Needed a diagnostic ran to see if my transmission was needing some service, the front desk worker Matt (if I remember correctly) got me an appointment ASAP and ran a free diagnostic for me. They gave me all the info I needed including engine light codes, and referred me to a sister shop to get the correct things worked on (transmission was good for now) thanks guys!

I have a Nissan Pathfinder and I had problems with what I thought was the transmission, I took my car to this place and they did a diagnosis and luckily it was something cheaper it was my differential, in the past they already did an excellent job on my Dodge 3500 truck … They are the best, excellent service, super friendly, they did the service sooner than they told me and they guaranteed the best for 12 months. Mat you are the best thank you very much for all your patience and kindness. 100% recommended

So have a 2008 Ford Escape currently Im on my 3rd rebuild in 3 months with them for this car, but thankfully they have been very professional and stand by their work, and they honor their own 2 year warranty guarantee for when they have to rebuild transmissions. Honestly I wish I wouldnt have had to rely on that warranty so much in only 3 months but, at least they are honest workers trying to do honest work and stand behind their work, hoping that this time the rebuild will work and that I just got very unlucky with the parts before.

I cant thank Matt and the crew at Advanced enough for their heroic efforts to help me out. I was driving through Denver with my kids and a dog on a road trip with 900 miles to go to get home when a dashboard indicator went off indicating transmission-related issue. I went to four other shops in search of assistance, none of which had time in their schedule, but several of those shops suggesting it sounded like a serious problem. Advanced Transmission was also fully booked, BUT they understood my predicament, with young kids back at a hotel room climbing the walls, and made time to help. They then diagnosed the problem as only a small sensor being out. And when they realized the part couldnt be obtained for four days, they went McGyver on the issue, creating a temporary fix so we could make the 900-mile drive home. On top of all of this, they suggested there was no charge for the analysis and temporary fix, though they eventually agreed I could buy them lunch. I cant thank them enough and only wish that I lived in Denver so I could go to them for any future transmission-related issues. Thank you, Advanced!!!

My dads vehicle was on there premises for over 4 wks before they finally worked on the repairs, apparently due to fixing vehicles that had been returned for repair of there already done repairs. When they supposedly repaired it, I was not drivable after (even tho it was driven down there) there were rags tied on the inside of the leaky spots on it and it was leaking profusely, I had to have it towed home, as I was told not to drive it. It was returned to me worse than when I brought it into them. Also while it was on there property it was broken into was not notified or anything said to me about this, all my personal stuff was taken and the console was broke and inside vehicle was completely torn apart. Nothing mentioned to me about any of this. Very very upset and no help what so ever. Have tried to call and no one will return my calls!!! Do not use this company!!

Matt and his team are wonderful, and not once did I feel as though I was talked down to or taken advantage of! They got my car in and out in less than a week despite warning me that they had a lot on their books. Kept me updated every step of the way and I cant thank them enough.

We LOVE using Matt and the ATC team for our drivetrain and transmission repair needs. They are friendly, fair, and best of all, their expertise is 2nd to none. These guys got my car in their garage and assested as soon as it was towed there. They were very professional and did the work in a timely manor. Keith didnt talk down to me and explained everything that needed to be done and the time frame. It has been three weeks and my car is like new.I highly recommend Advanced Transmission Center!

They do check out your transmission for free, not to happy with them having it my car for two days. One day they said it was fine and the other day they told me my transmission needs work but not sure what needs to be done, super nice guys but I had to go else where to get it done with more confidence.

