Love Targets drive up/pickup service. Using the app is easy to use and convenient. The Lakeville staff bringing out my order has always been friendly and courteous!

In the area for a hotel stay. Came to this target. Super nice and huge! Well stocked. I was surprised that literally every dept I went into the employees were amazing and helpful literally going above and beyond my expectations from the gals at the deli to the tech dept. Thank you for the excellent customer service. :)

Used to be 4-5 stars, but lately so much stuff is out of stock I dont know if I can continue shopping here. Staple items arent in stock (cheese, sugar, basic spices) and I would rather not have to go to separate stores to get all my groceries for the week.

This is the Busy /good target store to get into the store! ! and the store and then them cleaning the shopping 🛒 very nice and sanitizered

I like the prices but the grocery shelves were sparsely stocked. Several sale items were completely out. There was so much empty shelf space throughout the grocery isles it looked like the store was preparing to move.

This is a nice big location thats well stocked, very orderly and very clean. Definitely a good stop for whatever you might be needing. Were not from this area and were happy to find this location to fill in the gaps of things we needed and things we forgot 👍

After a hard day of work I went to grab grocerys here. Aaron checked me out at 5:30pm. Let me tell you, he was a great guy that would brighten anyones day. He also organized my grocery bags better than Ive ever had! My wife will definitely be happy about that.

I have always loved Target. You can get your groceries, clothes, household supplies and Starbucks all in one stop!

The employees are amazing. Always welcoming and friendly. However, I have seen issues with those in charge. I waited for a supervisor to come for 5 minutes. No one could get a hold of them and the poor cashier felt so bad even though it was not her fault. I’ve also heard managers complaining quite a bit about fellow customers and employees.

Why are they always out of add items they have s hover item on sale at 119.00 they only had 2 to start add there geting in on Thursday only 2 more its the old bate and switch game run add have only 2 on hand then try to get you to buy a item for mor money. 😤

Camden in electronics has the best customer service Ive seen in years. My son was so excited to buy a game for his Birthday and Camden was so friendly.

I went for but cream for my toddler. They had an abundance of selection and decent prices. Spent some time wondering around, as anyone can do at any Target, and it gave me that warm wondering Target feeling. It is clean and I would recommend. Also, side note, I did manage to only leave with but cream, proud of myself.

Aaron was very friendly and the store was perfect in cleanliness and fronted. Nothing out of place. We felt perfectly safe. Everyone was distancing we were wearing medical gloves ourselves.

Probably not going to try the “drive up” feature again. We ordered at 4:53 and we are sitting here at 6:30without our groceries. I also did have to go in to get things that we couldn’t apparently get via drive up? In store experience at this location is great. But after seeing 6/7 people drive up and drive away with their groceries and yet we sit here....we just won’t try drive up again. I have never wrote a review before but just had to this time.Update: received our groceries at 7:05......

Very disappointed with the service, I was missing half of my order then had to wait on hold for 9+mins to not get any information.

Clean, enjoyable shopping experience. Target offers the best combination of groceries, clothing, personal products, electronics etc. Using their Red card etc provides additional value. Online ordering is super easy too. Id recommend it to anyone interested in comparing their shopping options.

Staff have been very helpful and accommodating during this stressful time! They never act like we are a bother :) Positive attitude always! The check out clerks are friendly and always wishing everyone to stay well.

We just bought the TV, TCL order it online and we picked it up, when we arrived at home, wow no wires, no stand, no remote 🙃 and when we returned it they don’t have any stock. What a pain !

Waiting for 10 mins for employees to check a sign to make sure we were not making up getting a 15$ gift card. My pregnant wife had to go back to take a picture to show them. Horrible customer service. Its a shame we need things at target otherwise we would go other places. Also target circle app is junk. Wont scan the discounts when checking prices. Prices often dont match in store and wont change during ring up of items.

The customer service is top notch. You dont get there at 95% of stores. Especially Amazon and Walmart

My friend rolled his ankle after a basketball game and when he went to use the scooter a worker thought we were faking it and took his scooter abilities away, that is society.

Allison at the Lakeville target is amazing!!! I drove three different targets to get one item & every store said they had it in stock but when I got there it wasn’t available. Allison made sure it was on the shelf before I drove there!!!

Target is my wifes favorite past time. The drive up is convenient. Staff is friendly always and helpful. I had a good experience with Andrew in electronics this evening.

