I ordered a part thru sears website which was to be delivered to this location for my pickup. I attempted to pick it up on a Thursday evening at 5:30pm. when I arrived, the door was locked and all the lights were out. The sign on the door said they closed at 6 pm. I could understand leaving a little early on a Friday evening, but this was very inconvenient. I already have to drive out of my way for the pickup. Now I will have to make a second trip.

Easiest part of fixing my dryer that would not heat. I ordered the part on Sunday. Monday morning at 9:22, before they open which is 10, I received an email saying my part was ready.

Initially we called and asked about a part. They said they had it so we drove across town. The part they gave us is the wrong part. When we drove back across town once again the service center told us they could not help us. When you call the 800 number for customer service they tell you to call the store. When you call the store all you get us a prerecorded message and then it hangs up. It is obvious they are not interested in customer service. Choose Home Depot, Ace, or Lowe’s.

Ordered parts to fix my mower, get an email that theyve arrived and store hours are 10am-6pm. Drive over half an hour to get there at 4:05pm and theyre closed for the day. Sears should just give up and go the way of toysrus
