Best price on a full service oil change I have found at $27.99. Yes Walmart has a cheaper oil change but its bare bones. Oil change and oil filter. Pretty much all you get for $19.99. No tire pressure or fluid check and fill. Big O Tires provides a full service oil change that you get at a Valvoline or Jiffy Lube only at half the price. I found out they will rotate your tires included in the oil change. If I hadnt just a week early gotten my free tire rotation from Discount Tires I would have had it down here. Only complaint was getting an appointment scheduled. Took about a week to get in but a good experience from the oil change and customer service is top notch. Took maybe 30 minutes till I was back on the road which is probably less convenient and longer then at Valvoline and Jiffy Lube but I seem to walk out of those places $59.99 to $79.99 lighter in my wallet. If you have the time to schedule an appointment and wait 30 minutes or more Big O Tires is the way to go. Great price, service and friendly employees.

Went in for oil change. Left with new set of very needed new tires. They found excessive wear on tires during free rotation. No pressure to buy tires, but very helpful with pricing and willing to look at all levels of new tires for the replacements. No pressure or up charges. Great place to do business!!

This is the only place I will bring my vehicles. Im not sure what the guys name is that works up front. Always welcomes me to the store when I walk in. Very nice and always asks if I have any questions. The 2 most important things that you must do when you are in customer service. Well done sir well done. I will be going there tomorrow for some tires. I will try and get his name and update this post.

This is the only big o I will bring my vehicle to. The company has decent prices no matter where you go to but the customer service at this location is always above and beyond. The quote times are always ahead of schedule and there has never been a mistake in the work thats has been done. I usually work with Andy or Lonnie but everyone there is more than capable of helping you out.

The manager at this location helped me out in a way that kind of reatores my faith in humanity. I didnt nessicairly have my car worked on at this location, but the conpassion and the level of understanding i experienced when dealing with these guys, was unlike any other. Only giving them for Stars based on customer service the tires I picked up have had constant problems, would love to be able to exchange them they have flat spots every time the car sits overnight and tons of road noise!!

As far as their tires I believe they did a good job, this review is for the alignment they preformed on my vehicle. During the alignment it was discovered the front tires were rubbing on the fenders, they called me to let me know they would crank up the torsion bars a little (generally something they dont normally do) so the tires would clear but that it would cost an 50$ extra. After they took it off the rack we discovered they not only didnt crank the torsion bars, but the truck pulled terribly to the right. We took it back in and they pointed to an inner tie rod end, which was replaced and after the truck was supposed to be realigned. After realignment with the replaced inner tie rod end the truck still pulled terribly to the right, almost undrivable. They told us it was within spec and that there was nothing they could do.Well I had to drive the truck half way across the country the next day so there was nothing I could do. Once I got to my destination I took it to another shop who couldnt believe that an alignment was performed because it was so far out of spec. He said he should have charged me for an alignment and a half for how much work he had to do to get it right.As a tire shop it appears big o did a good job, but I am not sure I will ever get an alignment at another big o tire again.

I took my flat tire in to be repaired. I dropped it off about 5 minutes before they closed and it was fixed and ready for me to pick it up when they opened at 8am on Saturday. Cost? It was FREE!!! The service manager told me that they do this as a free service. I had no idea. What an awesome service for people!!! What a way to earn more business. Im totally taking my vehicles back here for tires and other services that they offer.Thank you everyone at Big O Tires in Lakeville!

I realize anytime humans are involved errors can happen. Unfortunately it did in my case but I just wanted to make a point to say Lonni, the manager really cares about the service of his clients and the reputation of the store. The quote that I got online for tires and what they charged in store was vastly different. They charged me for an alignment I did not request or need. This is our second time at this shop and both times we have felt cheated and like they lie and nickel and dime people. I should have waited till Monday and gone to another tire shop. I also did not get the information for the 50 dollar rebate that should have came with 4 new tires according to the website.

Just like any tire shop they will try to upsell you on things you dont have to have an example would be a fancy oil treatment. But that being said there customer service is good and they have stayed late to keep there promise of finishing the service same day on my vehicle twice now. I will continue to give them my business.

They got me in on a Saturday with no appointment, had to wait a bit, but it wasn’t bad. They did a great job on my car and would recommend to give them a call if you need car work or tires. Other places wouldn’t even try to get me in. Thank you!

