Overall a nice experience. They quoted me a great price for the GE wall oven that I was interested in purchasing. The item was delayed due to the chip shortage but that was out of their control. They did keep me informed as to the status of my order throughout the entire process. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Very disorganized. I ordered a refrigerator from them online and was told it would ship on March 17th. Since I live a few states away, I was informed that it could take up to three weeks to arrive and that since the shipping company rarely updated their website, I wouldnt get tracking notification until a day or two before it arrived. Thats all fine by me. Three weeks came and went and so I started calling. Initially, they were closed for the week for Passover. Not a problem; Ill call next week. The following week, I left two phone messages and an email before I got response. A computer glitch had accidentally failed to release several appliances for delivery. Im wondering why no one checked on that before they closed up shop for a week, but OK. By this time, Ive already paid the credit card bill for this refrigerator. But I digress. Its going to be another two - three weeks to deliver, but itll definitely come this time. OK, fine. Three more weeks and...nothing. I start calling again. After a week of talking to live people, leaving messages and emails I finally get a call back saying the delivery company has lost my appliance and they dont have another one to give me. Do I want a refund? Why yes, yes I do. In seven weeks, no one was able to figure out what happened to my order? Or that it never actually shipped? Or that it was probably never there to begin with?

Our 41 year old 24 double oven finally died. Not too many places have 24 double ovens today so from the limited choices, we picked a nice Kitchen Aid model then searched around for best price. Park Avenue Appliance beat everyone, a local appliance store, all the box stores, even Best Buy who had this model on sale. Beyond best price, they had it in stock which none of the other places did. Yosef at Park Avenue Appliances was very easy to work with, order and follow up communications were excellent, and to save delivery time, we were able to go to their warehouse and pick it up ourselves. I just had the best experience a person could hope to have with buying an appliance.I wanted a specific make and model of a refrigerator that came out this year. It isnt easy to find in stock so I ordered it from a big box retailer with an estimated 8-10 week wait.When our renovations were near completion 10 weeks later, I called for an update. After being placed on hold for 30 minutes, I was told it would be another 8-10 weeks.I placed a 2nd order with another big box store who claimed it would arrive in 2 weeks but then quickly added on another 3 weeks.I searched online, again, and luckily Park Ave Appliance appeared as having this refrigerator in stock. I was immediately connected to a knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant representative named Effy, who confirmed the fridge was in stock, at a price that beat the other two stores by a few hundred dollars, and could be delivered first thing Monday morning.I couldnt believe what I was hearing and placed the order even though this seemed too good to be true.First thing this morning (Monday) I received a call that the fridge would be arriving in 20 minutes, and it did, in perfect condition. I have to tell you I was a little hesitant about this purchase reading the reviews having to wait an extra 2 weeks to have my Weber grill delivered however it was worth the wait they were sincere the delivery men were great, during this time it’s difficult find people to work why work when you can make more on unemployment. I had to call the store every two days to get an update. The second delivery was never confirmed and the truck just showed up. Again mixed experience but at end I was satisfied with the purchase.

We purchased a double oven Cafe range from Park Avenue Appliance. We were amazed at the excellent service and prices. I was even more amazed and pleased that it is also a brick and mortar store. I had to check online reviews and the store webpage to be sure it was legit. I ordered 4 appliances from Park Avenue. Very discouraging experience. Was told all were in stock, but the wall oven and dishwasher were delivered a month after I paid for them. The refrigerator came 2 weeks later and the cooktop came 2 weeks after that and delayed installation of my kitchen counters and my move in date. After dozens of phone calls with Jacob, my cooktop was delivered by Uber and it was taken out of the box and the instruction and installation manuals were lost. Price was good, but aggravation negated that. Would not ever buy from them again.

Park Avenue Appliance is one of the best places to buy your appliance. Not only do they carry a wide variety of appliances but their prices are very competitive, they easily beat boxed store prices. They do not force you to buy anything and are very knowledgeable in what they do.

I called three times last week regarding a refrigerator delivery status that was placed by my landlord on the 10th. No one answered the phones, called customer service, sales and delivery, left messages and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me. Frustrated beyond belief.

Park Avenue Appliance has been a great find. I have purchased two large appliances - a GE fridge and a Whirlpool clothes dryer. Prices were very competitive vs the big box retailers and customer service is quick and responsive. I was nervous at first from ordering from them, but all the appliances were brand new and delivered quickly. The Whirlpool dryer that I purchased from them were out of stock at all the other retailers except for Park Ave. Thank you. I will be ordering from you again.

