Scheduled service appointment weeks ahead for a check engine light on a new Cayenne with a Loaner. Get a text two hours before my appointment saying no loaners available. Had they reached out the day before, I could have adjusted my schedule. Had already planned out the day for numerous stops.REVISION: service department called me later in the afternoon that a loaner was available. I moved a couple of meetings around and got my car dropped off and exchanged for a loaner. Dealership may be short of loaners for numerous reasons. They however conducted very professionally throughout the ordeal. Thank you…
We love Prestige for all our luxury car needs. Everyone is professional and personable! They always take the best care of our vehicles and walk us through the process. It is super easy to schedule and complete service. I would highly recommend!
Hands-down the worst customer service for their Porsche service. Disorganized, unprofessional and inconsistent communication. The service manager is the worst one of them all, its hard to tell whether he just forgets things or whether hes being shady and avoiding things. But either way I cannot begin to tell you what a bad job theyve done dealing with warranty issues on my car. Because they dont communicate with well with each other nor do they listen to the customer, they put hundreds upon hundreds of miles on your car test driving it, without successfully replicating or fixing the problem. Totally ridiculous.
No one talked to me or came out to see if I wanted anything. Worst lot Ive been too. Lost my business.I went to Stevensons in littleton and bought a Porsche 911 with Cash instead.
Had a complicated problem in which the normal solution made it worse. so reversing the solution fixed the problem. everyone treated me like my problem was their problem to fix. that really made a difference . thanks
Great servie