Had my transfer case rebuilt and updated. Also had driveshaft rebuilt and diffs checked. Great service and they stand behind their work 👍

He took time to find out what my issue was and actually took steps to find out how ATC could improve there service . In this day and age that speaks volumes as to what kind of business they have ! I have a ford explorer (2007) and you need a special nozzle to get transmission fluid back in after taking the radiator out. I called them, they got me in immediately and were very professional. Great place to do business with. Had to change out a leaking transfer case on my girlfriends Mazda CX-7. Although it’s never inexpensive to do this at a shop we felt comfortable with the pricing they gave us. Keith was very personable and professional. When my transmission on my 2015 Tacoma seized up they did an amazing job in working with me by displaying all the courses of actions theyd be able to do. Once we were able to get the process through a warranty claims group, they did an amazing job in keeping me updated on the process and their communication theyve had with the warranty claim group. Outstanding job they did and was able to install a new transmission in about a day time!Thanks for all the hard work you guys do, and your customer service is undeniably good!

I brought my car in recently to find out why I was having a clutch problem. That very day I got it diagnosed with a breakdown of labor and parts cost. While I waited for parts to ship, they were kind enough to leave my car in the garage to keep it nice. The price was more than fair and the work was absolutely excellent. I took my jeep to a shop they told me my rear differential was bad they said that it was going to cost around 2500 so I started looking for other options till I found Advanced Transmission Center, I took my car in the morning they give me a call telling me that the rear differential was fine and the noise I had was coming in the front of the car, I recommend them they are honest and they have a good price, thanks again

I went in to Advanced Transmission of Lakewood for what I thought was a transmission/clutch repair on my 1999 Jeep Wrangler. Initially, I lost all power to my gears (manual) on my TJ - which had me thinking this was a transmission issue. I called Keith (Manager) and set up a time to take a look. Within the next day, Keith had called me back with a list of underlining issues - not in my transmission but in the rear axle of the Jeep (which to find out was the real issue). Keith informed me in which my rear axle was pretty much totaled. From binding in my rear driveshaft, scorched shafts and destroyed posi plus ring and pinion. My rear axle was under warranty from a previous repair/work from another shop in Denver, this was the route I would take. However, Keith and his team provided a thorough inspection of my vehicle for FREE, no cost whatsoever. Keith provided pictures to the damage in the rear and his team helped me load it back on the trailer. Keith kept me informed throughout the entire process and I felt confident in his teams knowledge and direction. Honest vehicle repair and FREE inspections is hard to find in the metro area - Im more than pleased with this shop and will be back for any future work needed.

We brought our 1995 K3500 in after noticing a transmission fluid leak. Told the front desk where we thought it was coming from; they assured us that they inspected for leaks and found nothing. $260 and a day later and we’re trying to do a roadside fix for low transmission fluid. So frustrating that it seems like they didn’t actually do what we asked for. We were even assured by the technician at pickup that this had been checked.

Keith went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. I took my Jeep Compass in after a long trip for I thought was a transmission issue and it was diagnosed as a right rear wheel bearing causing the noise. He scheduled my repair which was not their norm considering it was a transmission center but called my warranty company that day for approval and repaired my Jeep when his schedule allowed. It was was ready to go considering his busy schedule. Nothing but integrity and nothing but kudos for this business!

Greetings,I was a customer at Advanced Transmission a few weeks ago. I was referred to Advanced and was told to contact Keith. I did so. I was attempting to have my vehicle towed to Advanced but was unable to make contact with the towing company. I phoned Keith and he immediately got in contact with the towing company, they delivered the vehicle and Advanced started on the vehicle. Keith kept me abreast on the progress which, only took a few days to complete. I was without my truck for only a couple days partly due to another shop having the vehicle as stated above. What the greatest thing was that Keith called and let me know the truck was completed and I could come and pick it up . Well I received another call from Keith stating that the tech., was un-happy with the way the truck was performing. When a committed and reputable Co will not release your vehicle until its done right can and will have my support. Im late writing this review, but the car still runs great! My dad highly recommended this place, and when I saw it was on the referral list, that was even better. I brought my car there 9/2019 and they fixed the transmission for a great price. It was a new used car that I thought was a good deal. Once they got the new transmission in, they found out the computer was bad and that made it not shift right - which may have caused the transmission to go out in the first place. They worked out a deal with me to fix that also at an affordable price. Now, 3/1/2020 its still running great. I will definitely go back to them in the future.