Park Ave was the only appliance retailer I could find that had the KitchenAid dishwasher I wanted in stock. Lowes / HD / BestBuy and all of my local options were telling me 4-6 weeks. Park Ave had the lowest price as well, shipping was reasonable... and I still came out with a better price than buying from a national chain that didnt even have stock. If I would have gone with a BigBox store, I would have paid more, and would still have 4-5 weeks of handwashing dishes. No thanks! Ill have no problem using Park Ave again the future. STAY AWAY. The worst company I have ever experience working with. Highly suggest running in the other direction. They never show up when they tell you theyre going to, they dont answer phone calls or emails. We have now had this happen three times, all they need to do is deliver a washer/dryer. So unprofessional, honestly not sure how theyre even still operating.

On build.com my order was over $13500 in comparison. I will definitely order additional items. Buying appliances online is a nerve wracking experience. Cant be happier with how it turned out. I was concerned because prices seemed too good to be true. It was particularly worrisome because I was looking for a Bosch fridge that was available in few places and no discounts anywhere else. Called them up and spoke to someone, who assured me that no credit card would be charged until the item was going to be shipped and delivered. Everything was perfectly smooth. Delivery was exactly as described, brand new, large discount, and customer service and delivery were all excellent. They even stretched the delivery an extra few miles past their usual delivery range given that I was right on the border. Great experience, and I would shop there again.

Purchased 3 appliances from Park Ave and had them delivered to North Carolina (for a very reasonable delivery fee Ill add - more discussion about shipping shortly). Pricing on the appliances was very good and beat the pants off of most brick and mortar stores. PAs customer service was spot on throughout the entire process, from presales questions, to ordering, to rebate filing assistance, to the follow up required due to the appliances being damaged in transit.Park Ave did everything they could to make this a 5 star transaction, other than the choice of shipping carriers (where Im forced to deduct a star). AM Home Delivery is notoriously bad, and they didnt disappoint in this case, damaging all 3 items in transit. While we were lucky enough to be able to fix the damage enough to make everything work, and add to the fact that none of the damage ended up being visible once the appliances were installed, we decided to keep everything and Park Aves customer service was able to work out a discount for our troubles.I would gladly order again from Park Ave, as long as I could have the option of paying a little more for a more reputable shipping service. If youre a local customer, dont look anywhere else - youll be wasting your time. I highly recommend Park Ave Appliance.

Very satisfied!!!I recently renovated my kitchen & needed a whole new kitchen suite of appliances. A friend recommended me this place and even though I usually would not drive the 30 minutes from my home to go anywhere, I was very happy I did. From the moment I walked into their showroom I was greeted with a smile. A nice tall guy name Eli helped me out. He was so knowledgeable & friendly and not pushy at all. He gave me the time I needed to figure out the best choices from style to price. They have so many promotions and its gets so confusing but Eli made it really simple. I ordered my appliances & got them delivered and installed 2 weeks later. Its been 6 months and I am thrilled with them. Sure there were little issues as all appliances have but they were so helpful with everything. They even sent me new shelves for my refrigerator even though it was probably my fault that they cracked.If you need new appliances then you better check them out!

Our 17 year old Maytag French Door refrigerator’s freezer/refrigerator temperature was rising. The repairman came the next day and told us it was not worth fixing, as the cost would be too high. We normally go straight to Home Depot or Lowe’s. I started doing some research and I found that most of the French doors that I liked were out of stock. I googled appliance places near me and found Park Avenue appliance. They closed at six so we started out there, and thought we would go to Home Depot, Lowes, BJ’s, and mighty Joe Young’s afterwards. Thankfully, we did not have to do all that running around by starting out at Park Avenue. Our salesman was Ira, and he was great! We were there on a Tuesday night and he first gave us a delivery date of that Friday. I explained that we didn’t have a fridge at all and our food was at a neighbors. He accommodated us by arranging our delivery for the next day. Delivery was during the time slot they stated it would be and was very professional. Loving my GE French door refrigerator!!! When I called them up the first time I was a bit lost with what I wanted for my fridge. A guy took the time to speak to me for about 20 mins and helped me with telling me certain models that fit my expectations, with no guarantee that I would even buy from them. Then I went in to the store and someone walked around to the models and explained the pros and cons of each one in a very patient and friendly manner. They are also very reasonably priced. The delivery guy realized I was getting nervous because I had measured the space for my fridge on top and didn’t take into account the moldings. The delivery guy took a tool that I had and took off the molding so the fridge can fit in.I definitely plan on only buying appliances from them in future