I had a troubling experience at NTB and wasnt going to go back. In fact I regretted buying my tires and signing up for long-term service there. I always felt slimy after an appointment. You know, the feeling you just got ripped off. They told me I needed lower joints on three separate occasions. I literally could have bought the entire control arms for the price they quoted me for joints. I never told them I replaced the joints myself after the first appointment. And yeah they seemed fine when I pressed them out.When I saw Big O bought out NTB, I did a little research. I saw the owner personally respond to reviews, and make attempts to correct any potential customer issues. Not just from one location, but from a half dozen or so that I checked. I was impressed with him thanking customers for their patronage as well. We all know how hard it can be to satisfy people these days. I felt that he at least knows we have choices on where to spend our money. IArmed with the knowledge that someone seemed to care about the little guy, I gave them a shot. From the moment I walked in it was obvious they work hard to do a solid job and make people feel good about the experience. You can get a fair deal on tires, and you can get quality service within a practical timeline. Thats exactly what I was hoping for.Not only was Jason (I believe the service manager) friendly and helpful, but the rest of the guys were smiling and professional as well. A far cry from the old operation. They addressed my concerns, fixed a tire with a bad bead and they aligned my tires. They even honored the lifetime alignment that I bought through NTB. I did not expect them to go the extra mile on that.Overall it was an A+ experience and I will be back very soon. My wifes car needs tires as soon as the snow melts and Im now anxiously waiting for my new Big 0 credit card. Brought my car in for the 1st time to Big O tires, and was greeted and helped out by Matt the store Manager, all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation, was done in 45 minutes, noticed when I got home that I was missing one of my hub caps, went back to Big O to see if they maybe had accidentally forgot to put it on, but the technician said he remembered putting all of them on. Matt then reminded me that they are not responsible for lost or broken hub caps which it did say on there sign behind the counter, but Matt went above and beyond and replaced the set of them at No cost, he did say that they were very loose fitting and that they all may have fell off sooner than later. I must say He stepped up and took care of the Customer, I will be back again, thanks to you Matt.

Appointments are not really honored. Your vehicle never gets in at appointment time. If you are waiting which I did 2 previous times it is very frustrating. I understand why, but seems a bit misleading. People are nice and they do good work. Always done right. So will keep going. I do recommend

A few days ago I went in for an oil change at this Big O Tire shop. I called in with an appointment the day before. When I got to the shop on time, I waited a little under 15 minutes at the counter to be helped. I said I wanted a tire quote and for them to check on the maintenance light on my dashboard if they could. Afterwards, as I watched them pull my car into one of the bays, I went and sat down in the waiting room.About 35 minutes later they pulled my car around to the front again. I got up and waited by the counter. I waited for about 50 minutes at the counter. The employee was busy talking to one customer about tires for almost the entire time. Several other customers walked in and were also waiting. When the employee acknowledged me and said my car was ready, he had me pay for the oil change. I asked about the car inspection that comes with the oil change and the tire quote. I was told that he was the only guy working that night and I would have to wait another hour if I wanted anything else. I spent more than an hour and forty minutes getting an oil change.This is my second visit to this Big O Tires shop which were both similar experiencesSPECULATION: After I got back out to my car, the maintenance light was still on. Since the light has only come on when it needs an oil change and doesnt go off until I get one, I almost wonder if an oil change was even done, or how good of an oil change was done. Since I was given no inspection results, it really makes me nervous about the quality of the work done.

Charged me for a tire that I had a warranty on. I was told couldn’t get a hold of other store to verify warranty ( I was there at 8 am they had my car until close) but within 5 minute after Hanging up with them and them already charging my card I verified with other store I did have a warranty. I’m still waiting for refund which was supposed to take 2-3 business days.

I love this Auto Shop!! Im a little partial because my son is one of the managers there. (his last name is not the same as mine.) Everyone who works there is SO friendly and knowledgeable about cars and what makes them tick. They do not do work on your car before having a conversation with you and giving you an estimate. But the staff will tell you when its a safety issue if not repaired!They are: Honest and Trustworthy. And they dont just sell tires! Go see them!

This has become my go to place for service, both simple oil changes and some more major repairs. They are friendly, professional, and fair priced. 3 stories: 1.) My daughter came home from college on a Friday night with her Sienna van complaining of a noise in the front. I drove it less than 1 block and realized it was a very bad, very dangerous wheel bearing failure. Big O Tires, Lakeville was able to squeeze her in over the weekend and get her back to college on Sunday evening. 2.) Searching for snow tires late in the season for a childs car, and no one had any stock. Big O Tires staff referred me to a competitors online website to help me out. 3.) Another auto service place in town found a nail in my wifes tire, but because they could not connect with her by phone to get permission to fix it, left it in. Took it to Big O Tire, and they plugged it for free. - I promised to leave a review.

The Service was good but, due to a busy-high volume customer flow in the store, the Techs did not spend a lot of customer-face time with me and they did not complete the work quicker than I expected even though I brought my car in at least 24 hours before my scheduled appointment time.

I stopped in to see if they could help me put a tire back on the rim. Matt was super friendly and was able to take care of my tire within minutes. He carried the tire back out to my van and I was on my way.