I am extremely happy with the clutch replacement on our 2013 Nissan Frontier, the Advanced transmission team did a great job, issues I didnt realize were related to a previous service have gone away thanks to their high quality and thorough work.My other car with 2ook miles also need work done to refresh the transmission, they were communicative and completed the work as soon as possible once parts arrived, my car is so much fun to drive again!Thank you!

I brought my GMC Sierra 3500 Dually into Keiths shop with a transmission electrical issue after reading all of the positive reviews on Google. Before I even got home he called me with the scan results! Bad ground, TCM is fried, or bad transmission turbine sensor. They swapped out known good sensor and narrowed it down to TCM or bad ground. Keith is a pleasure to work with, he always answers the phone ready to help you out. He said he couldnt find the bad ground or flash a new TCM, so I had to take it to a dealer for this. He did this all for NO CHARGE!!! Very honest shop, dont even hesitate to bring your vehicle here for work.

Gary was both professional and personable and gave me multiple options to choose from. I would give 5 stars, but still need to go back for my 500 mile check in. Quick turnaround time and even offered to have it available the next day! The free towing was icing on the cake as well!Update...Got the 500 miles check up done and again Gary was right on top of everything and had me in and out fairly quickly. Thats good enough for me to up them to the full 5 stars!!!

What a great experience. Customer service at its best. I knew my transmission was a lemon before taking it in and Scott confirmed this after having his staff look it over. The service was much faster than expected, most repair shops could care less on how long you will wait. Scott explained why my transmission was not functioning correctly, very honest and to the point. We havent decided yet if we will be replacing the 2008 Jeep Patriot or having Advanced Transmission replace the transmission in it. With the knowledge this business has with transmissions I would not hesitate having them work on any of my vehicles, even with a 200 plus miles round trip. Found this shop upon doing research and contacted them, spoke to Rob on the phone about transporting a car and rebuilding the transmission. I previously had a sour experience with a previous transmission shop and I was weary of going to a new one. Dropped the car off and they tore the transmission down and found that there was no saving it. Rob got me the best price, went into detail and covered all bases. They finished three days earlier then estimated which is never a bad thing. Overall fantastic experience 10/10! Definitely will be returning and recommending!!!

I am very impressed with the the Professional mechanics at Advanced Transmission Center in Lakewood, CO. I went in for a routine Automatic Transmission Fluid Change. They also rebuilt a Transmission on my former Car, and they do excellent work

Honest, trustworthy, and great prices! I was nervous about replacing clutch kit, but these are genuine people and they’re honest with what needs to be replaced and what is still in good condition. They’re passionate about their work and it shows!

A regular at work recommended a mechanic at 6th and Garrison. I called him to tell him I was going to bring my manual Honda Accord in because the clutch pedal would stick to the floor and yank back and forth before some different combinations of changing gears and flipping the clutch back up made it possible to move. I said I had the clutch plate, fly wheel, and throw bearing replaced and the mechanic stopped me and said woah woah that sounds like something Im way not ready to handle. Take it to Advanced Transmission on Pierce.The next day I hobbled my car there and Keith kindly offered a free inspection. He called me the next morning and told me they would need to open up the transmission in order to discern the problem. Everything was mechanically fine with the car until you tried to start it. I couldnt afford to go through with it and just drove it home. I found it especially valuable that he told me their mechanic has been doing this for 40 years and some jobs take 4 or five throw bearings to make it work. Transmissions are such a delicate process that you never know what part could be causing the problem. Thanks to Keith and his team for their help. It was great to get a second opinion for free!

