Smoothest windshield replacement claim I have experienced. IAS was linked directly within my State farm app. Made a claim in the app, selected IAS, then called them to schedule, and Eric showed up to my garage at 8 a.m. sharp, and I had a new windshield in less than an hour. They will definitely be my first choice should I ever need this again in the future.

The head office accomidated my schedule for appointment. The installation professional Ken came out right on time and worked quickly to replace my windshield. He was thorough in explaining how to treat the new windshield and answered all of my questions. This is a streamlined and responsive company.

Was supposed to have my window changed on Tuesday. The technician called an hour after he was supposed to be there saying he would not be by and could come the next day. Fine. Next day rolls around and he has the wrong window so we schedule now for Thursday. He finally shows up within a half hour of the end of the time frame he gave me and changes my window. Great! Or so I thought... he didnt put the molding around my window back and I didnt notice right away because I was in the middle of my work day. He also put my rearview mirror back on crooked. Totally poor work and unprofessional. I would go elsewhere.

This guy scratched my 8.4” touch screen Radio panel and denied doing it. $1000.00 to repair and won’t stand behind it. Denies doing it but was inside the car wiping stuff off and using tools to remove the mirror. Just denied it and hung up! Recommended by State Farm, but State Farm won’t lay the damages. What a joke.
