These guys were hired by my property management company to replace my dishwasher. They were 3 hours late and Im still giving them 5 stars. Thats how awesome they are. Ive never encountered a nicer group of people. They believe in a job well done, and theyll put in the work to make sure it happens. Thats why they were late. They were making sure the person before me got everything done the right way, and thats what they did for us. We hit some snags and they took the time to get it right. They all got calls from their wives wondering why they werent home yet! They finally left at 9 PM, and they left me with a new dishwasher and a smile on my face. These are great people who do great work. Dont hesitate to call them.

Listen to everyone else. This place is a joke. We didnt even rent from them. So i talk to some guy on the phone and I go in to look chairs for our table. I ask the lady at the front desk and she looks at me like Im stupid. So after about 15 minutes of waiting and 2 of her personal calls later she gives us this book and says look through this and see what you like. So we find two items and get prices for them. They have the set right in front of me but wont let us get that one as were not getting the full set. Tell us it will be 4-6 weeks with 25% down and than after it comes in we have to pay the first months upfront. Im like that is ridiculous, you have the set right here. Just cause im not getting the table. just put it in back and put out another table and chairs until you get new chairs in. Very unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to work with you. Went to Aarons and found a set for a little bit more but nicer and but they worked with me and thats all i wanted.

The very best place to rent furniture. I have sent 4-5 friends and relatives here and they have been nothing but pleased with the service they received from Big Mike and Staff. This place took over All American Rent to Own in Fort Collins, Co. They took over our account from them whom weve dealt with for over 20 years. It has been the worst service Ive ever experienced, they lie to you about prices, delivery times everything.. it took them over 5 weeks to get a battery for a computer to us.. each person from Manager down would lie and say they mailed it or they was dropping it off which they werent, we finally got it after almost 2months of waiting. Now they did a repair on the computer to remove the lock system in case you dont pay and try and keep it after paid off..well its been 3 weeks that theyve been on their way here 3 summer weekends lost waiting for people that have no intention of showing up. Getting ready to call Fox 31 Problem Solvers to see what is wrong with this company. Very frustrated.. 😡😡 M. Moore

Im a customer and they are great but if ur dont pay what u owe u cant expect to have it for free i special orderd my bedroom set and im so proud that i went threw them because i didnt have to just choose from only what was in their store so a big thanks to them at premire rental purchase
