I bought a car from here 5 years ago and the man who had helped me at the time had definitely made me feel like I had been duped into buying a car that I regretted so much. So I had my reservations about coming back here again, but boy am I glad that I did. Rob McFadden was the salesman who helped me and I can not give him enough praise. He sat down with me, really made sure I understood everything we went over and listened to everything I was looking for, and I ended up leaving with the perfect car for me. Everyone there- from the finance department to even the other salesmen, were nothing short of professional and courteous. You have completely restored my view on buying a car and I will definitely be coming back when its time to find a new car again. I have already recommended this dealership to several friends. Make sure to ask for Rob if you decide to go here- you will not be disappointed.

Stopped in to purchase oil and filter for my TDI VW. The gentleman at the counter (Willy I think was his name) was doing his best to serve in person customers and those on the phone. He needed some help but did a great job taking care of me and the customer in front of me. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Oil and filter was priced fair. I will return when I need anything VW parts related.Though I have not purchased a car here, I have had two other non parts related experiences at this dealership, both have been positive. I would not hesitate to recommend Larry H Miller for parts or sales. I have not had my car serviced here, so I cant comment on that (I do my own work)

Im normally happy with the service here but was disappointed this time around.Came in with a particular problem but the focus became more on service maintenance then my original problem.Could not get a clear answer 🙄 lost in translation...

My son went there, they told him NOTHING was wrong.Then he broke down on his way home!! I dont know if they dont want to do the work or what.He is a teen who works hard and bought his first car &pays extra for Larry miller warranty.Its too bad,what if that was their son or daughter?Treat others the way you want to be treated

10 stars!! I went to every VW dealerships from Colorado springs to Fort Collins before I finally found Larry H Miller VW. I have had some major engine repairs done here and they did an excellent job in a timely fashion. TRAVIS is the best advisor a girl could find. This service department is the only one that touches my GLI from now on.

Great place. Bought a Jetta and our sales person Jeff was great. He knew all the ins and outs of every car on the lot. Even helped us set up our phones with the car computer. When it came to signing paperwork with Sean, that also was a great experience. Very little pressure and explained things in great detail. From start to finish things went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service in the service dept. Not sure they know how to use a phone to call or answer. Waited until we showed up at 530pm to let us know they hadnt even brought the car into the garage yet.I could go on...but basically ineptitude at the highest!
