We’ve used Sha-Nic before so we knew how well their customer service and workmanship was; but they really went above and beyond in fixing our van. During Covid restrictions we know that materials and resources were a challenge but they kept us informed and dealt with the insurance company every step of the way. The car looked brand new, I had even initially forgotten which side was fixed because there was no way to distinguish between the two. They are a great shop!

We brought our 2013 F150 in for repair after an accident. David and staff were great! It needed quite a bit of work, and looks amazing!! The front end needed major repair and David called and texted me with regular updates, including pics!! Everything is lined up perfectly, and paint and finish are spot on. Its running great. I brought my 2013 Lexus in for Body Work after an accident. They were fabulous! They called me to schedule the appointment and arranged for a rental car. The repair was done on time and it looked great! Perfect color match! They even vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior -- AND checked all my fluid levels as well! I love that they are Full Service -- and do Body Work as well as Mechanical! I will definitely use them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Thanks, guys! Great Job!

Absolutely professional... I had taken my 2013 Camaro in for engine and body work. David and his team kept me in the loop about every detail in the process, as well as assumed the coast of additional work and parts which where over the initial quote. Dave and the rest of the guys there are amazing. Dave was such an awesome guy. As a woman, its hard to find a mechanic that wont take advantage of you. But right from the start I trusted him. He showed me under the hood what the problems were and explained what he was going to do. He was understanding of my situation and found some discounts for me. From my initial call to Sha-Nic Auto Body to discuss the auto body repairs until picking up my car, it was a pleasure working with David and his staff. Sha-Nic being a MAPFRE Car/EX Express Preferred repair shop was definitely right. The rental car was on site for my scheduled drop off time, their working with my insurance carrier for additional damage repairs beyond what was seen by the appraiser, the follow-up and communications provided by David during the job was fantastic, the rental return back at the time of pickup was completed by them, not to mention how satisfied I am with the great appearance of all of the work that was completed. Ive known David for 20 years now and Ive had a few cars in that time. He has always done great work. He is affordable and most importantly honest. I just brought my 2017 Hyundai Accent in for brakes. I was sure they needed them. After David inspected them, all they needed was to be cleaned and adjusted. Saved a lot of money I was prepared to spend and the brakes work great! If you want your car to be taken care of, bring it to Sha-Nics and ask for David!

So on Thanksgiving I hit a coyote on the way to a friends house for dinner. Needless to say it and my front end had seen better days.I had a $1,000 deductible so I knew Id be better off just paying out of pocket. I called all my local auto body shops (Im from Bourne so they were mostly Cape Cod places) and they wanted close to $900.00. I asked my co workers of a great local place and ALL of them suggested Sha Nic Auto down the road (they used to fix the cars for our company until we were bought out by a corporate company who has contracts with their own dealers). I went there on a Friday 30 min before the closed and she gave me an estimate of $600.00 and one day. I went back the next day when there was better light and he honored his original quote! I put a down payment on the parts so he could get them in and paint them to match my car. That following Wednesday I was DROPPED off at work by their amazing secretary. They fixed it all and the same secretary PICKED me up in a fixed beautiful car. My repair was awesome. I couldnt believe how nice everyone was and how quick and reasonable it was. Its as if I hit the auto body shop lotto! I highly recommend this company.
