Every time I call in to talk to the pharmacist about my prescriptions shes always short and has an attitude. Ive talked to her twice and both times nothing but attitude and Ive been extremely friendly and had all my information ready. She should find a different job or stay behind the scenes.

Employees are great and I like this pharmacy. However, last time I went through drive through line, I was the 2nd car in line (thinking I had plenty of time to pick up a prescription…with 10 minutes to spare) and I ended up waiting over 25 minutes for the person in front of me. This was the DRIVE THROUGH line. It looked like she was doing multiple COVID tests,… would recommend the pharmacy ask that once you get the test kit to pull out of line, take test, get back in line rather than hold up others. By the time the car was done, there were 6 cars behind me and I was over 15 minutes late for my next appointment. frustrating and not the time frame I was expecting for a drive through. Even a time frame on their COVID testing sign would have been helpful so I knew I didn’t have time to wait.

I love this pharmacy! The employees in the pharmacy truly make you feel like they care, especially Lindsey, I had lost my blood pressure medicine and she went over and beyond to make sure I had them. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. I asked a simple question as to if what i received was a 30-day prescription and then a different lady ran up to the microphone (like she was trying the ambush me) then gave me short snobbish responses then she just walked away on me.. switching to Walgreens

I just called this CVS and the female employee who just answered me was VERY rude. I have never experienced such a rude response to a simple question in my life and if I could give 0 stars for customer service I would.

Have always had friendly service at this CVS. Today was the exception. When I went to check out the product I purchased was supposedly not applicable to my coupon. It matched the picture in the email I received, but was not the product in the description. I have purchased this product before with another send to card discount. The cashier was then able to bypass it since it was the item in the email, and the regular price was the same. Today, the cashier whos name badge said he was a member of management team could not accommodate me with the main reason I came into the store was to get this deal! The frosting on the cake was his, have a nice day in a sarcastic tone as I was walking out the door.

Their customer service at the pharmacy is great. Dorothy is especially helpful with making sure our orders are completed properly.

Always dead and has pretty steep prices. Would rather go across the street to walgreens
