Best car buying experience I’ve had. I usually HATE the whole car buying experience, but this was actually very easy. The sales person (Corey) was friendly and helpful and there was no pressure or up charging AND (and this is important) it was relatively quick, even including the financing. BTW the finance person (Mike) was great! Very knowledgeable and got us fabulous rates. I will definitely go back there for our next car even though it was a bit of a drive for us.

Everything went great at the dealership. Friendly staff, and service done quickly while I waited in comfortable waiting room. However its unfortunate that you need so many days advance reservation to get an oil change.

My experience with their car dealing service was unprofessional and inefficient. On day 1 I was approved for a car and with no issues on the financial side and drove home with my car. 3 weeks later I get a phone call saying they found something that disqualifies me from signing a contract with them. As I try to refinance with a different bank, I keep getting calls from them saying if I can down pay 1 grand, I can keep my car, but with a higher monthly payment. Later the same week, they kept calling and texting saying if I cannot come up with the money, they will need the car back. I felt pressured and harassed but they are expecting me to gather money in short notice. I decided to return the car, but then again, they kept going with the calls trying to still get me to come up with the down payment. Their services was not thorough with doing my credit checks. This was something that should have been found on day 1 when I handed them all my paperwork. They are also unprofessional calling and harassing me every day about taking the car away when I did not make the down payment. One of the representatives, Jessica Gitch, was one the calling me. While trying to talk to her to understand my situation, she yelled at me saying she’s putting in more effort than I am, so she will just come get the car.

1st time customer and I was very pleased with the whole transaction. The sales person, Bob S. was friendly and knowledgeable and the rest of the team was very professional. My only complaint would be that our new car was 1/2 full on battery power for our brand new Bolt ⚡ at delivery but I made it the 147 miles home.... Barely.!!! Keep the electric cars fully charged!I recommend Jeff Belzer Chevrolet.

My wife and I found a Jeep Grand Cherokee on line at Belzers that we wanted to try out. We were contacted by Blair Hanson, our sales associate and set up a time to stop down and test drive it. It was a Saturday and they were fairly busy, so Blair let us take the Jeep out while he handled other customers. He was not pushy at all and when we told him that we had made commitments to look at other vehicles, understood. One week later we had made arrangements to purchase the Jeep and had set up a closing time. The vehicle was cleaned up on the outside, but items were left in the storage compartments inside. I had requested twice, through email, for the vehicle to be fueled up as we were going to drive it back to WI. There was very little fuel in the vehicle and we needed to stop almost immediately for gas. Jamie in the finance office was quick and thorough, but only addressed my and not my wife, whose vehicle it actually is. I would like to give 5 stars, but worked for the last 20 years in Automotive retail and know that this delivery could have been better. Regardless, I would recommend Belzers and especially Blair to others looking for a good vehicle purchasing experience.

We have purchased 2 vehicles at the Lakeville Jeff Belzer dealership and have done our repairs and oil changes there.They have friendly staff and they take good care of us! We recently were in a bind and both Summer and Amanda helped get us a loaner vehicle and get our car in for service right away! They were even able to match the price of another local repair shop.Dan in sales even helped us out on the spot to look for a new vehicle while we waited.

Dealer seems to be a professional outfit and works like a well oiled machine. Threw a new charger in the car for me when we saw it didn’t have one. No complaints about Jordan, my sales rep. He did a great job, loved working with him.My beef is with whomever inspected the car upon delivery to the dealer, as well as the crew responsible for cleaning the car before delivery to the customer. Upon getting home (~100 mile drive), I found the car had the infamous “Shift to Park” error common to Volts, Malibus, and a few other Chevys. I arranged for this to get fixed by my local dealer. The more disturbing thing I found was that there was dog hair on many of the interior surfaces, such as the crevice between the carpet in the tailgate and the back seats, as well as on the carpeting in the rear foot area. Ultimately, this is my fault for accepting the car in such condition, but as it was raining at the time I wasn’t as thorough on the delivery inspection as I should’ve been. Nonetheless, it should be mentioned, since the vacuuming job the car got was less than thorough.Overall I would still recommend the dealer given the experience I had. It was seamless, quick, and totally worth the drive, especially considering they had the specific Volt I was looking for. Just make sure you inspect your car carefully before you accept delivery.

Several issues with my whole experience with this dealership.The vehicle from the lot still had personal belongings from the previous owner and the cleanliness was overlooked in many locations throughout the vehicle... was responded with an excuse (pushing blame on younger, less experienced employees) even after being pointed out.The lack of communication between departments and employees added additional costs to the final sale of the vehicle. When questioned about it, we were told it would be additional waiting for the corrections and paperwork to be redone adding additional day for it to be completed.Inspection check list for the certified pre-owned missed an exhaust leak and the detail standards for the interior/ exterior detailing was not completed on the inspection checklist.The distance between departments for the disabled and handicapped is a little excessive.We did not feel like we were a valued customer and were treated more like a quick sale. I am being generous with giving this dealership 2 stars.Interesting that the dealership responds to most of the positive comments (4 and 5 stars) but doesnt really addresses the negative reviews!!!

Couldn’t find anything wrong with truck since there was no dash light on. What happen to being able to fix things without a light or computer telling you what’s wrong with it. Still charged me over $200 to look at vehicle with no repairs. So In short I got an oil change for almost $300, not even a car wash to top it off.

