If i could give Ardmor 0 stars I would. My husband and I moved in July of 2020 and almost every month since we have had issues with management. I wish I would have read reviews before moving. They do not have their heads on straight there. Every month there is excuse after excuse and mis charge after mis charge. Money is not a joke, and its their tenants money so they dont care. They give no respect or time of day to residents and couldnt care less about a single one of us. It takes 5+ phone calls over multiple WEEKS (not days, WEEKS) to get ahold of Dawn (or anyone) at the office. Absolute worst management Ive ever dealt with. Would not refer ANYONE to live here. I wish I could because the people and neighborhood itself is great and we have felt very welcome, but management COMPLETELY ruined it all for us. I wish there was a petition to get new management because I would sign it in a heartbeat.

Management is either totally inept or lacking in truth. Lived here for decades and moved out October 28th. Still havent gotten my security deposit back! Have called countless times and they swear they will get back to me and they dont. Sent a demand letter Feb 1st and they say they didnt get it. Apparently the mail isnt delivered there! Honesty and integrity are lost on the people running this place. Do not move there and expect professionalism from them.

This is a horrible place to live and bad management. No staff are in the office everyday I don’t get my mail😡 They also raise the prices whenever they feel like it. No one is nice here. STAY AWAY FROM ARDMORE VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK.TOOK MY APPLICATION, WAS DENIED DUE TOO DEBT TOO INCOME. PROVED TOO THEM WITH 3 OF THE CREDIT BUREAU, THAT MY DTI WAS ONLY AT 10 PERCENT AND THEY STILP DENIED ME. I HAD TOO CALL THEM EVERYDAY ALL DAY WITH NO RESPONSE, JUST TOO FIND OUT.THEY ARE ALWAYS IN THE OFFICE BUT NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. Hi ho! Where do I begin?! I started at this property being maintenance January 2017. I quit June 12 2018. Lets start with the fact I was the only maintenance personnel for a property that was SUPPOSED to have 3 full time techs. Which was fine provided I made a decent wage. I didnt. I was given unrealistic expectations of doing the job of 3 people by myself making 15 an hour. Supplied most of my own tools despite being told all tools and equipment was provided. I had the equipment so it wasnt a problem. When the company truck broke down I was forced to use my own vehicle without any form of mileage reimbursement. When I made a fuss about that the property manager tried to get me fired by lying saying I was stealing gas. Later found out she wanted her boyfriend to be maintenance. Then I was told I would get every weekend off. I was on call 24/7 and was threatened to be fired when I took a weekend off to actually enjoy myself. I was forced to work through my lunches to keep management happy. The straw that broke the camels back was when the manager Tabitha threatened to replace me with a phone cal the morning after my wife had a miscarriage.

Management are very hard to get a hold of, calls are never returned and issues and repairs reported remain unfixed months after management have been informed. Would not have moved into the park had I been aware it would be like this.

Whoever is part of management who is driving around telling me that I can’t have my car in the street when shoveling my parking spots has a big attitude problem saying that all of our cars will be towed for shoveling our parking even after the plows already plowed our street. Management really doesn’t care how they talk to their residents

I couldnt imagine a more unprepared and careless staff. I cant figure out for the life of me how these people keep their jobs. If you apply to this place your wasting your money on the application fee. What a joke, dont believe them when they say its a 10 day process. They couldnt type your phone # in 10days. And its nice they make you wait over a month and blame it on you. I went in to check how the process was going after a3 weeks and they asked me for more information. You would think they could do their job and call and ask you for it.

Awesome spot in a great part of lakeville. Manager is super sweet and very attractive too

I have been trying to reach someone about the homes for rent and sale for this place on craigslist and Facebook and I have sent emails, messages on fb...drove to the site and called several times and NOONE is ever there or returns any of my attemps at contacting you. I can only assume living here is even more frustrating.

Some days they are a little hard to get of but overall its seems like a good place to live .

Family bought a trailor and the lot rent is month to month they raised the rent within 4 months of moving in 25.00 a month they are on a fixed income and cant afford it. My dad has alstimers and dimentia with a caregiver.

Management has no regard for residents. Once you sign your lease, all promises are broken. The maintenance is severely lacking. The pool and storm shelter are not accessible, driveways and trees are blown off. Constant water outages even all day two days before thanksgiving. They are more concerned with cramming more rental trailers in than caring for those that pay a very high lot rentall ready. Beware how they sign you up for month to month lot rent at a low price only to suddenly raise it.

Horrible place! Told us that they paid for water and sewage, only to find out AFTER we bought the place...that we pay for it. Told us that our Mortgage payment was $100 less a month for the first year because we paid for Insurance, only to find out that that was false. Was promised they would fix things that were wrong with the house when we moved in, 4 months in and nothing. Took them over 2 months to send in the correct paperwork to the mortgage company. Currently paying $612 for lot rent...now going up to $632. Meanwhile we have water outages, horrible plowing, and roads with LARGE potholes in them.UPDATE A YEAR LATER: Lot rent is going up...again.UPDATE 6/29/2019: Our power went out last night at 10 PM, while everyone elses power stayed on. After 30-40 minutes of trying to get a hold of Xcel Energy...I gave up. At Midnight, Xcel called and told me to check the outside fuse box. I was confused...no one ever told us about a fuse box outside.Long story short, one of the 2 fuse switches was off. The Xcel energy guy on the phone told me that this happens a lot at Ardmor, where teens run around shutting peoples power off. Ardmor owns that fuse box and there is no lock on it, so anyone can come around and mess with it.Pile that on top of a stack of rules that no one follows with no repercussions, constant police activity, the fixing of potholes by placing gravel in them...no wonder we are looking to get out of there.UPDATE 7/24/2019: They finally filled the potholes with asphalt. But also the power has went out at least 4-5 times before we called an electrician. It seems the outside meter box was bad, where the last person to put it back together put a screw through a wire.$4500 to fix it. And despite it being Ardmor property, the office said we are responsible. This was the last straw. We are currently moving out. Im done getting screwed over.

Was great, until they started renting and filled it up

Annoyed with Ardmore village. The pool is always closed due to vandalism, and my son has gotten to swim once this summer. Weve been here close to a year and they still havent leveled our lawn so we can mow without tearing up our mower. There are ruts in our yard and Ive fallen in them! I might change our review if we ever get things changed around here!

I was looking to buy a place here mangment is never in the office when Ive come buy during working hours. 9-4 when we did get to someone to see some of the homes, they told to come to the office we waited 15 - 30 min no one ever showed. looking that at the pool its. Full of green water algae gross. So not impressed.

They had a company truck pull up by my garbage cans. Making the garbage company miss my house so now I’m stuck with 2 full cans of trash for the next week.

Please do not think about living here, much less buying a trailer because even though they are new they are of very poor quality and have many flaws and those in the office say they will fix everything but never do anything and they are never in the office

Not good management, I been trying to rent or buy a mobile home for over a month. The manager keeps telling me that at the end of the week she will contact me “I don’t know what end of what week” it has been a month and nothing. I emailed her and called her several times, and their is no answer.Hopefully someone do something about it.
