Wife and I received a water test and sales pitch for a whole home water “softener” and filtration system from Mason.We felt the system package was high quality and want to put this system in our home at some point but need more time to research the products and consider the costs.We know we have hard water and wanted to get a quote for the system. The “free” water test was thorough but didn’t tell us anything we didn’t already suspect;)We drink bottled water because of the chlorine and contaminants we already know are in tap water and know whole home treated water is better for skin, clothes, dishes etc.Mason, who conducted the test and offered us water treatment products was friendly and professional. He arrived on time of the appointment and was funny and charming. While we knew we were in for a sales pitch he wasn’t overbearing or pushy.When we are ready to take the financial commitment to this high end system we will go with this company.The “soap for life” that’s included in this package wasn’t for us as we have already found brands we trust but it might be very appealing for someone who wants to cut those costs and aren’t particular about brands.

I got a scratchoff ticket and they told me I won something. They sent a salesperson out who had no idea what they were talking about, and used half-science to try to convince me to buy things I dont need without ever once asking us what we were interested in. I was talked AT for about an hour before we asked his politely to leave.If these are your sales tactics we dont want anything to do with L&L.

We met Nico at parker oktoberfest where we saw the air filtration system and we had been looking for an air filtration system for a time so we wanted to learn more. He explained the system well and got us interested so we scheduled a home visit where he could explain more of how the system actually worked and convinced us to purchase the beyond version.

We were set up with a product presentation with Cody and are very happy with how smoothly everything went. My fiancée and I don’t tolerate pushy salesmen and were fully prepared to cut the visit short if needed, but we were very pleased with his presentation! He was very friendly and informative. He kept the presentation fun and engaging while also educating us on how filthy our water/air is (no gimmicks, the in-home test is all the proof you need). He didn’t pressure us into buying anything which was a huge relief, but we bought it anyways because it really is such a great investment. 5 stars for Cody! Glad we got the chance to work with him. We can’t wait to try out our new water system and the angel air purifier. We will review the products once we’ve had time to feel them out.

Mason was a great help at explaining the testing process and our results. I appreciated that he wasnt too too pushy about selling us any equipment etc. And definitely brought attention to the situation at hand and even got us hooked up with a filtration system for our familys needs. I would highly recommend L&L for any of your water filtration needs.*update: The initial sales rep (water tester) failed to mention that there was 3 filters to the sink system to replace (was told 1 or 2 max) and failed to mention the size of the unit, which now takes up the entirety of my kitchen sink cabinet. I also did not expect the installer to try and sell me more products after completing the sink unit which, I found very predatory. I also asked when/how we can test the system to make sure its working/worth our money and was told in 18 months they would (when replacing the filter). I also found that to be questionable. Remember that free anything leads to predatory sales, which has reduced my 5 star rating to a 2 star. Will update again if needed, be it positively or negatively.

I cant say enough about the level of customer service we received or the products! We were set up for a water test with a gentleman named Kenneth and he was very knowledgeable about what was going on with our water and recommended exactly what we needed to fix it. Let me just say... THE PRODUCTS WORK! Our water tastes amazing and leaves our skin feeling great after showering. I dont have to scrub any hardwater stains off the shower or the dishes either. If they lie in their tactics to get customers, how do you know they arent lying to you about your water? I dont care how good their water softeners are. If a business uses sketchy black jack scratch cards sent in the mail with no indication that they are affiliated with a water softener company, promising luxurious rewards to rope in the gullible to do a water test to claim their prize, nobody should ever believe this company has good intentions for their customers.

I never knew the difference between hard and soft water and Im so glad I was able to get educated about this from Mason. I live in Commerce City and had no idea how awful the water is here. Even the water in our PUR water filter wasnt clean and was actually worse than what came out of the faucet which was mind blowing! It is so important to have clean water to drink and bathe with. I have eczema and it has recently flared up horribly after I moved into our new home just 3 months ago and had no idea that hard water could be the cause of this flare up just from taking a shower. I would highly recommend L & L Systems for cleaner water and great service!

I had an appointment last week at 2:00pm, 2:30 came around and someone called stating the technician would be arriving in a couple minutes. At 3:30pm I called and the lady I spoke with stated the technician would be to at my place in 40 minutes (2 hours and 10 minutes) after my scheduled appointment. Due to waiting around and having evening plans I rescheduled for today. My appointment today was at 4:00pm, 4:00pm came around, surprise surprise no technician. I waited until 4:30 since they said to give the technicians a 30 minute window, no technician. At 4:45pm I called and explained no technician showed up for a 2nd time and I would just like to cancel and not reschedule. The lady did not explain why a technician didn’t show and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. The 1st time I scheduled my appointment and the time I had to reschedule the lady said you will for sure be home right because it would be really bad if we sent a technician all the way out there and you were not home. I did my part and I made sure I was home BOTH times I had an appointment but apparently it really wasn’t that important I was home since a technician NEVER showed. So hypocritical and HORRIBLE customer service. I was really looking forward to getting my water tested and getting a water filtration system since I just moved to Commerce City and the water sucks here but I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere. My mom and 2 of my friends are also moving out this way and they were going to look into L&L Systems but now they are DEFINITELY not, I would never recommend them and am very disappointed and upset I wasted so much time waiting around for such an unprofessional company.

Called the number the lady insisted that we have to have someone come to out home to do a water test to see if we won. Whatever. The guy came. His name was Kenneth friendly guy. No issues with him. We signed up under the assumption our water is terrible. We have hard water we know this. Before he left we where required to do a review for this company and Kenneths company for the discount on the equipment and company.. After he left we reviewed the company. On Better Business Bureau, as well as Google, and yelp. After making our decision last night. My husband called to cancel and the manager he was transferred to. Continued to agrue and get rude. After my husband explained we didnt want stuck like alot of other people. This reassured what the reviews have stated. Google is good because you have to donit before they leave. Do your research. Like we did.

Terrible install, the installer left blood on my floor and walls, wont fix the damage on what was leaking under my counter, pipes rattle now and still cant get ahold of them for answers and its been more then 4 months

Had them out to test water (was spurred on by their “blackjack” ad) and look at a system. The salesman walked out because my wife wasn’t home and it’s “company policy” telling me to reschedule. I left work to drive home an hour early to make the appointment, and my normally hour commute was longer than normal due to traffic. When I schedule an appointment I am there. When I’m ready to buy I’ll be going to a competitor, that is for sure. I have also been reading that they buy positive reviews in exchange for monetary compensation. Let that sink in before you deal with them.
