Incredible Store for Unique & Beautiful FindsI visited Cobblestone Too! for a small bistro set; I could see they had a large selection every time I drove by the store. Well, that was literally just the tip of the iceberg! Beautiful jewelry, Murano glass lamps, cool furniture, and a one-of-a-kind spinning table top bar. I will be back!!

Poor customer service with no follow up.My husband reached out to Cobblestone Too! shortly after his mother passed away to inquire about an estate auction for her possessions. After being told that they may be interested in the furniture, we were advised the owner needed to give the final approval and we would hear back by the end of the week. We expressed that time was of the essence and if they were not interested in the items, to please let us know. We didnt hear from them at the end of the week. After a few calls into Cobblestone Too! inquiring about updates, we were provided a similar response, from the same person, each time: the owner will be looking at your photos and well get back to you. What was so frustrating to us is that they NEVER called us back. So incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place.

Trooper Squad, this is David Michaels wife. He has edited his response to include his e-mail, but I wanted to provide mine as well hoping youd see one of ours! You can contact me at [email protected]. We would love to talk!As far as Cobblestone Too! goes, they were easily one of the worst estate sales Ive ever been too. Rude, poor customer service, very disorganized, and overpriced. Im used to estate sales being higher priced, thats just usually how it goes, but this went quite a bit beyond the usual. The place didnt look like theyd organized it at all. We went there for the Barbie dolls. I dont mind digging through and looking through stuff. I loved the quantity and selection. It looked like it was going to be a ton of fun. And then, we saw the prices. They had a price sheet up that day 1, each doll was $15, day 2 - $10, day 3 - $5, and day 4 - $1. Half of these dolls didnt even have clothes on. We went back on day 3, and hardly anything had sold. It looked exactly the same. They claimed 80% had sold, not realizing we had been there prior and seen how it looked already.I really felt for the family. Had they started at day 3 pricing, the family would have made so much money. They had a lot! I dont know what commission they charge, but I hope it wasnt very high considering most of their items were likely ending up in their store, online store, or ebay. I understand wanting to make the most profit, but you would make more selling and working with customers verses just starting very high.Another lady there told me she spent $500 on day 1 and they still were rude and wouldnt work with her at all. I wish they had at least been friendly, but things were just strange with them and we were given a lot of attitude while spending quite a bit of money. I wish I could have just given the family that money without Cobblestone Toos commission.

I give them a star for the neat items they have at the auction or estate sale. They lose 3 stars because there customer service and replying back to customers is horrible. I sent them 3 emails and even left a voice message and not once did I get a reply back. I went to the photos of the items that they have listed 4 or 5 times since I dont see the item that they show as listed item in the pictures. They have Hundreds of photos. Having to look through each one was very annoying and frustrating. I never bought from them. But if your going to post items online. You need to reply back if you want business. I wasted my time searching through each photo. A simple reply back would of been much appreciated instead of ignoring my messages that I sent numerous of times.

David Michaels this is a friend of the friend that owns the house. Thank you for your input would like to talk with you. May I have your email address and I will contact you? We have a lot of Barbies and would like you to meet with us and look at them. We are aware of the shady dealings with these people. The missing merchadise and I can go on and on. We paid this company extra 600.00 dollars to go through my friends decead fathers 50 year record collection. We ask them to sell only the ones that where worth under a thousand. They told us that nothing was worth that amount. But we where told different from others that where at the sale purchasing records. We are beside are selfs. My friend lost her whole family within 6 yrs her Mother Sister and her Father. Her whole family is gone. She is battling cancer. This company knew this and still only looked out for their selfs. SHAME ON THEM. Very sick.

Horrible costumer service. The man who runs the place when the owner isnt there is rude. No regard for costumer service or making sure people come back and buy from them. Would not reccomend this place. There is antique place up the road past 44th and wadsSuper super nice there and resonable pricing.

Would NEVER use as an estate sale business. For those requesting to contact me they can use [email protected] I went to an estate sale ran by Cobblestone Too! over the weekend and it was terrible, I feel so bad for the family who own the house. They were rude and unwilling to work with customers. I heard one member of staff on the last day say they wish they had 1 more day, thats because you werent pricing stuff to sell. When I see an over priced estate sale like this I always wonder if they have a brick store or eBay store that they will be selling everything on later, they have both. They were selling unboxed, dirty Barbie dolls for $10-$15 on the first day, thats just crazy. They also kept trying to do cash sales which was really weird for a company that takes card payments. I think it was a few card payments to show the family and then for an unknown reason really trying to get some cash in hand. Ive also never seen a mess like it, no one had cleaned or organized all weekend. Everything was all over the floors and spread throughout the house in random orders. I really hope the owners werent left with that mess. I know these companies charge a lot of money for these sales and they seemed to do very little for their money. The owner should have just listed huge Barbie sale on other websites and sold it themselves without the huge fees. I would come and buy it all tomorrow, I just wasnt willing to pay this company $10 a doll.

