Darlene and Heritage Flowers are AWESOME!!!! Darlene is so wonderful to work with and what she produced for my daughters wedding was beyond amazing!! She made the whole experience easy and even helped us change the date 3 times without any worry!! She even helped the men in the wedding by getting their boutonnières! Shes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Beautiful arrangement and outstanding customer service. Ordered a blue arrangement for the arrival of a baby boy the day after Mother’s Day rush. A pink arrangement was accidentally sent instead of blue. Contacted customer service and received a reply quickly that they would send the correct ones. Highly recommend and will use again!

Ordered a premium flower arrangement in the am and Heritage had it delivered by noon. That far exceeds any reasonable expectations. Even better is you are supporting a local small business! If you like being disappointed and underwhelmed, give 1800 flowers a call. If you like a premium product with better delivery times than Amazon, give Heritage a try.

For my anniversary, I received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers that Ive ever laid eyes on. The colors and variety were so captivating; truly took my breath away. When I asked where they were from, my boyfriend told me that he went to Heritage Flowers in Lakeville! He said the ladies there were SO kind and helpful - and their expertise truly showed through this gorgeous arrangement. Ive always driven by this shop but have never stopped, but now that I know how amazing they are, this will be the only florist I use!

Great place to get all your flower arrangements. I very poorly explained to Darlene over the phone what i was looking for and she nails it every time. I dont know one flower from another but she can put it together from my description. Very nice and easy to talk to. Been going to her for years and will continue for years to come.

Very expensive for poor quality arrangements

I ordered a bridal bouquet for my friend who just got married. I was expecting something small as was the bride. When we finally got the bouquet the bride was blow away. It was perfect, full and exactly what sh wanted and then some. The customer service was amazing and they were accommodating given the few changes made along the way.

Paid for the premium and got this as a result. Awful. I paid for a vase and instead got them shoved in a mason jar. Will never order from this place again. Would rather pay the florist a town over extra for delivery.

The best florist Ive ever dealt with. Darlene goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience here. Ive come in 1st thing in the morning to find her working in pajamas! We need more bosses like that. I originally came here after another florist couldnt provide an arrangement that I had gotten from there before. I asked Darlene about a hot air balloon arrangement that the other establishment wasnt able to produce, she had no problem creating it for me. It actually was amazing! Another time I got the birthday cake arrangement which I received so many compliments about. Extremely creative beautiful arrangements here....youll definitely be happy here! I met Darlene through my husband before our wedding. He has known her for a long time. OMG! she is so sweet. She is reasonable and flexible. She will make recommendations to help you save money as well. You tell her what you want, give her an idea and she comes through. She had petals scattered ever beautifully at all our tables, including the cake table. We will use her services over and over again.

I husband and I got married on June 3 and Darlene and her girls from Heritage did our flowers. At first I went in unsure of what I wanted and had many ideas that I wanted to make into one. After meeting with Darlene she put everything I had wanted together and our bouquets and centerpieces turned out absolutely amazing. When I saw them bring them into the reception I was so excited because it was everything I dreamed of and they looked absolutely perfect. Everyones flowers for the evening were amazing and the bouquets were absolutely to die for. I would recommend Heritage to anyone who wants amazing floral arrangements on their special day!

Very disappointed. My advice choose something from the book, take a photo and ask for no variations. Be sure to get what you requested in writing. If I had maybe it would have been a better experience. Added heartache to an already terrible day.
