Everyone was friendly, there were a lot of options at amazing prices. When you go there Id suggest to wish the cashier a nice day. Its always nice to put a smile on someones face.

I love stopping by and grabbing goodies and to go food when I don’t have time to cook. It’s convenient and the veggies and fruit are always fresh!

I love this store. They have just about every thing you could want for a great meal, snack or buffet.From soaps to dishes to live fish and even great candies and snacks you can find it easily here.I just wish I had a H-Mart closer to me than a 6 hour drive each way.

No carts for customers. They are getting too much business for their own good. This usually entails lack of quality control on all aspects. The Korean cashiers also usually make your life hell when they make mistakes. They never apologize. I learned to go with other south east Asian cashiers.

Wow. Talk about variety. And they have fresh seafood for a decent price. Hard to find live crab anywhere near here for some reason. Great customer service and friendly staff

As I was approaching the meat/seafood department, I witnessed an employee mistreat an elderly lady. His actions were so rude and disrespectful that I had to standup for the lady and say something on her behalf since her accent was so thick. I spoke to the manager who slighted the situation under the rug by stating the employee didnt know much English. I was even more shocked with the managers response!One dosent have to know a language to be courteous and respectful to customers; especially to our elderly.One star because theres no zero stars to give.

We witnessed a hostile and rude meat clerk who treat an old lady rudely. Raising his voice at her, while throwing down the meat in ftont of her and walk away from her. The lady and we were stunned! The manager gave a lame execuse for the mans behavior. The offending clerk should be fired. A disgrace to this company.

Service could be better. Floor space could be more spacious.

Why are they consistently selling expired food with sales tag??None of their cart is in adequate condition, at this point I feel bad for those cart... (let them rest in peace).Isle is so crowed with selling expired food. They bunch them up in isle with sales tag so people have to look.Their restroom is hardly ever cleaned.Definitely over priced.Receive terrible customer service every time from seafood section.They are lucky they are big chain store with decent amount selection unless they would not stay open.Federal way carry better item, definitely better food court with better customer service.One star all day, every day!!!

I love H mart here but I hope you guys hirering korean works. Korean are friendly stuff but some of people from idk where in the corner sea food she definitely notKOREAN!! She is really rude! We need to get sea food she is definitely dont want work there lol I am sure a lot of people want get a job! If you dont want work go home!!! Dont make korean looks bad!

Even if you are not Asian they have a lot of great food at good prices. The cashiers are fast and nice.

Amazing selection of fresh and shelf stable food. Went to just look around and ended up spending close to 80 bucks on dinner and snack stuff. Cant wait to try everything. 😊 Everyone is so polite too and even though the aisles are pretty slim its easy to go another way around, or wait for others to pass. Kids are excited about the snacks too.

Lots of Asian and South East Asian foods and ingredients. All you need for shabu shabu or yakiniku is there. Instant ramen in all flavors. Anything picked and seafood. Snacks and drinks. Pots and pans, dishes and utensils, and rice of all kinds are all here.

They have pretty much what you need when it comes to grocery or should I say Asian food the only down side is that they don’t have a lots of selection compared to other H mart

Love coming here, there is so many varieties of snacks, drinks and etc.

So many varieties to choose from, including Filipino food/products. Store is a bit clustered so best to go there when it’s not crowded, but the variety of products to chose from makes us for it. Loads of variety of fish cakes, tofu, rice noodles. They also sell cooked Korean food on the go. And before you go out of the store there is also a small pastry shop. The sweet Korean ladies have limited English language skills but you’ll figure it out anyway.

Is great place to shop good food and clean environment

I wanted to give 5 stars for H Mart, but I really want to reserve the highest marks for a place that will WOW me. I do feel its a solid 4.5 and if I had the option thats what I would give. The produce is always good quality and I appreciate that they proportion reasonable sizes instead of the supersized ones in regular supermarkets. I also appreciate the variety of Asian-Pacific vegetables available because it allows me to get cheffy. The meat counter and seafood counters are also good quality and I highly recommend them. This place is always very clean and well organized. When compared to the other two major asian markets in the area (Paldo World and Boo Han) I go here more often. I love Paldo World for the variety, but its HUGE, and unless you know exactly what you are looking for you might be a while. I consider Boo Han a value market that still has quality stuff, they just seem to focus less on aesthetics. One of the things I enjoy most about going to any of the three markets is trying new things. My son and I like to each get some ramen and a drink we have never had before just to try it out. If you cooking an asian meal sometime or feeling adventurous I highly recommend checking this place out.

