Great Customer service, the staff is always curtious and professional. Brian makes you feel heard on what you want and will look at other stores to get you what you need. I highly recommend them. He has a hard job of being the one who has to contact the delinquent accounts, but if you pay your payments then then Brian will not have to make reminder calls and visits. Communication is key people. Dont lie and give bad reviews when you are the one that is in default. I have had nothing but good service from Brian every time I buy something new.

Brian you were absolutely great, helpful in every way you deserve 5 stars BUT to the women i first Spoke to who made me feel crazy saying you don’t have a card on file to charge but yet i was Still charged and when i asked to bring in a bank statement you said “i MeAn you can but we don’t even have a card to charge” just to find out from another employee that i was In fact still charged and that you went ahead and already started the refund. Thank you for processing my refund but you could of avoided the hassle you sent me through if you would of been straight up and said i was Charged but it is being fixed. COMMUNICATION is all we were asking for but for some reason that was too hard for you.

Highly disapprove. I’ve been with a location in NY & they had way better service. They have no remorse for nobody & care not what you might be going through. I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop from here. Came to my house while I was away beating my door down threatening my pregnant wife saying we have stolen property because I was a payment behind.

I have always had a good experience with these people, I have paid off several items, blue ray player, television, small chest freezer, and a streaming device. Will go Bach if I need anything else that they have.

I really cannot wait to pay this place off they are terrible I wouldn’t recommend rent a center at all to anyone I tell my family and friends about the terrible experience I have had with them I truly don’t recommend them to anyone it doesn’t help the only staff member there that is decent is Brian the financial manager and mind you I have been sick couldn’t get out of my bed with Covid and they had absolutely no kind of Remorse if I could rate nothing at all I would

Very poor customer service. 10/10 do not recommend. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes setting up auto pay after I got a new debit card because they couldn’t figure it out just for them to get it wrong. Then the lady called me saying essentially that I was broke that’s why the money didn’t come out. Definitely wasn’t the case. Accept your mess up and stop trying to blame the problem on something else when you and your employees are in fact the problem.

The WORST business deal ive done. Kept my word, paid off item. Only 30 days afterwards the wood inside the couch gives out. I was told,Oh well you pay for it. Beware- do not deal with this rent a center!!!!

Great for when you need to pay payments to buy furniture or just need to rent furniture. A little pricy though.

We got greeted and that was it. No one asked if we needed help or anything. There was a store person available and didn’t ask if we needed help. Another employee came in a proceeded to help other customers.

This store is not good got my bed set from them if you dont pay at 8am on the day its due they calling you off the hook Ive always paid aint never late but when you sleep during the day because you have a night job and they keep calling you makes me irritated I decided to try something waited a day to see what would happen without paying instantly got harassed dont go through these clowns Aarons is probably your best bet if you cant pay they have a grace period rent a center doesnt

They were fast but, I live maby 2 miles from rent a center and I just rented a 75 and had my family come over to watch movies in my new home.Well they said I cant get it until 3days later I work mon through Fri and I only have weekends off, my TV wont be here until Monday and its Saturday so I cant receive my TV because there short staff, I told them Ill help move it but it was shured off.Not to impressed.

Best service ever for me. The staff Brian and James as well as the rest of them do an amazing job of keeping me happy as a customer. They are almost like family and it seems like they have my back. Love this group and this store. You guys are absolutely amazing.

They help me fi f a 50 inch TV and I pay around 50$ a month, I payed the same day they delivered my TV. I cant remember his name but it was a manager he was helpful and efficient I appreciated everything he did and he delivered my TV about 2 hours later no complaints !!!! Go here for yr service and needed they will get you right.

Great support and service, I bought a dryer years ago from them and than they fixed it resently. All free of any charges, and rented me one while it was being fixed, saved me tons of cash. If I did not go to Rent a Center when I did I would have had a bill in the hundreds instead of tens.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Ive had nothing but a wonderful experience with them.

Update: Mike the manager was outrageous accusing me of BROKEN managers special and a DAMAGED USED expensive power recliner were items going in and out per returning and having the recliner fixed. 10 days into making my $587 payment and he scolded me after saying my Aunts Dog was not minding on pissing and accused me of stuff coming in and out$2600 cash price for a $1350 cash price item at the Ashley store same item$453 PER twin mattress only same as cash $209 on AmazonNow call me crazy but ummmm aren’t I paying for Customer Service?They were awesome as we were buying and never had this issue before with them. Whatever happened with Mike and the store in general is flabbergasting.Buyer Beware...save your money and pay cash somewhere else.We have worked with rent a center for many years and Mike is beyond awesome. My family has endured hardships and weve had to return items but never had issues and then got more items and got great deals. I dont get the bad reviews but I know they are awesome I wont go anywhere else

I have been a customer for the last 2 years and it has been awesome. They are friendly and I will continue to do business with them. I have purchased ps3, bedroom set, couch, tv and never had a problem. Until now apparently. Since Dana has left the company I have had nothing but problems. My bed has broke twice and the first time they were great about coming out and replacing it. Now it seems like every time I call I am talking to a new person and no one seems to know what is going on. Here I sit a month later and still no bed frame. Hopefully they get it together soon.
