We are thankful to have Apollo Pools down the road. They help us all summer with water testing, and are both knowledgeable and professional. Our pool is older and takes more time (more steps in the process) to close and open. They do a great job.

Ordered a Marquis spa in February 2021 and Apollo quoted a 4-6 month lead time-due to manufacturer and supply chain issues. Matt kept us informed, advocated on our behalf with Marquis and delivered our spa within 48 hours after Apollo received it. Delivery crew was great and went over everything with us. Havent needed service yet but feel confident Apollo will be responsive.

I received my hot tub today. The crew of 5 that showed up were so professional and extremely hard working. They were helpful and so kind to my son.

Apollo Pools replaced my in-ground pool liner.The team of 4 guys worked extremely well together. They arrived on time in the morning and got right to work. They pumped the water out of the old liner and then let the pool underneath dry out for awhile.Then they went about their business and installed the new liner. Each person had a job to do including get the wrinkles out of the new liner. Once the job was completed the water truck arrived and they monitored the water being poured into the pool to make sure the liner was perfect.Once the team was assured the pool’s liner was filling with water without any issues, it was time for them to go to the next job.I was very happy with the results!!!

First time I went in, the young man at the register was super pleasant and even offered to carry the shock I purchased to the car for me. I went in the next day to unfortunately return the shock, because I didn’t realize that my husband had already purchased enough for the entire season. However, this second visit was less than pleasant. The young man was great! Very nice, and an older gentleman was pleasant. However, the brunette lady was a complete horror show. She stepped in to help the young man complete my return and she was so rude. There was apparently a price change from one day to the next and she wanted to be sure he wasn’t returning more money to me than what I had initially paid. Which he wasn’t. He had the exact amount in his hand before she stepped in. I tried to explain that to her and she insisted on yelling at me while I was holding my 9 month old. A simple explanation of what she was doing would’ve sufficed but apparently customer service is not a priority for her. She was way too rude for no good reason. For this reason, I will take my business else where and I will not recommend anyone to this place, simply because of her poor attitude. There are too many pool places around town with amazing customer service. I don’t need to give my business to someone who clearly doesn’t see the value in talking to their customer(s) like a human being and not an animal. Customer service is everything, at least for me it is!

Tracey was extremely helpful with informing us what do do to refill spa, and lead in the right direction with steps to get water balanced! Very friendly and knowledgeable!

There are truly no words to express my appreciation for the service I received from Apollo pools. I understand that every contractor is slammed right now but Apollo took care of me as soon as I called. I had a broken pump and a pin hole leak in my liner. The pool company I had used for the last couple of years said May 3rd they would take care of all my items and get the pool going. They blew me off for a month! I called every pool company under the sun and couldnt get in touch with anyone. I figured at this point I would just keep the cover on and wait until April of next year and I wouldnt have a pool.Someone then told me to call Matt @ Apollo. Not only was he RESPONSIVE (anyone can be a master of their trade but the ability to communicate and be proactive is inherit trait) but he scheduled someone to come out replace my pump and get my pool open within a week. The team he sent out was also amazing, so polite and so helpful. I went from a swamp with a leak to a crystal blue pool. My appreciation for Apollo is HUGE and I cannot thank them enough.

Terrible customer service, few spas to view. We were in the store 15 mins before even being acknowledged, then told nothing was available to purchase till next June. Which isnt your fault but it was presented to us like duh, why are you even here.

My cousin had purchased a hot tub from Apollo and based on her recommendation I called last year to enquirer about a hot tub. It was the height of the pandemic but they we able to find exactly what I wanted and it was delivered, installed and up and running in time for a social distance 25th Anniversary dinner in our private spa! Customer service is top notch and with an investment such as a pool or hot tub, it is vital that you find a company you can rely on. Apollo fits the Bill to a T.

Apollo pools and the owner Matt were amazing to work with. We started the process of getting on the waitlist for a new build in May of 2020. Matt always made time to talk things through and helped us come up with options for our backyard. From the time we were scheduled to break ground, framed, lined the pool to receiving water was less than a week. Matt and his team were professional, clean, and friendly. After Apollo pools portion was complete Matt still went above and beyond to help us navigate some unforeseen issues to prep for a patio install. Needed a new winter safety cover for in ground pool but no longer had old one to measure from. It took time and coordination with manufacturer after numerous visits and persistence the new cover has been made and installed. From the day I called everyone was very polite. Matt was upfront that he was booked far in advanced, but kept his word and showed up on time. He went through different lays outs and designs. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and excited to work with his team on designing our dream backyard!

Matt is great. He gets right back to you if you have questions and their price is good. I found other companies in area don’t return you calls and are asking more money for pools because they are busy. While Apollo is probably busier than all these companies in the area they seem to have fair prices and great customer service.

We had consultations with several pool companies before contacting Apollo. Matt came out to survey the site and discuss what we wanted. He is a straight talker with zero sales pressure, but provided good suggestions based on experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and just an all around regular guy, all of these reasons are why we went with Apollo. We had some installation delays due to government restrictions around COVID, and Matt was always up front with us about timing- putting COVID compliance for his crew at the forefront. Highly recommend.

