Unfortunately I’ve had to come in here more than once, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve always had an excellent experience with the quality & service. Dan is super consistent and easy to work with & will make sure everything is handled correctly when it comes to the insurance part. Love this local shop. Oh and Happy early retirement, Dan! Our family gave Lake Marion Collision a challenge, restore a 2003 Ford F-250 to original condition. The truck belonged to our daughter that is no longer with us, the goal was to keep it exactly as she left it. This truck will stay in our family and we wanted it perfect. Bruce and Dan did an excellent job. Quality second to none. Every detail is perfect!Working with an older truck can be difficult and I am not sure most shops would want the trouble. Bruce inspected the truck thoroughly while quoting the project. Work was scheduled soon after. Any issue that came up was brought to our attention and resolved with what we wanted and to keep the project on budget.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs bodywork. I am SO HAPPY my uncle recommended this place. It took them about a week and a half which I figured it would take at least a week or two from the damage to my car. The paint color is a perfect match, and the dent in my car is non existant. The cleaned and detailed the inside as well and it smelled sooo good when I got it back. 5/5 would recommend to my friends and family and the older guy at the front desk is so polite and genuine. Makes for a great experience overall!

He took what could have been a frustrating experience (since I was not at fault in the accident) and turned it in to a pretty enjoyable one. The day after Christmas I was in an accident. My vehicle was not drivable and was towed to Lake Marion Collision. The great team there immediately got my vehicle drivable. When I asked what I owed them they said, “nothing, just drive safely”. What great people!

No one likes to be in a position where they have to get their vehicle fixed, but Dan made everything so easy. He is super friendly & very knowledgeable. Lake Marion Collision Center was the only shop we went to who offered to work with the out of state adjuster handling our claim. Dan the office guy used to be an insurance adjuster himself so he explained to me very clearly how some insurance companies will attempt cost savings by using refurbished parts instead of purchasing new parts right away. He said he would handle the back and forth with the other insurance companies to ensure our vehicle was taken care of and only the top quality parts were used in the repair. We dropped it off on a Monday and got the call on Wednesday early afternoon to come pick up our car! We are so happy with the finished product - our bumper (and all the other rear end parts) look amazing, the customer service was great, and it was finished in record time! I had the misfortune of crashing my 1966 Chevy Caprice that had custom paint. I wasnt expecting the paint to match afterwards so well but it was a perfect match. Bruce, Dan and the guys did some outstanding work. Even after a couple unforeseen circumstances occurred after I got the car back, they reached out to me and fixed it with quickness and again, state of the art quality. I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs for their precious vehicles.

By far the best body shop experience! These guys have worked on several of my cars over the years and their work is always immaculate - that is coming from someone who is considered quite persnickety when it comes to vehicles. They repaired my truck in three days less than promised at a more than fair price.
