Best Bike Buying Experience of my life. I have bought more than a few bikes from dealers in my day, but the Diego-Derek team at Lakeville made this one actually enjoyable. I got a better price for my trade than any other dealership I went to and a fair price on the bike to boot. Couldnt be happier with the experience unless they gave it to me for free! They laid out all the numbers up front and didnt try to change the deal or sneak in other costs or BS. Nice to find there are still some straight shooters left in the world.

Great store! As always the staff was extremely helpful. Harley-Davidson staff is always willing to help you load up a cart or your arms with great and durable apparel. I went in to buy a t-shirt and left with a new hat 3 shirts and a new wallet chain hahahah.

I have worked with Jeanette at TC Harley a few times now. I have also worked with Rory here and at another location. They have always made me so comfortable and always feel like I am part of the Harley family. The whole staff has been so helpful, but these two are absolutely genuine and caring about their customers!

Guess this dealership is just one of a chain of dealerships owned by someone,..has different feel to it then St. Paul Harley,..although St. Paul is a lot closer to me,..Lakeville was throwing July 3rd bash, St. Paul wasnt. St. Paul still has some great people to work with.

I came in knowing nothing about Harleys and all the staff, not just sales, was extremely helpful in explaining gear and future mods. Wish I lived closer so that I could go to more events! If youre a first time harley buyer I highly recommend this dealership.

Not happy with Lakeville HD, they didnt perform the work I wanted done took it upon their own judgment, and when I checked them on it they wouldnt give me my cash back only a gift card never go there again. Then a friend had his bike in and they had one side cover in the trunk and the other hanging on by one nub, poor workmen ship

Was looking for a hard-to-find part for my Sportster. Used the HD website and part number to narrow down dealers that might have it, and Lakeville came up. About 3 hours away from me, I wasnt going to drive there, so I called and asked if they had the part and could ship it. Friendly, helpful staff in the parts department. Shipped it the same day and I received it a day later. THANKS TC HD!

Can I even begin to explain why I love this place? Read this review before going there... so 2 years ago I went in there and bought my first Harley which was a sportster fourty-eight. I loved it, and drove it up until today.. because I realized that I didn’t enjoy the style or look of the fourth-eight after riding my wife’s iron 1200. So what did I do about this situation?Well I went on their website and found an iron 1200 with 23 miles on it and thought to myself “hey I wonder if I can trade mine in for this iron!”, so after writing my story on their website about how I was unhappy about my bike, the general manager Rory called me. We ran some numbers and he was able to take my fourty-eight in on trade, and get me an extended warranty on the new iron I wanted to get. After an hour of hanging out with Jeanette and getting my picture taken, I signed a few pieces of paper and drove home on my new iron!If you are buying a Harley, come to lakeville Harley Davidson, even if you live 2 hours away, still come here to lakeville! I can not express how grateful I am for everything that they did for me. I truly believe they want you to be happy and they proved that to me!I’m NOT being paid or anything for this review, I’m simply writing this so that future customers can feel good about buying a new bike. Recently sold my 1100 Yamaha... have always wanted a white Harley ...Had met Jeanette when I was with my brother at Wild Prairie. She was interested in what I was looking for. Well, I had a bike so wasn’t really in the market. She popped up at Lakeville Harley and we ended up touching base. She was still looking for my white Harley ... she had one come in and let me know and also told me to tell my brother a Classic Springer came in.We met there and I went away without and brother purchased the Springer. Then test rode an Indian and liked it but ... wasn’t my white Harley. The next week got another text from her and there it was!!! Funny thing is never ridden a Harley so went to test ride the Deluxe not knowing if it would fit since I’m short... the actual white bike of my dreams wasn’t on their floor yet and we figured with a few tweaks it would work! Stephan worked with me to get $ where I needed to be.The fact Jeanette kept checking in with me and came through was super.Now! I will be much more excited when my actual bike is there for me to retrieve!! Should be very soon! Then I’ll be smiling down the road!! Thankyou team TC Harley.

Went there to possibly purchase a bike (St Pattys day sale), it was too busy to talk to Patrick (I talked with him the prior week about stopping in to see the bike selection they had. I live an hour away and passed 2 other dealers that were closer to my home to see what their sale was all about ). I wanted to get a final out the door price so i called them back an hour later as I had prior obligations that day. The gentleman (Not sure if it was Patrick or not) would not give me a final price or total payment quote without me driving back to the store to talk to him in person!. He stated it was against the law to give a price over the phone even though I stated the Road Glide was on sale for $22,999. All I wanted to know was how much the special fees listed on the sale tag were, tax, title, and license was so I could calculate a total monthly payment (is that too much to ask for?) So I did what any normal person would do. I spent my hard earned $20,000+ at the Hermantown Harley dealer the same day on a bike I had never seen. Mind you this would have been the 2nd NEW bike I bought from the Lakeville dealer. Very disappointed in my experience there. I wont be going back to this dealer ever again because of my experience. On a side note, when its busy and loud in the store and you get a phone call, it may be in your best interest to pick up the phone instead of using the speaker phone and yelling into it, it sounds completely unprofessional. I have been to 100+ different dealers in my life and have never had a bad experience until this day.Update: 9/25/18 I still stand by my review of this place.

A super spreader waiting to happen. Masks are optional at best for staff and patrons. Obviously they dont care about their customers when one of their staff people came over to me without a mask and asked if they could help. We left shortly afterwards. What a disaster.

The guys at the parts counter are the best! Its not uncommon for me to get talked down to when I order parts (sad but true). The guys at Lakeville have always treated me with nothing but respect and great customer service. They are also great at bsing while they are looking up parts for me. I absolutely adore them. I will definitely be going back there whenever I need Harley parts.
