I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Before coming to this location I should of read the reviews first.I bought a fridge in November, they only gave me 14 days to return it if I didnt like it so I bought the insurance. after 20 days the brand new fridge stop working right after I went grocery shopping, I spent $400 on food because I was going cook for thanksgiving and all went old, I went to the store 3 times, the first time they told me that I had to call the insurance number, my husband and I called and they hang out on us, so we went to the store for the second time and one of the pacific employee emailed the insurance and said that the insurance was going to email me back or call me but they never did, My husband and I had to buy a cooler to keep some food cold, we couldt cook for the holidays instead we had to buy food from restaurants, I cant believe they did this to me and my family during a pandemic and during the holidays, When I went to the store for the third time they told me again that I had to call the insurance basically to figure things out myself no help at all, at this point we were with a broken fridge for more then 2 months, We call the insurance again and the lady on the phone had the nerve to tell us that they were going to charge us $150 just to look what was wrong with the fridge and on top of that they were going to charge us to fix it! My husband had to talked to her for so long trying to make her understand that it wasnt our fault that we just literally plug the fridge to the electricity and put food inside thats it. After hours on the phone she agreed to send someone to my house to check on the fridge, and the guy the fixed my fridge told us that was a manufacturing defect that we had to unplug the fridge for 24 hours and the he was going to order a new pice and take out the defect one. So for more then 2 months I had to make payment on a brand new fridge that stop working after 2 weeks of been in my house while using a cooler and buying food outside. This has been such a frustrating and upsetting experience, I hope people look at the reviews from this location and take their business somewhere else.

So mad at Pacific Sales/ Best Buy Lakewood, Ca., I understand that they are in COVID-19, but my mom ordered a washer/dryer in March 2020, scheduled a delivery for July 2020 and received multiple emails to reschedule with today receiving and email for cancellation and refund. Since July, we went to this store asking about delays because no one would answer the phone and was told to wait due to COVID-19. I get it we waited in good faith that she would finally get it. Well, you just cancelled and now I am looking to buy and everyone is out of stock and we have to start all over. Best Buy and Pacific Sales are the worst. She needs a washer/dryer and cant get one. We have to start all over and wait more months without it. If I could give a zero I would.
