Very friendly and informative. I actually ran out of gas so I stopped by to see what they had going on and Justin Brown and the two females up front, I never caught their names, were great! Offered me water, a ride, etc. I asked random questions about stuff in the store and they seemed to know their info. I’d buy my boat stuff from them for sure.

MarineMax service is great, Used them to service my Bayliner Vr5. They were fast, delivered great service, were helpful in answering my questions. Very pleased with the service received. highly recommended

These guys are phenomenal! I bought a G25 two months ago and the experience has been great. Justin Brown was my sales associate and he spent so much time with us showing different boats and going out on demo boats. I text and call him with questions on at least a weekly basis and he is always eager to help. Just this last weekend I called him after my surf rope broke and he drove a new one down to me at the Marina. My friend also bought from them within the past few months and his experience has been similar.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. There’s always a handful of people in the store at any given time willing to help you look for that life jacket that’s the perfect fit, or the wakeboard that’s best for your family. Service dept is also friendly and knowledgeable, but they are booked out *all* the time, so schedule your service in advance if at all possible— otherwise you’re gonna be waiting. :)
