Fast and efficient friendly staff they do great work!!!

I have bought 3 cars from POQUET and each car, although used, was like new. They do a great job making sure you are happy and proud to own one of their cars. I also use their auto service which is excellent.

I had a blown axle in a parking lot while in lakeville and needed someone with a heavy duty impact to get the burnt on axle nut. I gave them a call and one of the workers was happy to help. He came on his LUNCH break to do it for me! Pulled out my wallet and he refused. He told me we all have those days and he has been there also. He totally saved the day and I cant thank him enough.

Theyre super helpful, thought my car would be $600+ to fix, they were able to replace three worn belts for $160! Super nice and respectful, and they have a comfortable waiting area to hang in while waiting for your car :)

This place is great. They have a very nice selection of vehicles all in good condition and lower miles than most all the competition I had looked at.Better than that they have better prices than all the competition.I stopped in and talked to Brad, he let me drive cars until I found one that was a good fit, I drove 6 total. I left that day and he didnt hassle me or pressure me into anything, I just walked out feeling like I was still in control and not being talked into something I didnt want to do. I came back after sleeping on it and after making a decision I was in and out in around 15 min.This is a really great group a people that I will go back to and send my friends to.

I am so grateful that Poquet Auto moved to Lakeville. I have received great service care for our four vehicles. The service department is very thorough and cost competitive for service work. I have enjoyed working with the service staff and now do not fret taking my cars in for service work. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and reasonable in the cost to repair.

Brett did a great job making the car buying process very easy! The car we got was a 2014 Sonata and weve had it now for six months and it runs great.

We purchased our car from Brad completely over the phone sight unseen. And I must say that he made the process go so smoothly for us and always kept us in the loop. We actually found the car online before they had it at their lot because they had just bought it on auction, so there was some lag time to get it to their location for us to pick up, but nothing they could have done to make that go faster. They also had a great selection, much more premium quality used cars than many other dealers.Brad was very friendly, no pressure, and easy to work with. When we finally got to pick up the car he listened to our concerns that we found and ensured us they would be taken care of, and even threw in some fresh new floor mats as the existing ones were not up to their standard. When we went to pick up the car and make final payment, I swear we were only there for about 20 minutes, easy transactions! They even arranged to send the needed replacement parts to their Golden Valley location once they came in and we would have it all fixed up there instead of having to drive back to Lakeville as it is quite a distance from our home.I would DEFINITELY recommend them to friends and family.

I am a loyal customer to Poquet. I purchase my cars and service my cars only at Poquet as I feel you cant find more quality and efficient service in either dept out there. I was due for an oil change and called the Golden Valley location. They made reference to their Lakeville location and I asked if they were accepting appointments. I was efficiently transferred to Lakeville and was able to get in the next day. Initially, I was a little apprehensive as I have been so loyal to GV location but once I arrived, I found the services are the same no matter what location. My car was serviced promptly. I was highly impressed with the time Andrew and the staff took to visit with me and bring me up to speed about the Poquet Lakeville location. And I was able to work remotely as they provided Wi-Fi.I cannot say enough good things about Poquet. They are a reliable, dependable car business. They understand time is important to everyone and they make it their goal to be efficiently swift is executing proper service for their customers.If you havent visited the Lakeville location, or are new to Poquet as a business, I encourage you to walk into Poquet and see how they can make all the difference in a car buying experience!
