Online order curbside pick up. They were great and curious.

I went to get my flu shot and that was fine. My husband to get some stuff for his trip in the semi which over a 100.00! There were only two check out lines open, the rest were self check out after wating a few minutes he someone else they could put it back! I was going to pick up some items myself but I wouldnt because we were running out of time so I couldnt get the items I wanted to get! So instead of purchasing around 200 00$ we left the store and let someone run around and picking others groceries and we walked out of the store spending ZERO $! Meg Lawrence

I was able to find what was needed. The cleanliness is what I consider normal as the floor associates were busy restocking their area(s).

I went to the Walmart on Keokuk. As always it was clean, greeter was very helpful when I asked where a product was, & the check out cashier was very personable. As well I used the restroom that was so clean and safe. Like to shop there.

The customer service center was closed at 7pm? There was an item stocked in bulk labeled incorrectly, when at self check out,(again at 7pm and the only lane open minus 1 standard checkout lane). The item rang up a different price. We took a picture of the price to show the manager and she responded withwe just did inventory, and to the fact of items get put in the wrong place, and would not honor the price. If you just did inventory, everything should be exactly where it belongs. Mind you, this is all over a package of bacon! Now this morning the news states Walmart is giving 550,000 employees a $1 raise. How about putting that money towards improvement of your customer service. My family will spend a little extra money to shop elsewhere, with good customer service.

I do not know how long it has been there as I am new to the area and my first time in the store. It seemed to me that its suffering from some growing pains. It will probably be an excellent Walmart in the future. I was disappointed that there was no EV charging at the store as there is at the Woodbury Walmart supercenter.

They always have what we need. We usually use self checkout but Im sure if we needed help they would be willing!

We tend to go late night, or early mornings, less people, only problem is u get followed by there clearly obvious security people, like your trying to steal something, We literally spend 200 plus per week at Walmart, dont appreciate being profiled, cuz of time of day we want to shop. We all pay for the low prices at walmart one way or the other.

So much of the time product needs to be stocked. There was not one bag of frozen peas in the store yesterday. I would appreciate shelves being stocked at night do that you dont have to dodge stickers while you are trying to shop. Or dodge poles of products in the aisles

Friendly workers. Store is usually busy....but big store. In and out rather fast. Stock is okay.

Happy hour food was just okay. Sat outside and was, unfortunately, next to a chain smoker. Waitress was very nice and attentive.

I am not generally a fan of Walmart, but this location is usually not super busy, and they keep it well stocked!

I like this Walmart. Always find everything that I need here when I shop.

Customer service was unhelpful and said their policy wouldnt allow return. I went to another Walmart and they allowed me to return the merchandise.

Not really anything too amazing as far as being able to get the cheapest junk you can find with very little of it being made in the USA. That alone wouldnt drop to one, really zero, stars. That was done by the crazed zeal with which the current political activism was attempted to be enforced. Lets not forget, anything these activists have can be found elsewhere...where liberty is the norm, even in these parts.

Didnt have a lot of the things I needed.

I love Wal-Mart. Hours arent what they were before the pandemic, and im always a last minute shopper. But, luckily, Ive been there often, and know my way around. Prices are good, and the employees are always friendly, and eager to help.

I would put a 5 star as most of the employees here are great and super helpful. The downfall to this store is the evening manager that Ive had issues with on multiple occasions. He never listens to a customer and will walk away in the middle of you talking to him. Any simple task that most managers would gladly help you with he has to make into the most difficult thing in the world and refuse to help. The final straw was this manager telling me I dont have to buy from his store, so I wont, and I know quite a few others that wont. The worst part is that his employees felt the need to apologize for how he acted with me and rather than let them, he came back over just to call them both away from the checkout area to keep them from talking to me. I would say any WalMart is better than this one.

Each employee acts and behaves like an actual human with the soul, instead of mindless drone. No one has bothered to look at me twice for not wearing face covering AKA mask respiratory filter. This is extremely important to me and helps me be out in the world and not feel a forced anxiety, I have asthma and the masks as well causes panic attacks. Nobody wants to be dealing with me when Im upset about being forced to wear masks. Others feeling brash enough to impede my freedom in order to fall in line and so others feel safe through the help of anesthetics & social norms.This is the last Bastion of freedom on the planet... know that and soaking up freedom and liberty. If you are scared getting sick or whatever take care of yourself wear mask & stand far away or stay home and be scared. watching your highly censored cable news.

Very helpful staff directory in the right directions manager help me rebuild my credit card even though that the cash Center was closed which greatly appreciate it stated next time cuz I see manager and they can I reload your card for you

Very disappointing! This is at least the second time should I have gotten my cart full of things I want only to get up front and find it theyre too cheap to staff the checkouts. I shoved my cart overcharge customer service and walked out!

