I have had my RV there for 3 years and they still will not fix there problem that they did to my engine! Its a simple fix put a new one in!

Rude, disresecctful, saidy dont take your car or truck here,they will take advantage of you only see $ over what is rigth for there customers, will not stand up to there workmenship..!

I’m sure everyone wishes there would be an honest shop in this location, being so close to Ft Lewis and Mc Cord to work on the our military people’s cars .It’s happened again . These people have such a bad reputation they changed their name to (My Mechanic ) or some such thing . I heard they have such bad credit with the venders in the area they have to pay COD.DON’T DO IT . YOUR BETTER OFF SHUTTING YOUR EYES AND POINTING AT SOMETHING IN THE YELLOW PAGES

Unprofessional rude and filthy, Sam the manager does not return calls, and just disappeared during my transaction, unbelievable!!
