I will say having a difficult finance situation i was impressed with how i was treated. I will say prepare to spend the day at the dealership. The downside and this is my fault for not catching before. The first offer for a trade was extremely low. I told them the lowest i would accept and was ready to walk after being there already 3 hours. They gave me the lowest of course so i left 2 grand on the table. However, they were also to give me 1000 for the trade in program. Didnt get itSo i think that is pretty shady but again my bad for not triple checking the numbers. The people were very nice. They followed up with my mats i ordered.Sun visor ended up being busted which was placed into position to show normal however first time i moved it, it fell out. Not what i would expect on a 40k vehicle. That is the reason for my stars. I would actually do two and a half.

Dan helped me through the entire process and answered all of my questions.My reason for the four star rating is that once I was handed off to finance, I was pushed hard to purchase an extended warranty. It was clear that the gentleman selling me was more interested in getting me to agree than with helping me decide if an extended warranty is right for me. No questions about how long I intended to keep the vehicle. No mention of the fact that barely half of people who get one ever use it, and studies show that only twenty five percent of people who buy it would do it again. He told me he gets a commission on each warranty. He also dropped the cost of the warranty from $4k to $3k and then to $2k when I wouldnt bite. Just stop and think about what that says.Whats the point of having your sales guys NOT working on commission if you still have the finance guy on commission? I want to work with people who are interested in helping me make a good decision, and they cant if they are on commission.I didnt buy the extended warranty, and I am happy with the vehicle I purchased. I would buy from Jeff Belzers again, but now I am prepared for the hard sale on the warranty for next time.

I contacted close to 10 dealerships via email to get their best price on my car. Many would not quote unless I came in. Others added dealer add ons to the price shown on the web (things like paint protectant and nitrogen were some of the best). I bought my vehicle from Jeff Belzers years ago and that was such a bad decision.I had a recall on my vehicle a few years back and they said they couldnt get me in for months and referred me to another Kia dealership. Today I called in as I have another recall and they cant get me in until mid November - 4 months away. I was able to get into Luther Bloomington Kia when it worked for me. Luther Bloomington is such a better place to do business with. I wonder how this place stays in business with their horrible customer service. I should have known when I bought my vehicle from them and had such issues with no response from management that I made a mistake in doing business with them.Do yourself a favor and do not give business to this place!!!

I spoke with them About purchasing a new car for my wife through the costco auto program. They told me that they would not be able to discuss pricing for the program until I came in. Once my wife came in they said there were no Costco pricing deals even though the Costco program said there were. Also, they said they would not honor the Kia veterans discount unless you served 20 years. I found this odd because I just purchased a Kia from Lupient in April and all they wanted was my DD-214. I wish i wouldn’t have wasted our time with this place and just stuck with the dealership I dealt with last. I would absolutely not recommend this dealership. Typically used car salesman tactics with the bait and switch.

I had great service with the car sales lady but the finance guy made me feel like he just wanted a bunch of signatures and a check. He didnt ask me about warrantees or anything. Then, when I got into my car that I had just purchased from them, the car only had a quarter tank of gas in it; arent dealerships supposed to fill the tank? I love my new car but Im still very disappointed with the service I got from the finance guy.

Go in for a$39 oil change and come home with a $140 bill. Always question did the interior and engine filter really need to be replaced. Was it that dirty?? I didnt see them. Thanks have a great day

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a terrible experience with this Kia dealership. From the moment we stepped into the store, we were treated horribly. It was my first experience leasing a vehicle so naturally I had a lot of questions. These folks seemed annoyed, untrustworthy, and rushed us out the door. We finally left and they called us and wanted us to come back to work out a deal. We went back and they were just as awful as earlier in the day. I was actually mind BLOWN at how unprofessional everyone was. I ended up leasing from a different dealership for a little more money only because I refuse to ever give my money to this poor excuse of a dealership.

I have to admit that between my salesman Wally Johnson and the rest of the team at Belzers, I couldnt have asked for a better car leasing experience considering it was my 1st time leasing a vehicle.
