Not great customer service. My first and last time entering a fedex

Around noon about a month ago mom needed a document delivered to California by early next day.Ive personally had terrible service prior at the Apple Valley location, expected a hassle arriving to this location but were more than pleasantly surprised.Had fantastic customer service from a young Ryan, who was very patient, helpful and friendly! Mom, myself and uncle were very happy.

I had a piece of camera equipment overnighted to this location to use for a weekend shoot. Their hours are listed as 10-6pm on Saturday and I went there around 4pm and they were closed. When I went back Monday, to basically just ship back my rental, the manager, Jason, couldn’t have cared less about the fact that their closing early prevented me from having my package all weekend. He didn’t even say I’m sorry or offer to help with a refund. FedEx overnight is expensive and he didn’t care that I paid extra to not have my items. Very unprofessional and I won’t be returning to this location.

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Garth. He helped me find a box for the items I needed shipping. He cared enough to find the smallest box for the least expensive price. He explained all my option and helped me pay less.

I always get the most excellent service here from the very attentive help. Thanks, Mark and Garth!

The one-star review must have been a Karen. this store has never been a problem, and prompt. I can understand seeing a licence on returns. If you have to provide a license, you are less likely to return things fraudulently.

Great if you’ve got a lot of time. Most of my time was spent watching the manager teach an employee how to use the software. Then they realized that what I wanted printed was under copyright and legally couldn’t do anything for me. It’s their job to know that. I should’ve been told that immediately and excused from the training session.

I would definitely recommend using this place for your printing and copying needs.I was looking to have several prints made of my watercolor paintings but was having terrible luck with other companies who couldnt answer my questions and didnt know how to work their machines. I was incredibly surprised, however, to walk in to this place and have their immediate attention. Staff went above and beyond to make sure my prints were just what i wanted and gave me great advice for how to sell them.

Horrible experience returning item. Few people in store and team member Mallory T very rude telling me there are a few people ahead of me. The return required my drivers license (however, my purchase did not). When asked for my phone, I said no (as I do with all). She said its required. Just doing my job, mamm). After processing my return I asked for my original receipt back and she said they keep them. She said she could make a copy, but I have to wait. Again. Not all team members are this rude. I purchased the boxes the day before and the person working last night, although also very busy, was courteous.

Very good service and friendly management, I had some copies made. They turned out very well, they where fast and the cost was right.

Not the best, but not the worse. Could be better. Staff is average...sometimes very prompt and aware. Other times, they glance and ignore you.Not sure why but rates (at Fed Ex) always seems to be quite a bit higher than UPS and USPS. Once shipped a pillow here and it was $60...

Horrible experience! Didnt follow the instructions that I indicated in my special instructions and then gave me attitude about it! It caused me to wait additional time that I didnt have. They didnt apologize and the supervisor just smirked when I was upset about it.

Here at 3:00 PM, open until 6:00 PM, closed. Waste of drive. They need a new owner!!
