Jason and his staff answered all my questions, helped me find what I wanted!!! Gave me one great affordable /reasonable price, …….and then when I went home, and what I told them I wanted, ..was too small…later in the same day…..When I came back with my old refrigerator (they said I could bring back for them to refurbish)…..WITHOUT me asking about anything replace it with something bigger, ….Jason, (who I’m sure could see my anxiety in my face) without skipping a beat, found exactly what I needed, …off the size of my old fridge…….I was only bringing them back to have them RECYCLE it for me for FREE!!…….. I came to this store only from a google search/ after waking up to a full fridge that was not cold anymore…..& by the end of the work day we are back in business!!!!!! And my life is saved! My family has had a horrible experience with the company and their employers. Two men came to fix two different appliances, and one walked in my home without a mask. When asked to please wear one in my home as my immune system is compromised (pregnant), the man proceeded to tell me what he “legally” does not have to do in my home- which I found very disrespectful and shocking considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. We ended up with absolutely nothing being fixed, nor an apology for the amount of unprofessionalism. After speaking with the owner we still were not given any apology or resolution but instead was hit with all the reasons this employee did not need to be wearing a mask...If the employee had explained any special circumstances it may have been understood, but instead they respondent extremely rude and walked out after being asked politely to wear a mask. I am appalled at their service.

I cant say amazing enough with 5 stars. This store really delivered. Hit the ball out of the park! They had very friendly, not pushy service! They have a 1 yr guarantee. We found just what we were looking for, a fabulous washer and dryer with dents or repaired parts for less than full price. Ours was much less than full price. We had it delivered, miniscule issues. We found a problem with the washer, they came right out! They figured out the problem and had the part replaced the next business day. I cant recommend them enough. Thoroughly impressed. Thank you!

This place was great. Friendly people and absolutely not pushy. Lots to choose from! I wanted an old simple washer and found one with a matching dryer in great shape. We ended up buying a brand new fridge also. They answered all of our questions without trying to sell us something different than what we were looking for. Please read this review. This store is the most most disrespectful and hacker ever experience. I call for a dryer part, they do not have the part on stock and the part cost $118.00 and will have to order the part and received on Monday. After hang the phone and searching the part on another shops due to the needs of this part and not having any progress. I call again to order the part and the clerk response the part will sell for $130.00. I question the clerk of the jump of price and his response was “Yeap”. I do not recommend this store. I went to Amazon the part cost $99.00 and free shipping.

Fantastic prices on used appliances. that are almost new with all the bells and whistles. may have a little Dent or scratch on the side which gets covered up. usually with another Appliance or a cabinet so it really doesnt matter. No pressure on the sale. But very helpful with selecting the right one for what you need. I got a one year warranty with it. would highly recommend them to all of my friends. had a small problem after hooking it up wasnt sure if I did something. I let them know they came out the first chance they had. brought another set just in case fix everything. The Repair guys were friendly knowledgeable and very professional. took out the old put in the new 🤗⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It of all the places we looked today Appliance NW was our last hope for an upright freezer while or food was defrosting due to freezer dying overnight and they came through. Customer service was 100%. Would highly recommend.

The installers did not screw on the hose to our washer and it leaked water into our floors for weeks, causing irreversible damage from flooding. Their crew came to look and immediately told us it was because the hose was simply not screwed on from the installer. Afterwards, they refused to repair leaving our floors completely damaged! Will never do business with this cheat again!

Just had our New/Used washer delivered last Friday 5/22/20, the day after purchase. They practiced Social distancing in the store. No high pressure, which always makes me happy! They answered any questions we had and left us to research the different models. I had tried to fix the old washer, but the part I needed was over $400 and I got this washer for a little over $300 including delivery and hook up. Also gave a one year warranty. It looks like new and works perfectly! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who can’t afford new!

During my repair I called the store to explain what was going on, they were willing and patient to hear my dilemma and walk me through troubleshooting. They were friendly and didnt try to up sale. Then they deliver, install, and take away the old one. We were replacing a dryer that is in a really difficult space. The best customer service. In just want to start off saying they made every effort to make things right. We purchased a stove here and they called an hour before delivering it and showed up on time. When they plugged it in it gave an error so they brought another one. When that one had an issue with an element they sent someone out the next day to deal with it. The entire time the staff was friendly and the manager apologized for the issues. I would highly recommend this place for a used or refurbished aplliance.