Had a nail that flattened a tire on my work truck, dropped it off early in the morning, they had it repaired in under 30 minutes and then it was -no charge- !!! I was floored, what a great thing to do to promote their brand, I am impressed and will promote Big O if anyone asks where they should get tires or other services.

I was travelling through town from CO to WI towing a boat at 4:30 on a Friday when I blew a brake line on my Suburban. The first several places I called didnt even have any techs working, but the guys at Big O got me right in and gave a full assessment of the problem so I could decide exactly what needed to be done. No high pressure sales tactics either, which I really appreciated.

Needed a tired fixed quickly. Everyone was closed except for these guys. They fixed my tire for nothing, however, they claim there was 4 leaks. They told me according to law they can only fix 2. Maybe so. I dont know. They said they did patch the worst leak and it was leaking bad. They claim it couldnt be properly patched. They said I had no choice but to put new tires on. They said it would take over a week to get the tires I needed. Really? I drive a Ford Escape. They quoted me almost $1200 for tires. Already found them online for around $500. But lets not forget to mention that there was really only 1 leak. I know because I fixed it myself. I removed their patch and put my own on. That was over a month ago and the tire hasnt lost any pressure yet. Hook, line, and sinker people. Beware. Only reason I went in was to get it fixed quickly. Had i known how shady it would be, I would never have gone near the place.

I had 4 brand new Cooper tires put on my F-150 last September and within 8 months one of my tires had a mysterious cut/tear on the sidewall. I took it in and Andy and Alex took care of me with professionalism and speed. They replaced the tire with no hassle which some shops put you through. A+!!

We made a 0900 appointment for tire replacement. We arrived a little early. It took 3.5 hours for us to get our vehicle back. What is the point of making an appointment. We watched from a nearby coffee place. The vehicle was up on the lift for 15 minutes before anybody touched it. This was 2 hours after the 0900 appointment was made. I guess discount tire it is next time. Also the ladies restroom had trash on the floor and was unclean. There is also a big o sign in the lobby that appears to be falling apart. The post it notes that state please do not touch sign is a real classy and confidence inspiring touch.

WOW is the first word that comes to my mind in the the way I was treated, recommendations and my auto was service, The team there, in my opinion, bent over backwards the make this a pleasurable experience. I certainly will return there for future service. Good job!

My family and I were travelling north for the weekend and about 45 miles in to our trek, received a warning to check our tire pressure. Upon checking we realized that our front drivers side tire had been worn thread bare. We had a small window of miles we were able to safely travel and are so glad Big O was in that mileage range! They welcomed myself, my partner, our 12 yo, our 3 month old AND our dog in to their comfy waiting area, no hassle. Despite being short staffed and very busy, they began attending to our cars needs right away! They were GREAT at communicating and updating and our attendant, Austin, offered us very fair pricing! Their hospitality and dedication to good and fair service definitely made this emergency situation feel a lot less like an emergency!

Great service got new tires showed me a issue with my front tie rod got that fixed and did the alignment top notch service communicated everything every step of the way definitely will recommend and come back again!!!

I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received. I damaged my front bumper after hitting ice and sliding into a curb. My car needed an alignment and a new set of tires. Alex, the assistant manager went above and beyond to make sure my car was in driving condition until I can get the bumper repaired. I was so impressed with their service I returned a few day later for an oil change.

Was having some minor engine repair done. My engine was misfiring and idling very rough. I brought my car to these guys after the dealer quoted me 3800. OK, there are numerous tire store choices when it comes to replacing your tires and I have to say, BigO Tires in Lakeville, MN know tires...and theyre GOOD PEOPLE!. Andy, Matt and Todd were knowledgeable, informative, engaged and understanding to my needs. In fact, I ended up getting two sets of tires within a week-one for my vehicle and one for my daughters.

I brought in one car for a wheel bearing issue and the other for tie rod and tire service. Diagnostics were accurate and focused on what needed to be done. I was glad they spotted a sticking caliper piston during repairs, which I chose to handle myself.

I scheduled an appointment this morning for an oil change. I was told that if I got there a little early they be able to get me I right away. I got there about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment just to be turned away because they were too busy. I drove almost a half hour to get there (only place I could find to get me in). The place is a joke and theres always some type of inconvenience or issue when I bring my car here. Dont waste your time.

These guys were extremely busy when I came in asking for a new set of tires due to the nasty Minnesota weather we were having. They were able to work in my daughters car the next day (Sunday) and I knew it was a work it in with all of the other previously scheduled appointments but they did, promised the car to be ready at 1:00 p.m. and it was. I will be going back.

They got me in for a same day appointment for a couple leaky tires. Another auto repair shop wasnt able to diagnose or repair the leak but Big O got it fixed. When I showed up 20 minutes early, they took it right in and got it done in less than the time they estimated. Best part, they didnt charge me for the service!