I love this company. We found them last year when we needed a new liner. They responded quickly and did a fantastic job fixing our pool and we now use them to open and close our pool and for any work we need done on it. I have also recommended them to friends as well.

They set up my pool and now test water to provide chemicals to keep our 8 grandchildren safe in the water. This was a challenging year because we installed an irrigation system for our new lawn. The stress in our well added iron to my water. Mosquito spray and fertilizing added phosphorus. Appolo just kept testing and recommending chemicals and procedures to get us through with safe and swimmable solutions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend!!!! I purchased a Marquis Nashville Elite hot tub back in February of 2019. Matt was amazing to deal with. I had a size restriction on what kind of hot tub I could get due to where I wanted it to go. Matt showed me all of the styles that would work in the space I had. He even had one brought out to the showroom floor so that I could see it and sit in it. Customer service here is amazing. The delivery team was also very easy to deal with and they went out of their way to make the Hot Tub look its best in the small space I had. The very next Day after delivery Matt came out to make sure everything was up to my expectations and to show me all of the features of the tub. The hot tub has made my quality of life soo much better. I have been suffering with headaches and shoulder and neck pain due to multiple concussions for several years and now with the hot tub I am able to get a decent night sleep and start my days in less pain and discomfort. Had a Inground Pool and hot Tub both installed in the spring from these folks. Matt worked with us to pick out the perfect design for our backyard. Cant say enough about the finished result. We did a 20x40 pool with a Caldera Spa. Both have exceeded our expectations. The installers of the pool were very diligent and did a great job on installation. Hot Tub was delivered a few weeks ago and we have used it every night. Would highly Recommend

I have been buying supplies for years and recently took the plunge and bought a hot tub from Apollo Pools. I have never wrote a review for anything before but felt compelled to do so after going through the process of buying a hot tub with Apollo. It good not have gone more smoothly. My family is thrilled with the product and Mike and Matt were extremely easy and accommodating to work with. If you are considering buying a hot tub, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you dont consider Apollo.

Mike is the absolute BEST! He went above and beyond to help us get our pool clear (we contacted him after spending 3 weeks of fighting a loosing battle with a cloudy green pool). He gave us step by step advise, no matter time of day, he was there to get us going in the right direction. His Mike special chemicals finally did the job! I will not go to anyone else but Mike from now on.

Good selection but very poor customer service. Spent over $3,000 in supplies so far for 3 commercial pools and on my last visit they complained about doing 3 free water tests for me because the disks cost $20 each and I should have my own test kit. I do, which I just purchased from them for $150 or so, but the computer tests for a couple extra things which is why I was looking for a test before buying more products. Walked out with $160 in products that day but wont be returning. I dont like being treated as an inconvenience when Im spending money.

Amazing customer experience! Matt, Mike and the whole crew do what the say they are going to do and then some. Apollo Pools and Spa truly care about their customers. Whether its answering texts at 11 PM, site visits at 8 PM, or coming over on Sunday morning to help with a foggy water question these guys are the best.

The transformation of the yard has been incredible! The end result is beautiful and we love the way everything turned out. We love that even when they were done with the installation they were always there to answer any questions and offer guidance. I thankfully found this place through a hot tub forum when I was doing some research on different brands. I almost jumped the gun and over paid for a spa at a different dealer who is very well known in our area. After talking to the owner of Apollo, Matt, I learned a lot about what to look for in a spa and that I should try them out before I buy one. He was a zero pressure salesman and I never felt like he was trying to push his brands on me over another. He even ordered several hot tubs for me to try in the colors I wanted. No one else would do this as others were pushing what they had in stock. I found the perfect Marquis tub and have been enjoying it for several months nowAs for ongoing service, Matt and his employees are top notch. Whether it is people in his store or those that come out to do installs/service, the service is great. Very friendly and full on knowledge. You can tell Matt trains them to know their stuff.I actually had a small issue with my cover and Matt came out to look at it and then contacted the company who makes it. They sent out a new cover with zero issues. That type of service should be expected of any company but sadly is missing from most these days. Its nice to have a company like Apollo still treating customers properly! I would highly recommend Apollo for either a hot tub or a pool.

Got our hot tub here last summer, after our old one died. We bought a recommended floor model to meet our price point and we couldnt be happier so far! The whole experience was perfect - friendly, knowledgable staff, and ridiculously good service by Mike during delivery, installation and initial setup. Our water is particularly hard to treat, but he came down after hours and showed us his methods, and the tub has been terrific. Weve had it for one year now, and only wish we had gotten our first tub here - we wont mention the competitor, but they pale in comparison to Apollo. Keep up the good work!

I would never go back to this place again. They installed a new above ground pool in my familys back yard, not only were they rude when speaking to them they left all the card board for the pool on the ground . They treated the yard like a trash can and left all there water bottles and wrappers behind. Apollo pools went above and beyond to help me! I couldnt get a chlorine reading 6 days after opening the pool and couldnt see the bottom because of the cloudy water. I had gone to another pool store that kept brushing me off and just said keep shocking it. I was referred to Apollo pools by a friend. It wasnt an overnight fix but Mike was there every step of the way. He texted back and forth with me after hours as well as his day off and came out at 9:00 pm.