I just shopped at Target Lakeville and was checked out by an employee named Joe. Joe saw the puzzle I was buying and this prompted him to tell me a few stories about traveling abroad. I enjoyed the conversation so much. My check out may have taken a bit longer than it should have but it made me really happy that Target values an employee with unique priorities.

Always have a good experience at this Target location. Even in the bustle of the holiday rush the staff is still friendly and greets you with a smile. They store itself is always clean and usually well stocked. Easily one of the better targets I have shopped.

Low prices, great service! They always have several cashiers working so you dont have to wait in long lines or be forced to use the self check out, like other grocery stores in the area. But they do have a lot of self check out stations, if that is your jam!

Selection and quality plus customer service is great. I will always choose Target over Walmart based on customer service and selection. not to mention I have often found Walmart to be more expensive than Target on many things /i regularly buy

I agree with some of the other reviews in that EVERY SINGLE TIME there is ALWAYS an item on my list that’s unavailable- this is no exaggeration, I have notified employees several times of these instances, that this has been a problem at this target for years. It never fails, and even when I ask an employee to check the back, they will never come back with the item I need. Whomever or whatever is responsible for making sure items are low and need restocking is failing. Employees are super friendly and helpful, however, I don’t like coming to this Target. Yes the selection is vast but good luck getting every item on your list.

Hurt ankle playing basketball needed a scooter and worker yelled at me, not impressed.

We went in to pickup some veggies and veggie dip. Having said that, there were so many bins that were empty (in the produce section). We were there at roughly 6 PM, so I wouldnt consider that too late. If anything, I would think that this is when youd be stocked up for the evening rush.Where there were vegetables the signing was so goofed up, you couldnt figure anything out as half of the signs were hand written with just a price, no description.Not one person ever greeted us or asked if we needed help, even though we were close to one associate and were attempting to make eye contact with in the hopes of some type of interaction. Nothing. I know we couldve walked up to and asked for help, but he was too busy juggling tomatoes. No joke, he was juggling tomatoes.The self checkout area was just trashed and the associate in there looked and acted as they wanted to be anywhere but there.Just a bad experience. If youve looked at any of my other ratings, youll see I dont just hand out one star ratings. Not unless theyre deserving of such.Honestly. Go to the Burnsville or Apple Valley Location.

Im amazed by the employees that work here. They are wonderful. Ive had one bad experience with one but the rest have been superb. Branden and Catie are awesome along with a manager that I havent seen in a while and cant remember his name but hes mixed I believe and was always very helpful and went the extra mile.

I go to this store at least weekly. I can always find what I need, except wonton wrappers but they have reset some of the grocery and I will need to look again because they may carry them now! In general I really like Target stores. There are many friendly cashiers here and helpful people on the sales floor. And even when its busy we never have to wait in line long.

I went to the Super Target today in Lakeville MN, and Henry in Electronics had no idea how to sell me a cell phone. He told me I should try Wal Mart! Lol It was hilarious! Millennials!!

Clean store, but Starbucks in store is only average in cleanliness. Higher prices than Walmart on most items. Black Friday electronics deals are great. Interestingly, in many cases, toys are actually cheaper here during Christmas than on Amazon!

Every single time (not an exaggeration) I come here they are out of something I need. From Italian sausage to cabbage to cayenne pepper to potatoes. Produce is always questionable. Employees are friendly, but not great. I’ve had a cashier lean around me to keep talking to the neighboring cashier while she was checking out my items. I feel if she would’ve been focused on checking out my things she could have gone faster. Most of my cashier experiences have been slow. Also, their bagging strategy makes no sense. I’ll get one light item in a bag, then all my cans in a bag, which rips before I get it to the car. This review isn’t meant to complain, just to warn any new customers what to expect.As of January 2018 they’re remodeling so much of the store is sectioned off and empty. I heard that is supposed to be an approximate six month total project.They also periodically rearrange their aisles, which I think is manipulative. The goal of rearranging aisles is to get you out of your memorized route, forcing you to look around for what you need, thereby viewing (and buying) items that you didn’t originally intend to buy. I assume this strategy is used in all stores.Wish I had a better option. Let me know if you know of one!!

What kind of grocery store doesnt have whole chickens?