Terrible Service, had an appointment for 12PM for an alignment, tire patch & tire rotate. Came back at 3pm and was told it would be another couple hours and that they were very busy. Was told they would call as soon as it is done. 5:40 rolls around and no call. Made it to the store right before closing. Asked why they didnt call and front desk person replied Oh, I assumed someone would call if I had not of shown up they would of kept my car overnight. When I confronted the front desk person that they had my car for 6 hours for such a simple service they wouldnt even look me in the eyes and kept looking down and making excuses for how busy they are. Im pretty sure they bumped others in front of me because my work was covered under warranty. Terrible Service and customer service definitely needs work. To top if off, the amateurs didnt even check my tire pressure in the remaining 3 tires, had to go to gas station after wards to fill up air. Very disappointed will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Called for a replacement tire; they told me they would special-order it. No reply for 10 days, so i called again. Have been on hold for over 32 minutes after talking to a guy twice trying to get details. Will go somewhere else for the tire.

If there was a zero rating - id give that. Made an appointment days in advance, dropped off the car on scheduled day. Told it would be done in 2 hours, went back 4 hours later and they had not started. I was surprised but they really did not care at all. Left to come back later, but in 30 min they told me they did not have the tires. Wasted afternoon, getting rides from friends for nothing. Contacted Big Os customer service before posting this to be fair...seems like this is just business as usual for them. No big deal. Im sure they know how to put tires on a car but servicing the customer - big fat 0

Andrew took care of me and replaced my tire that formed a buldge very soon after purchasing, having declined road hazard protection it was a tough situation since I had just purchased it, but he gave me benefit of the doubt to it being a manufacturer defect. It is this customer service that will keep your customers happy and coming back in the future.

We have been bringing our cars to Big O in Lakeville for a while. They are always friendly and honest on what needs to be done. We have not used them for repairs just tires and routine maintenance.

Dropped a vehicle off for new tires at noon on Saturday. Said it would get completed by close on sunday - 5pm. Arrived at the store at 430pm and my vehicle hadnt been started yet. There was no heads up that they would be working passed close. Car was finally complete at 715pm. Would have been helpful to have a more realistic idea of timeframe and how busy they were over the weekend. Previous experiences were fine. No complaints about workmanship.

I was very impressed to step into an honest tire store.. Greg was very friendly and down to earth, discussing the situation with my tires..He proved honesty to me, after they discovered the damage to the tire, and said it will need to be replaced..He said rather than spending all that money here on new tires, you should take it back to the other company that put them on, and save your money..That doesnt happen anywhere anymore.. Had coupon for oil change so I came here. They were very busy. I was scheduled for 0930, got there bout 5 mins late. Think it was like 1100 that it was done. Didnt get the windshield sticker that tells next date or mileage, nor did I get that checklist of fluid levels, added to, tire wear, battery status, etc.The people were very nice.Id go back again, with coupon.

About 15 minutes wait time when calling to schedule an appointment. Dropped my car off to have them check a noise. They couldnt find any thing wrong but suggested I replace my breaks and routers, because they felt the pads were thin, quoted a little over $500. I declined the request at this time. Went to pick up my car, long line at the counter. Counter guys are too chatty for being this busy. One of the guy cuts in front of me, looks to be one of the counter guys regular fleet customer as the conversation seems personal at nature and had a service jacket on. During my wait, I over hear a conversation started by one of the customer that was with the other counter guy, stating that she tried to call to make an appointment but she waited 20 minutes on the line and online appointment was not allowed so she came in to make an appointment. Her counter guys response was, yeah even if you were able to reach us it probably wouldve disconnected on you, we have that issue a lot. After about thirty minutes, finally got up to the counter just to get to get my key and proceed to pay the $20 inspection fee. I put my card in and the card reader wanted me to select Spanish or English. I selected English but it was not responding. Inform the counter guys that card reader touch screen is not working, he cancels the transaction and had me try again...same issue. Informed him again that its the card machine. He tells me that it must be my card and request that I use a different card, I complied with his request but outcome was the same. He then proceeds to manually enter in my card number and gets the same result, cant select Spanish or English as it would not respond. Then he finally realize that it was NOT my card but the card reader. NO apology from this man.

Dropped my car off to change the tires at 8:15 am, they told me it’ll be ready by noon or so. Called them at 3:00 pm and my car wasn’t ready yet, I had to cancel three appointments because of that. finally, at like 5:45 pm got a call from them and told me that my car was ready. Picked my car up and guess what! They didn’t even balance my tires, and when I took my car back to get it balanced. It took them more than 2 hours to get it done. Like how is that even possible? That’s ridiculous. Don’t go there it’s really bad
