Colorado Appliance is amazing every time I use them! Pat is always knowledgeable, professional, and goes out of his way to find parts for my older appliances! The office customer service is also very helpful and professional.

I feel so grateful for finding Colorado Appliance and for the (literally) valuable assistance provided by Misty in solving my dishwasher malfunction. She patiently listened to my description of the problem, and went the extra mile to talk it over with their technician and try to find an answer. I had already contacted the manufacturer and other appliance repair shops, so I knew Colorado Appliance offered reasonable fees, so I probably would have requested an appointment. Instead, Misty was able to pass along the simple fix that no one else had been able (or willing) to help with, which saved me the trip fee and repair cost. To me thats an example of honest integrity, obviously the policy of this business. I will keep them as my go to for any future repair needs, and would highly recommend them to others! LG washing machine needed repair. LG warranty recommended I call this place. They took all my credit card information (which I was uneasy about) just to set the appointment, which was 1 week out. Didnt hear from them on day of appointment. Called to find out they lost my appointment & they wanted to set me up for a new appointment in 4 days. Wow. Dont bother with this place. LG can recommend others in the area.

Great customer service. I didn’t have to wait long for my dryer to be fixed! Also a easy process when calling the office as well. I highly recommend them!

So apparently I bought an LG Electric Dryer that is too risky for appliance repair businesses to accept a simple door swing change. If LG has you on their list as a certified appliance business would you not expect them to handle just about every kind of service request? Needless to say I will recommend to LG that Colorado Appliance is not on their preferred list any longer.

Recommended by another appliance repair business because they service LG refrigerators. Ridiculous appointment setting system. Not customer friendly. Paid $79.99 for a 5 to 10 minute visit, to tell me it was $600 repair (didn’t mention my refrigerator warranty). No written estimate! Also, Douglas county too far for them to drive. They do not want the business,...next!

Called to make an appointment for a week out. On the day of the appointment received prompt call from repairman to confirm and he arrived right on time. Discovered a bad pump in the washer which he replaced with no problem. He said there was a weak hose there and I decided not to get it replaced at the time. Two days later that very hose split and I called them back to replace it. Guess what !!! NO CHARGE for the second service call. Nice touch. Would not hesitate to use them again or refer to a friend.
