Matt B was fantastic at communicating and taking care of my truck. Matt and the team went above and beyond in service. They cared for my truck like it was their own. They diligently took care of extra nicks on the truck and buffed out other marks on top of repairing the front quarter panel. My truck looks brand new. They put on the mud flaps with careful thought and completed the work right and a better way. I would highly recommend going there for service. Amazing customer service from both Brandyn, Ethan and Josh. GOT MY KIA SELTOS SX TURBO!I did everything through email only. Brandyn was straight to the point on all of the questions that I asked him. When I told Brandyn that I wanted to communicate and do everything through email only he said it was completely fine which I really appreciate.Cool and relaxed guy. He really looks out for his customers and wants the best for them. He asked me multiples if everything was going okay and if we needed any during the process of finalizing everything. I would totally do business with Brandyn again in the future if I ever decide to buy another KIA.Ethan had the car sent for another car wash since the detail guys missed a few spots on the doors. This Auto Body shop goes above and beyond in every step of repairs. I had my vehicle fixed here back in February and they did an Outstanding job!! Communication is Excellent.