I just can’t say enough about this store. There seems at this time a shortage of white refrigerators. After spending many hours in stores, I started calling. I hit on Park Ave and called. Told them what I needed and Yosef came up with the perfect one. $150.00 cheaper then Home Depot. Delivery was for today they came in unhooked old refrigerator and installed the new one with ice maker. From sales help to delivery and installation every one was wonderful. I can’t say enough about them. Helpful, kind and very professional. I would go to them again for appliances.

I would give 5 stars if the movers did not leave boxes in my driveway. We asked them to take the boxes with them. They ignored us. It was raining that day. It was hard for us to get the huge wet boxes into pieces to trash bags. Love my new washer and dryer. Sales are awesome and helpful. I would recommend the store to friends and family.

Park Avenue Appliance has amazing service. I dealt with multiple sales and customers service representatives and they were all great. When I had a concern with a dryer that was delivered to my home (free of charge) they sent a qualified service tech they very next day. The service tech made all of my concerns go away and was very professional about it. Lastly, the customer service department went above and beyond and gave me an additional credit on top of a super sales price for my troubles. I would highly recommend Park Avenue Appliance and I plan on purchasing more appliances from them in the future.

I found their customer service reps friendly and knowledgeable, while at the same time not aggressively pursuing the sale. They struck the right balance between helpful and giving space to think. Their pricing was very fair, and they were very knowledgeable of all available rebates. After my positive personal experience, I began to place my management orders with them. Their pricing has significantly reduced my appliance expenses, their shipping is quick and reliable, and their customer service remains easy and pleasant to work with. They took it upon themselves to come up with a solution that works. The ordering process was very easy! My items were supposed to ship 7 days ago, however I have not yet heard anything from the shipping company or received any tracking info from Park Ave or the shipping company. I tried calling the shipping company today and was unable to reach them. They did not call back after I left my phone number as requested. I was told by our salesman that it would take 2-3 weeks to receive our appliances. I’ll update this review once I receive.Update: My items did not get to the shipping company until 2.5 weeks AFTER my items were purchased and fully paid for. I made the purchase when I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. It has now been 3.5 weeks and AM Home Delivery tells me it will be at least another 1.5 - 2 weeks for possible delivery since next week is a western VA delivery week and I’m in the eastern VA delivery area. And that was after I waited on hold for an hour to speak to someone. Unfortunately, Park Ave Appliance hasn’t responded to phone calls either. I saved a few hundred dollars and was ok with 2-3 weeks for that. I’m NOT ok with 5-6 weeks (assuming that’s when my products arrive).2nd Update: I received my range on 10/12/20 which was 5 weeks after it was ordered. When my husband and I went to install, we noticed significant damage that was not visible when unpacked (it was under the film). We spoke to Park Ave App (Eli) on 10/18/20. We also spoke to Customer Service on the 19th. They were very accommodating and stated they would send out a replacement right away. It’s now 11/5/20 and I’m once again dealing with the worst delivery company I have ever had to do business with. I get a different story every time I call. It takes over an hour to even get through to someone at AM Home Delivery. They think I may be scheduled by the end of next week. So I got a good deal but after 8.5 weeks still do not have a range to use. I don’t recommend if you have to have the appliance delivered by AM Home Delivery. Park Ave Appliance, please find your company a better long distance delivery provider. This has been a nightmare!

I purchased a new grill from them and the customer service was terrific as well as the speed of their delivery.

Our experience with Park Ave Appliance was mostly positive. After chatting about the washing machine in question on the stores website PAA salesman Eli and I continued our conversation via the telephone and concluded the purchase for considerably less than what Best Buy or Home Depot charge. Eli said they could deliver and install the washer to our Brooklyn apartment the next day when indeed as promised two PAA employees arrived, removed our old washer, and installed the new one. The only reason Im assigning four stars instead of five is that the delivery men left behind all the packing materials, including enormous pieces of styrofoam, for us to break up and bag in accordance with NYC sanitation department regulations. Had they not left that mess behind the entire process would have been a pleasure.