I made my list & checked it twice... When I arrived my order was packed into my car & off I went.

So ... at the self checkout aisle there is no option for the credit function on my Visa, only debit. First time that Ive experienced this and I wont fall for it again. Really, Waltons? Pinching pennies are we?

9am all registers closed but self checkout. See a cashier and ask if she can check me out, she says no, on break (which is fine) and then she said the other guy walked away. I asked if there was anywhere to checkout, she said no just self checkout. Well, with about $350 of groceries and items I was not about to start that adventure. Said thank you and left my cart right at the register. Cant even give them money if you wanted, and no I wont self checkout with 100 items.

Great as far as walmarts go. Its always kept up very well. Shelves are almost never torn apart by customers they do a great job keeping this in order.

Great shopping experience 😊 I needed help finding a product so I asked for help the employee took me to the product instead of just telling me what aisle it was in. Great job Walmart employees 😃☺️👍

Tire department have the worst service experience after I set an appointment for 6 pm arrived @5:50 pm told my appointment at 5 pm after I explained to him The manager from the tire department snapped and yelled at me telling me that I was wrong which I was not I took my tire and Im going to another Sams club and I will never deal with the Tire department @ Sams club Shakopee anymore Never seen any disrespectful person after 20 years going to Sams club like this person They dont even Deserve the one star that I give them.

Asked for someone to open up a glass case and I guess he decided to go home instead. Found a yellow vest 30min later and they were clearly annoyed that I hadnt decided to break the glass instead. Yeah. I guess Ill go find the keys. Ok!? Gee-wiz sorry I asked you to do your job. Im convinced this Walmart wont hire people unless they hate themselves and everyone around them.

Here at almost 9pm. No lights are on in the parking lot, this is a safety issue. Not one associate inside the store gave a greeting. Past several associates while they were stocking and not one even said hello. I am a pst employee at Sam’s 8157, I know Walmart associates can do better than this!!

Every time I go in here I can never get any where near the socks. There is always some one there but, nobody wants to help or move anything . I am crutches and was using one of your scooters. Thank you but, I had to try and navigate carts in front of the whole sock area. It was very inconvenient.

Associates not friendly. Shelves bare of many things that are staples,, e.g. wet cat food. No piloncillo. No San Pellegrino in cans or small bottles. These are 3 things I came for expressly. I avoid Walmart usually because of their business model.

This is my local Walmart as far as Walmart go it is not the cleanest but I do get good service in electronics and at the self check out by the end where the lawn center is. With that being said I dont get great lawn care service at this one they are not as helpful. But this is my joint ... check it out Im here 4 to 5 times a week for anything from meet to tvs...to plan trees.

Stopped for just a few things and it was fairly quick to get checked out. Sometimes there are times it takes awhile though.

They have what you need and what you don’t needPeople don’t wear mask here enough including there staff.Great pharmacy staff though.Never enough checkers .

This is a very nice Walmart. I typically visit on weekdays during the day, so its not too crowded. I avoid weekends. Cashiers are friendly and make it a pleasure to go here. The online grocery shopping and order pickup are also very good service wise. Order the day before for pickup the next day.

The cashier should have not been a cashier. I get it. For walmart its a warm body but come on. The only words that she spoke to me is when I told her to have a great day and she responded with yeah ok.

Never go on a Monday. Nothing on shelves. Only had one thing on my list.

The Lakeville Walmart is a great store the employees are nice and the store looks nice also way better than the apple valley store the employees there are very rude and the stores a total mess

Maybe this is a member’s only Walmart location. Mask are optional at this location as I didn’t see very many people in compliance. Also the clearance section was trash.

As always Walmart has everything I want. Plus they have the best prices on everything. Some Walmarts are better than others for having selection that appeals to Hispanics though. Also some Walmarts are just super ghettoized, like the one in Brooklyn Center...but its not the stores fault, its all the hoodrats that come in, like they want to compete to see who smells the strongest of weed....and the female hoodrats shoplifting everything, especially from the hair care aisle!!

This Wal-Mart is smaller compared to others and always seems to be out of everything.

Very unorganized and electronics has very poor customer service. Waited 20+ minutes and no one could find the person working in electronics. Suddenly came from the back nit caring he was be paged.

Purchased a portable air conditioner. Heat wave is coming.

Shelfs were not stocked. They didnt have any eggs! Vegetable bins were empty. No checkout open and I had to wait in line at the self serve in a line that went half way down a row of empty checkout registers. Isles were clogged with skids full of items waiting to go on the shelf. Their position ment you had to walk to the far end of the store to get around skids to get to other side of the isle. I used to like shopping here but its become a complete disaster.