First rate service. I needed an overhaul on my transmission with 200,000+ miles. Gary answered all of my questions and kept me updated on repair progress. My vehicle was in and out very quickly. I wish I could give them 50 stars!I found out my car had a transmission problem at the worst possible timing. It was at the end of the year and my husband was away and I was about to have a long road to trip to move to another state.Im an Asian woman who never drove a car till recently and I was always intimidated by any car related places, even a car wash...so, I was horrified that I needed to handle this problem all by myself.Semi-panicking, I called Advanced Transmission Center at night, and Gary answered the phone and he was so kind that he totally melted away my fear.He offered a free diagnostic and he and his team did a really thorough check up and gave me a very good explanation about whats going on with the transmission.Gary was so patient with me, he even spent some time talking to my husband on the phone, never rushed me nor being impatient.In the end, I decided to sell my car, rather than fixing it as my car was super old and I needed to move very soon...and he was still amazingly kind, even though he knew that I wouldnt be abele to give him any business. He topped off the transmission fluid as a temporary solution and didnt even charge me for the labor...after spending such long and quality time for me and my car.Oh, and my car was driving so much better after they poured nearly 3 litters of fluid!Advanced Transmission Center is absolutely the best place if you ever find any problem with your cars transmission. Theyre honest, kind, professional and full of human compassion. Dont waste your time trying any other places, but just go to Advanced Transmission Center and you wont regret!

Friendly and fair. My car was acting up and there were able diagnos the problem. My transfer case was going out. They worked with me to let me keep the car( reduce the need for a rental) only had my car for two day. I highly recommend them!

Had my fords manual transmission go down because of a mistake I made, they took the car,( not running and in multiple pieces mind you), off the truck on a Monday, and had it ready for me, running and all on Tuesday afternoon. This place did a fantastic job on rebuilding my Chevy Silverado (4L60) transmission. They charged a reasonable fee and did the work in about 2 days. I was actually contemplating walking away and waiting to do the work later in the summer, due to budgeting concerns, but Keith really won my business with his non-abrasive, very informative approach, he’s not an annoying pushy salesman. The shop even notified me of other maintenance issues that most shops would have missed or cared less to inform. I was asked and allowed to determine how aggressive my shifting points were, which i was quite impressed with. I’m used to dealing with “take it or leave it” type of mechanics lately, so thanks for that. I am happy I chose this place and hope I don’t return but if I have any future transmission issues on any of my vehicles, I’m coming back here.

So let me tell you about Advanced Transmissions these guys are unbelievable not only are really friendly and courteous and kind they are on top of their game I had my baby my 1978 Chevy Scottsdale brought into them they were able to diagnose the problem and give me a fair and decent quote where in return I went and had them go ahead and do the work they have the job done within a couple days and able to give me back on the road as soon as possible which was important because I use my vehicle everyday for work Gary and the rest of the crew once again as I said were very friendly and considerate now I have my baby back and shes running better than she ever has in 20 years I would highly recommend this place for anybody with any transmission or 4 wheel drive problems

I took my truck to Advanced Transmission due to a bad shifting issue. Ultimately, I found out my transmission needed a rebuild and the cost was more than I could afford but Keith was very professional and I felt like I was getting quality information, they were awesome to work with!

I highly recommend Advanced Transmission Center if you have, or think you have a transmission problem. We took our 2014 Jeep Cherokee into Advanced Transmission Center after the dealer told us the transmission needed to be replaced for a cost of $5,000! After a free diagnostic test, Gary told us they could find nothing wrong with our transmission. We are driving our Jeep again and that $5,000 is still in our bank account. We are very grateful for the service and integrity of Advanced Transmission Center.

Gary and his crew were great. Gary was in constant communication with me regarding the repairs that needed to be completed to my 4runner. If there was any additional charges, he let me know immediately. The work was completed in a short amount of time. I would recommend this shop any day.

I have great things to say about Advanced Transmission Center. Theyre so friendly and smart (my dad was thinking that they were just like any other shop). First impressions, I was impressed with how nice their staff is. They all smile and say hello. Its very clean and professional.They rebuilt my transmission within 48hrs. I took in the transmission not my while vehicle. Definitely a great place to get a transmission repaired, or transfer case. Ive had my truck back and running for a few months now without issues. Great service. This is my second time using Advanced Transmission and every time they guarantee and do quality work. This last visit wasnt even the transmission they fixed a leak in my differential and replaced drive shaft U-joint that was loose. My Car hasnt run this smooth in Years. If its a drive train problem your having this is your place. Quality Parts and service for a fair price.