We were told by Jason the more appliances we bought the better the discount bundle would be. We bought a dishwasher, a dryer, and a new microwave. The installation happened over a week later. Poor customer service. I had to call them to make sure they were coming, which they didnt come the day they were supposed to. They reschedule with me. When they came they installed the microwave and it was broken. They had to take it down and said theyd figure something out. When the dishwasher was installed I ran it and it leaked water EVERYWHERE ruining my bottom cabinets. They couldnt get anyone out to help me for a week. Meanwhile I was stuck with water seeping out from under my cabinets for a week. They brought me another dishwasher and installed it. They didnt install all the bolts so they had to come out again. They installed the dryer by simply setting it on top of my washer with nothing to hold it in place so now I have to continually adjust the dryer to keep it from falling off. The guy who installed the dryer also ripped a shelf by my dryer half way out of my wall instead of using tools to take it down. I suppose you get what you pay for. My cabinets have soaked up so much water that they have buckled and the baseboards popped off. Very unhappy. Jason said he would make it right but never asked to come see the damage. To be honest, I rather never see anyone from this store again. Be careful when shopping here. Also, if you look at the other ratings at the bottom of all the reviews the stars are for a gym that used to be at this location. I have flagged them several times but Google hasnt removed them.

I bought a washer about 5-6 weeks ago. Inside the store they were very professional. They had a lot of knowledge, and was able to find me a washer within my price range that fit my families needs. He even worked with me on the delivery. I had some issues with my washer, I called them and within days they had someone out to look at it. It needed to be replaced, they had the new one to me the very next day. I am so happy with my experience with them!! Anything else I need for my home I will be going to them.

We walked in to see if they had a part for our washing machine. They had an identical machine outside in their junk/parts pile outside. We went back inside to ask the owner how much for the parts we needed, or if we needed to buy the entire machine. The owner gave us a great deal, and let my husband take all the parts he needed! Great place, I worked there when I first moved here, Ive never seen anyone go out of their way to make sure their customers were taken care of like Jason. I still buy all my appliances there and refer them to anyone looking for a great deal.

Slow, Unresponsive, No Follow Up. Took 2 weeks to get a guy out to my home. I needed a part ordered and there was zero follow up as to a status on the part. I called multiple times and kept being told theyd check on it and get back to me and then never did. The last time I called, they said they think the part didnt get ordered and would check. Again, no call back. With no other alternatives in the area, Im forced to buy a new dishwasher. Nice people on the phone, but when it came to actual service, they were inept.

So this all started about a week ago...Our 2nd hand clothes dryer died. We went in search of a new 2nd hand dryer and came across this little gem. We were helped by Jason and Alicia. They went over the top to accomadate us because we live in Port Orchard and are about 40 miles from their location plus a toll bridge. We bought a dryer from them and they gave us a fair shake because of the distance and they normally do free delivery but not to Port Orchard so they hooked us up with a slight but fair discount. Well that dryer died because the connection within the cycle button and we brought it back to them. Since this was our 2nd trip back to his store, he took the dryer back and gave us his best unit on the floor. He tested it before we left and all was well. We got home and was doing a load of clothes and I opened the door mid-cycle to confirm that it was heating cause thats an issue I had had in the past with our old dryer and shut the door and it wouldnt start. I called Jason and he arranged to have his technician Dave come and check it out for us. He came when he said he would and was a nice guy. He found the problem which was nobodys fault, just a mere fluke and got us up and running. Thanks again to all those listed above for your professionalism and customer service. We will use you in the future!

My landlord stopped (Thursday the 16th) by their store to look at a range for my apartment (the oven wasnt working), told the people what the problem was (they agreed with me that it was the ignitor) & told him they could be at my place on Monday the 20th (between 1-5, he came at 1:00 pm) to fix what was wrong. I explained what it had & hadnt been doing, Michael (the repair guy) said he was pretty sure it was the ignitor. He checked online for availability, said there was one at a parts place in town. He left & was back in about 20 minutes with the part. It took maybe 15 minutes to install the new part & voila it was fixed! Thank you Appliance Discount NW & Michael. I can make brownies again!
