

Took 4 trips to get Tires,checked, rechecked,Previously purchased there, needed to be Prorated as they did Not last as mileage was supposed to.The new Tires were installed, with 11 year old TPMS indicaters, then with less than 100 miles on them, One of the old sensors went BAD?SO, to remedy the Issue,Trip #5,Later that day,, I had to Purchase 4 New Sensors, at a ONETIME reduced price,and No Installation fee! IF I had only purchased 1 it would have been $60.plus installation $$$$The Salesman said they should last at least 6 years??.

Went in to get a tire fixed slow leak called the Lacey Discount Tire they didnt have appointments till the afternoon called Lakewood they had a 8am appointment took it in was out before 830 they fixed the flat and checked the spare tire very professional and polite would recommend them if your in a hurry no long lines in the mornings on the weekdays