H-mart is an excellent grocery store. If you are white like a I am. You will be unfamiliar with 80 percent of the products offered by this store. Thats the adventure and you should take it on yourself to go here and get 5 things that you have no idea what they are. Asians make some pretty awesome frozen treats. They have microwavable entrees that Safeway or Albertson cant hold a candle to. Want a filet of fish? great! They have like 15 varieties and they will gut and clean them for you on the spot. Fresh as they get. They will even cut the fillets to your specification. Just go there and buy 5 items you dont understand. Open up your culinary potential with new and tasty morsels to increase your power.

Place is small to be ready if you hate tight places. Overall good control of the register lines, everyone had masks on. Good source off foods, and if you came from Korea (myself) this will be a place to go. I love everything in here.

Mochi Ice Cream I purchased was melted and re-frozen before I purchased making the item stale tasting. This was not acceptable and I went to return the item. I was told that I had a 2 hour window to return dairy products. This customer service was not helpful as I lost money on uneduble.food.

You can find a lot of Asian food here..all kind of asian vegetable,noodle,rice,seafood including alive fish and clam and lobsters..but some items are a little expensive...

When making homemade fresh rolls or sushi, I love shopping here. Or even when not, I love adding vegetables (such as mint, basil, bok choy, Thai peppers) they sell to my regular dishes. The selection is great, lots of fresh vegetables, spices, condiments, etc.

They have a really great variety of fruit and vegetables. I go here especially to buy mangos by the flat.I always stop by the bakery for something. They have amazing cakes ready to go!

Great place for Korean and Asian food

I didnt know this place existed 9 months ago. It is a great place and I can find items that I havent been able to find since I was in Japan and Korea more than 10 years ago.

Fast lines, ordered the Korean cake, it is fresh and tastes great. At the back of the store there is a good section with live shell fish.

This is a great place to get many of your international food needs. It is well organized and has a bakery and sushi/ramen place attached. Staff are also quite helpful. Highly recommend going here.

Was on the hunt for some teas and instant coffee. I had gone to another business that ignored safety rules and was happy to see things were safe at HMart.Nice produce selection and a huge variety of other products. Good tea and coffee options. If you are looking for a specific ingredient for almost any cuisine, you can likely find it here.They also have a nice selection of housewares and some super cute socks.The store is smaller than a Super H Mart but they pack a lot into this space.

My wife can score all the ingredients for the delicious spicy Korean food we love. I can stock up on Shin ramen and ChocoPies for the field. A bonus is the parking lot is great for training Soldiers about to be stationed in Korea, park away from the doors.

A nice market with a nice variety of items. Aisles were a little crowded, but not obnoxiously so. We go to Korean markets because my wife if half but her mother passed away when she was 16, so these trips are as much about nostalgia as they are getting supplies. Produce was wonderful, and plentiful. Lots of premade items that could be taken and made with little effort, for those who never learned.

COVID WARNING H MART is the only grocery establishment I have been to that does not have hand sanitizers or any antiseptic cleaners for their carts. I go here regularly, no sanitizers at the cash registers for even their employees. Beware and bring your own supplies. Isn’t this a regulation for public establishments right now? Hopefully someone sees this and can change their practice. - signed a nurse

As far as shopping goes, Hmart has high quality ingredients for all of my Korean recipes. Im always so happy to find my favorites their and things I thought didnt need. My only concern is that the bathrooms look like its an after thought. Other than that, I love this place.

Amazing selection, friendly staff. Be advised, sauces tend to be sorted by brand more than type, so if you dont know what company makes what youre looking for, it can be a little difficult to find something specific. Ask someone, theyll take you right to what youre looking for. Cant wait to go back.

I love coming here and getting fresh food at really good prices. The selection is always varied and good quality. If you cant read the packaging look for the white sticker that gives details in English. A very thoughtful and efficient touch.

Not only a Korean mart but also pretty much world mart. Good enough fresh vegetables, clean store, very good organized products. Variety foods. You can get pretty much foods that you want to.

Be careful when you buy stuffs here. Many items are expired and people there dont really care about selling expired stuff. I informed a cashier about this product expired in 2016 (the entire section all expired in 2016) and he told me its ok and just walked away without even trying to pull these items off the shelve. Then I let another cashier knows about it and she just ignore me. I was here on 9/29/2017 @ 17:03:03

Large variety of Asian ethnicity food. My family loved it, the bakery was fresh and they had a showcase of live fish that the kids fell in love with.

Outstanding market for mainly asian imported foodstuffs but a wide variety of everything else as well. Will be back!!!

Still illegally mandating masks for entry as of June 2021. Used to be a loyal customer and have spent thousands here despite the absurdly overpriced product. Never coming back.

This is a huge shopping center that has a variety of ethnic food I cant find many other places. Theres a big produce section that anyways has new items Ive never seen before. Some of the employees are really nice, while others seem to be short with me. Most people are wearing masks.
