Im not sure about people in the past but, my experience was fantastic. The service was beyond exceptional. I saved money, got more product, helpful information and saved time. Maybe the new management is helping.I never used them before but will surely shop there again soon for all my supplies. Thanks Mike for your help.

I’d give a zero star review but it doesn’t allow me to . I bought a helmet two weeks ago and had problems with it since about Day five. I had to change the glass on it regularly because for some reason spatter kept getting on the inside and onto the actual electronics every time I would change the replacement glass. I was told I have to be put in the glass in the wrong way even though I’ve been welding for a while and I know how to put glass in a helmet. . I come in with the receipt and all I hear is that it’s my fault and that’s my problem all he can do for me is give me a replacement glass which won’t help because the electronics are damaged on it. Helmet worked good for all of four days and then it started burning my eyes every time I’d weld. Horrible customer service I would recommend finding a different store to go to I know I won’t ever return again.
Horrible experience won’t shop there again. We did only have a cash counter sale so I knew I would over pay but we over paid $100+, after waiting 20 minutes for two salesman to figure out how to run a credit card. The manager or whom ever was in charge was late so they are calling all different stores to run our card over the phone ?
