The embroidery on the back of my companys shirts was terrible. The stitching began to unravel while unfolding them from the bag. The stitching on the hats was stitched over the inside fold. Logos were crooked and off center. The seven shirts I had embroidered are now ruined. Ownership failed to acknowledge the poor quality of work and eventually offered to refund a portion of the original cost. I am very disappointed with Threads and Inks and will not be returning. For future customers, make sure you have them do one mock up of whatever you are having done. Know exactly what youre getting before having them do a bulk order.