After a less than positive experience 4 years ago (an experience I would have rated a 0-1) when we initially leased our vehicle, I was very apprehensive about returning. In fact, we avoided ever going back to the dealership choosing to do any service work other than recalls at other locations and initially thought about returning the vehicle, not because of the vehicle; we love our Equinox, it was the experience! BUT, this experience was 150% better! The purchase of our leased vehicle was seamless and all of the interactions were positive: lease manager emails, sales person, accessories person, and finance person. Thank you! Who knows, we may be back in a few years when we are in the market for another vehicle. :)

My experience of buying car was horrible, I ended up not buying the car finally.1. The sales person was not aware of the schedule appointment and I had to call and request him to come show me the car when I have driven 1 hour to reach the showroom.2. I pointed out that the car is showing low battery and few other stuff and he does not even acknowledge that they will fix it before selling the car. I am nit sure if they even did the vehicle inspection before selling .3. I wanted to trade in my car but no proper explanation of all the benefits I will get.4. I asked for financing option but again no response .5. Not sure what the issue was but he seems really not interested in the sales .

Every staff person I encountered was so friendly. After my oil change, I asked about a quote for some damage to my vehicle. I was able to get one quickly. I really appreciated the kindness.

Have made numerous appointments online for a simple oil change and tire rotation for my truck. Have been called multiple times the next day and having a voicemail left saying they cannot fulfill the appointment request. Then why give the option to let your customers make appointments on days and times that are unavailable? And the service person on the phone rescheduled it for a different day and when I called back she stated my name wasn’t the one on the reservation, it was somebody else. Very disappointed as this is the closest dealership from where I live, but I will be taking my business to a dealership three times further away. Scheduling services should be downright basic. Wasn’t given any resolution other then “sorry.” I have given them numerous opportunities to take my money and even considered trading my truck in through them. If your online scheduling system does not work, then remove it. It has worked once for me and every other attempt has resulted in failure.

I had been shopping for a lease on a new Jeep and found one that was a good fit and contacted the dealership to see if it was still available. Our salesperson, Ben, was great and answered questions that we had. When I was ready to move forward I contacted the dealership to get more firm ballpark about with the parameters that I would need in a lease. After a couple of days and missed phone calls, Ben was able to get a ballpark number to us which was acceptable. I decided to make the 1 + hour drive to work things out. When I got there and started to talk numbers the monthly lease suddenly jumped over $100. After some back and forth, the price did come down, but nonetheless I am still not overly satisfied with the price. I do however love the Jeep.

We were scheduled to have some warranty work and oil/tire rotation. The paint chip on front was not covered. We also had our 3M protective peeling from hood. They claimed a rock or car wash caused the issue and wouldnt replace. The offered to have us purchase the film and they would apply at no charge. I feel like they didnt apply the protective film correctly when we purchased the vehicle. The film is supposed to protect from rocks, etc. Thats what it was on there for! Also, schedule oil change/tire rotation. They never rotated tires or greased anything on the truck. This was part of the request when appt was made. We continually have very poor service from this dealership. We are told many different stories when we have our vehicle in for service. Even tho we purchased an add-on for undercoating, door ding and wheel coverage, we are going to take a loss and never go back to this dealership. Since we bought our vehicle in August of 2020, we have had NOTHING but problems/complaints with this dealership. AND to top it all off, they left the driver side window open over night and we had a terrible storm in MN. Needless to say, the whole driver side seat was soaked and inside the truck.

My salesman, Wally Johnson was extremely courteous, helpful and sincere. There was absolutely no pressure. The decisions were strictly all mine and I wasnt lead in any direction by him. I would send my best friends to him for help in selecting their new vehicles.

I recently bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. I set up an appointment and went for a test drive, and loved the vehicle. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the finance the first day so I had to make the 2 hour drive a second time, but it was totally worth it! They also gave me a fair price on my GTI and was able to get out the door at my same payment. The sales department is very helpful and not pushy at all, which is refreshing to see. The Finance Department is also very helpful as well. I worked with Dan, Jordan, and Sean they are awesome!

I went to the Lakeville location to test drive a Traverse even though that particular trim model on the lot was a bit over my budget. Alex H. told me that he would do whatever he could to find the right vehicle for me. Sure enough, after the test drive Alex was able to find different Traverse in my price range and my color of choice that was scheduled to be delivered in a few days. I ended up buying it that day and picked it up 4 days later. What a great experience.

Managers were very disrespectful to other employees in front of us and to us when we complained about state of the vehicle we were buying. We were told its a used vehicle so they really dont care that the inside was still dirty and had Pen*s drawn on the sun roof by the detailer.(they werent on there before it went to detail) when we had enough and wanted to cancel the deal (had not even left the building) they would not let us and said it couldnt be done.

Im from Michigan and all the dealers around the Detroit Metro area are charging $5,000 plus over the MSRP sticker price for the Telluride, AKA the Selluride. ! . In searching for a Kia Telluride, I found Jeff Belzer Kia in Lakeville,MN and talked to Justin. He was very helpful and upfront about their KIA pricing and told me that they will not go above MSRP. We oredered my wifes Telluride on 6/21/21 and I picked it up on 9/24/21. Throughout the process, Justin kept me well informed on what was going on with the car. I flew in from Michigan and met Justin at the dealership (he came in early for me!) I also want to mention Tim (the finance person) who got me a better finance deal than what KIA was offering. Thank you! Overall, a great experiance at Jeff Belzer KIA and I would go back there again to purchase a KIA product.

Everything went better than expected. I had never been to Jeff Belzers before. My last vehicle purchase at a Walser dealership is still painfully etched into my mind. As a single woman going in to buy a car alone I anticipated them trying to take advantage of me somehow. That did not happen here. Everyone was very pleasant and professional from start to finish.
