Very knowledgeable staff with great prices i will be returning
Just bought a new-to-me Indian from Lakeville. My salesman Jay was awesome. Not only did he take the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, he also made sure I was happy when I went out the door. Jay wasn’t pushy when I had gone in for a test drive. He told me to go home and do a pros and cons to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. When we had discussed and decided on what I was going to buy, he was available for any questions I had prior to purchase and walked me through the bike after.Phil in finance had the paper work ready to go so I didn’t have to spend hours waiting.I would recommend Lakeville Indian to anyone looking to buy. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. Thanks guys!
I came in not knowing what I was looking at, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They walked me through every piece of info I could possibly need, and helped me with all my questions without trying to upsell me anything that I didnt need.
Went to the Bison location St.Paul, MN. Bike was in 5 times in 4 weeks with electrical issues. Was told I had Polaris warranty and then found out it was 3rd party warranty and they failed to turn in the paperwork to the warranty company. Had to have it taken from them and had Lakeville Indian pick it up from Saint Paul shop due to zero confidence in Bison. Supposedly, a Bison employee, after asking Bison to take it back took pics of my bike and gave it to the Harley Davidson dealers. Only reason I know is I went to Harley Davidson to try and trade it in for a Harley. They had pics of my bike. I was done with Indian. Couldnt even get a straight answer to what was wrong with my bike on the 5th time in their hands. Even tried to blame my riding.. just a complete run around. Then had it move to Lakeville Indian and Kurt their service guy put full confidence back in the brand. First time in.. starter was bad.Mind you I had no bike the summer of 2020 because of Bison. Hands down I would buy a bike from Lakeville Indian. Type of place you can send the wife to for her to buy or repairs and you know shes not going to be scammed. They will be my only shop I bring my bike to. And if you happen to get Kurt. Your in the second best hands next to Gods. Id give them 10 or a 100 stars 🌟 if I could. After my hell experience and to have my mind change to back in love with the brand. That says a lot. And still not 100% happy with the bike Bison sold me.
I just bought my first Indian motorcycle. My experience was so rad. I was texting my sales man Jay for weeks. I had so many questions. It didnt matter day or night he would always text me back with the info i requested. It was like taking to a friend. When the day came for me to get my bike was his day off but came in anyway to help me. That ment alot i cant even to you. The experience was perfect. Jay helped me from the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I drove off. Jay even told me to message him whenever I have questions, which I already have. Thank you Jay!!!
I would rather go to a smaller dealer. Unfortunately they are charging an extra $500.00 for freight on the 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan. The dealer in Minneapolis is not charging the freight cost. They salesman told me buy to it in Minneapolis. The salesman made reference that they take care of there customers first. Meaning if you buy the bike elsewhere and bring it to Moto Primo for service under the warranty, either you will have to wait and possibly you wont get the quality of service. Made me wander. Sad..
Went in with the intention of buying a Ducati. Nate convinced me to test ride an Indian FTR. Bought my first Indian. Great experience, no pressure, no vultures lurking behind the racks of clothing etc. Definitely the place to go if you want to look and dont want the pressures of salesmen hounding you.
They have the new water cooled Challenger. That bike is amazing to ride. Dont buy a new bike until you ride it.
They are Ok, I guess. Sales is very solid Ill give them that, friendly and even better they know their stuff and for aftermarket parts and accessories you cant beat them in the Cities. It is a joy to buy equipment from them.But...Service...thats another matter. You feel like they are doing you a favor for taking your money to work on your bike, its not a particularly pleasant experience. Its hard to justify paying $406 for an oil change and a claim of a variety of other work done but they dont tell you what that other iwork s. If they spent an hour torquing the swing arm, Axle, suspension, adjusted the clutch and brakes and updated all the software and gave you a detailed bill of the work done well, it would be a lot easier to look at the bill and think thats fair. But when its a one line bill its hard to think you got your moneys worth in the service dept.Overall, I would buy bike from them, but am not sure I would have them service it.
Love this place, always get something for my bike.
Ive purchased many motorcycles over the years. Dave Tuma provided me with the best shopping experience. He is knowledgeable, very helpful and sincere.
Good selection of bikes, and friendly
Dave Tuma is the sales person you want to see. Listened to my needs and went out of his way to show me the different color schemes of the bike I liked in their basement. Showed me many options to customize my bike. Really took the time to answer my questions and take care of me.