Always out of stock of 25% of the things you need. They also fill the out of stock items with something similar or an alternate flavor to make it seem like the shelves are full, so annoying. Yet I still seem to come back.

I keep going because of the friendly employees that remember me when I shop there. And the store always has a nice clean appearance.

Stay away from this store. It is an absolute joke how much they try to avoid honoring anything at all. Youre better off driving 5-10 minutes to the Walmart just south of this location.

Every single time they are always out of everything I am needing. Tonight, no chicken breasts, yogurt or juice. Juice was a sale item 🙄. Almost weekly I experience this same thing! It’s beyond frustrating. Might need a new buyer. How are you going to get through the holidays.

This was pretty much like any other Target with the exception being a far better grocery store with many more selections of good fresh vegetables and better meat selection as well. I didnt care for the store layout but the store was clean and well stocked. There seemed plenty of knowledgeble staff and decent parking. They have a new womens line of clothing which is ok but I personally prefer the Monrovia line it seems to have replaced.

The staff are very helpful. One even ventured back to get me dill pickle relish because the Heinz shelf was empty👍

Different prices online than in the store for the waffle iron I bought....almost $4 difference. New app so I couldnt get my sale prices on some items. Funny thing the sign for cereal I bought still used the Cartwheel app for the 20% savings.

Store is usually great; but sad inconsiderate employees such as Dan in Customer Service is terrible. Refused to honor pricematch to Targets own website and cartwheel despite offers being available to order on the spot! Makes no sense.

The re-model looks great and this location isnt as busy as other surrounding cities

I may be in the minority on this one, but I cannot stomach the renovations at this store. They are cumbersome and hard to shop. The cluttery roundabout in the middle makes it difficult to get from one side of the store to the other. Plus, items arent where they naturally belong - Im always searching. The Christmas section was so poor this year, it was nearly impossible to get your cart through the aisles - especially the aisle with the trees. As someone who does all the shopping in the house, I miss the North-South/East-West (aisles) shopping expierence that was easy and pleasant. Having said that, its Target. Who doesnt love Target?

The produce section is always stocked and it is easy to find what I need. There is also this blonde haired kid I think his name is theron he is very helpful and makes sure people are finding what they need.

This location has misallocated the equivalent of over $60 of mine. As I see it there was multiple wrongs done by the staff at this location. How this started was that I returned a gift I had received, in doing so I was asked if I wanted to put the money back into the target card that this was purchased on. Upon hearing that I made it clear that what I was returning was a gift, and that I wanted a gift card with the store credit within it. This, although, did not happen as I would find out just over a month later when I tried to use the card it was noted that it was an active card with absolutely nothing within it. This was exasperating to deal with, in that the employees didn’t know what was wrong, and it took two phone calls to their overseas help center, which initially told me that the gift card was used the day prior, even though it was in fact just 10 to 20 minutes ago. I went through 7 people before hearing the diagnosis of what the actual issue was over my second phone call to their call center. In coming in that day I EXPECTed MORE out of this location, and to have PAYed LESS of my time to what I value as nonsense. After the second phone call I was told that this was a locational issue, (I did not yet know where the money went), and that it was to be solved there. From there I was told to come back with the receipt proving the return. For this definitely wasn’t just a single TARGET RUN AND DONE with this issue. Upon rummaging through a trash bin to find my receipt and returning the next day they analyzed the receipt to conclude that the money had been transferred to the Target card I specifically told them not to put it onto. Two employees and a manager agreed that it was a combination of a system and employee error, in that it looked like they tried to put it on the gift-card. Because of the passage of time they were unable to steal money from the Target card’s owner, in their attempt to reallocate it to me. As compensation I was offered the possibility of a meager 20% discount on my wanted $60 purchase. And was told that they couldn’t just give me a new gift-card because “the value was too much”, in my opinion this line would have been reasonable coming from a nic-nac mom and pop shop, but this is a transnational multi billion dollar company telling me they they can’t afford a $60 expense (that they recognized as their fault) because the value it too high. Way to go target, great job, keep it up, thanks for stealing my in store money equivalent, and then telling me to go fix your admitted problem myself by asking the cards owner for legal tender (cash) after you gave them the accidental store credit (this sentence has sarcasm!).

Never have prescription ready. Called in two hours prior, show up, and was told another 20min. Pretty sure they do this on purpose so, you spend more money shopping. Go to Walgreens instead.