A great variety of furniture, decorative items, jewelry and more. They are frequently getting new pieces and staff are always ready to cut you a good deal. I’ve never been disappointed with the items purchased here. My first purchase here was a vintage Pendleton jacket and my most recent was two beautiful, framed prints and a handful for retro broaches. They offer layaway which can be helpful with some of the pricier items. You really never know what you’re going to find here.

Ive been to their store.. it was.. ok. Lived nearby, so would check it out, but was never anything for me.But this review is for their actual estate sales. I went to one of their estate sales, and would never go back. The staff not in charge were super nice and friendly, but the ladies in charge of the auction were rude and unprofessional. They struggled to communicate with each other, struggled with math when you were buying, resulting in the cost seeming to continue to go up due to their prior errors. They are rude even to those buying in very very large quantities - in fact, those people were the ones they were rudest too. They are incredibly overpriced until the last day or two of the sale. Its just very obvious when they are doing a sale, that their motive is to not sell so they can have the items in their store. Not what Id want from my estate sale if I were to have one. And their bad attitudes and changing of prices, made me close to walking out despite having a large amount of items I was attempting to purchase.

Be very careful about using this organization for an Estate Sale! Mary Ann and her team left my mother’s home after the sale filthy, damaged with items missing. Trying to grieve the sudden/unexpected loss of my mother & trusted Mary Ann & her team with my childhood home.Trash left in a number of places, cigarette butts where nobody in my family ever smoked. Stolen custom window treatments from the master bedroom, broken master bedroom closet door track, stolen wood shutters from two basement windows & a broken wooden spindle on stairs going to basement.Turns out Mary Ann allows a third party into the home after the estate sale to ‘clean out’ the property? Are these licensed & bonded individuals? They damaged the spindle trying to move furniture.Mary Ann refused to replace or compensate the stolen window treatments stating ‘well maybe your family members or real estate agent came into the home and took them. How do you know the new owners won’t replace any of these anyway?’ The home was being prepped for sale & professional photos had just been taken prior to these people coming and taking possession of the home for the sale. We would never take items that were custom to the home that in a way devalued the home.Mary Ann also refused to fix the broken closet. What they do is remove closet doors during the estate sale. Why this is necessary I do not know? They use closets in the home as a kind of showcase area. They broke a track during this process. Mary Ann refused to replace it stating, ‘the house is old! It would have broken eventually!’The broken spindle was poorly patched together then painted over. Pics part of complaint with BBB.When I told Mary Ann that this was completely unacceptable & that I wouldn’t be alright with she & her egregious company walking away with what they did to my mother’s home, she became threatening & threatened to go after my mother’s estate for the worker who purportedly injured himself trying to move furniture & broke the spindle. For the record, Mary Ann claimed she knew nothing about the state of the home, trash, damage, stolen items until I notified her 4 days after the estate sale when I went back to the house to retrieve mail & check on the house.Does this company not have expert help, licensed staff & its own insurance? Are they paid under the table? Who was allowed into my mother’s home & allowed to cause damage & steal items? Why the threats & totally unprofessional behavior? In any case, want others to know what we experienced with this ridiculous company.

Mary Ann and her team at Cobblestone Too are out of this world incredible! The amount of time, work and love they put into the estate sale for us was mind blowing. They not only cleaned and organized everything to make it more presentable for buyers, but they helped organize personal paperwork. Mary Ann, the owner, is a lovely lady with energy in spades. I will forever be greatful to Cobblestone Too and to Mary Ann for everything that she has done for us!

Ten years ago I relocated to Lakewood,Colorado and bought a Mid-Century Modern home. Cobblestone too has provided me with numerous experiences to decorate and live within the theme of my home. Every Estate Sale has allowed me to add to my Copper collection in addition to Mahogany time-pieces, lamps, mirrors and kitchen kitsh. You should see my backyard! Its filled with wrought iron benches, gliders and even fence art that make us feel like we are living in Tuscany.Oh, did I mention I am a teacher on a short budget? Thanx for the opportunity to design with style and class.

I have made several attempts to speak with the owner or manager. I left messages with one of the staff members, I have sent emails and I have received no response. That is poor business in my opinion. Even if you are not interested, it is common courtesy to tell the person you are not interested. I will find another business who wants to do business with me.