Great job and customer service! Over the weekend I noticed my truck had lost reverse gear? Doing some research I had come upon your shop and contacted via e-mail, hoping to hear back on Monday. To my surprise you contacted me back same day to discuss. I was able to get the truck in the following Monday for diagnostics. Although the news was not good, Tom was very helpful in explaining the issues and fixes giving me several options for the rebuild to fit my budget. I had the truck back in a couple of days and runs great!!

I have had several cars with transmission problems over the years, and I have always brought them here. I have always received amazing customer service, and the turn around time is great! Great communication, great staff, and great results every time!

Before I took my truck to this shop I went and talked to multiple places. Due to me being a mechanic just didn’t have the place or time to fix my transmission. After talking to several shops I went and talked to Gary at advanced transmission him and I talked for awhile of what was going on with my transmission. I told him that I would definitely be having them do the work on my truck. He was straight forward with the cost and kept me updated on what was going on with my truck while it was there. Got the truck back the same night was driving the truck and the transmission was slamming and lost all my power and lights. Called Gary left a voicemail told him what was going on. While my truck was left in a parking lot that I pushed it into they covered the tow bill and got the truck back to their shop. They found out that it was a bad battery cable connection and they fixed it didn’t charge me for it. This is the type of shop I wanted someone who wasn’t going to screw me over and someone who I could trust. Gary you and your techs are awesome and I’m grateful for all your help and truthfulness as to what was going on with my truck. I’m grateful that we built a trustworthy customer and shop experience. Gary and Tom went out of their way to take care of me when my car needed some major work with a quick turn around. They were recommended by my regular mechanic to handle this job and they were able to do it quickly and at far less of a cost than my regular mechanic told me that it would likely cost. They were also willing to work to get the cost of repairs covered by the car care plan that I had on this vehicle.I really cant recommend these guys enough and will not hesitate to take my car to them again the next time it needs work like this.

Thanks Tom and the guys. Rebuild on my driveshaft, WOW!! What a difference. Bumps, start, stop all the vibration is gone. That was driving me nuts for a long time. I feel like my 2006 truck is brand new again. Im gonna be happy driving that for awhile now.

Advanced TransmissionThis was a Very eye opening experience for me. I had been told over the years that this kind of industry had scoundrels galore. What I found was the opposite and a pure joy in my transaction with them. I first spoke with Tom, the owner. He took quite a bit of time explaining his company to me. Having been in business for over 30 years, there is a wealth of knowledge. I had the opportunity to ask every question I could think of. He answered all of them. I felt comfortable with moving ahead. He told me to call back in the morning and speak with Gary to set it up.When I called in, Gary answered. Again I was impressed. He added to the good feeling I got with Tom. He outlined what would happen if I brought my car in for a look see and diagnosis. The process was discussed and I decided to go in to get it handled. I took my 14 year old car to the shop and left it. A couple hours later Gary called. He gave me the news as to what had been discovered by the technician. I asked for a low and high guess as to the mostly unknown shape of my car. A realistic assessment of the possible corrections needed allowed me to decide that I needed to think on for a while as there would be a progressive cost depending upon my desired replacement parameters.Because of this no cost primary look see, I then took my 23 year old van into the shop. I picked up the car and dropped the van. Couple hours later, Gary called with the preliminary result. Bottom line…. I had a pretty major potential problem. What I got out of the initial points was that I ought not put the money in to the fix the van. Those funds would be better used for the car.As I chose to not pull the car or van transmissions out to disassemble, thus knowing the full extent of the issues, there was NO CHARGE for the initial assessments.These guys are GREAT !!

I brought in my GMC Yukon to Advanced Transmission. I worked with Scott and had a very positive experience. Professional, timely and communicative through the entire process. My issue didnt end up being transmission related but Advanced gave honest feedback on what they believed the problem to be. Would bring my cars back in the future!
