Nice people and great service. Bought a brand new Triumph Street Twin there and the process was very smooth. The sales guy was knowledgeable and helpful and set me up with a discount on buying gear while the paperwork was finalized.A couple weeks later, my new bike had a fluke breakdown (thankfully in Lakeville 10 minutes from Motoprimo). Needless to say I was a little freaked out. I called the service department and told them my situation (I was in full rider gear and it was a heatwave). I told them I needed a rescue. They got a trailer to me within 30 minutes, loaded the bike and dropped me at home.By that evening, they had the problem figured out and fixed (loose screw in the solenoid). The service department was great and very friendly and took care of everything to my total satisfaction.I highly recommend Motoprimo Motorsports for everything from sales and gear to service.Thanks guys!

I contacted Motoprimo about a Yamaha motorcycle on Craigslist for sale. After not hearing from the dealer for several hours, I called and asked a salesperson about it. He told me the bike was sold, I suggested to him it might be a good idea to take ads for bikes down after theyre sold. He proceeded to tell me that they purposely leave ads online for sold bikes so that people will call the dealer. Another few hours later I got a text back from the original text I sent about the motorcycle, telling me the bike was sold. Again, I advised the salesperson they might want to remove ads for bikes that are sold. He responded with no need to be that way. What? Polite, with no use of profanity, capital letters or exclamation points, making a very valid suggestion? He told me that he wasnt the guy that told me they leave ads up on purpose and that if I was going to act this way they dont want my business anyway. Really? You have no idea who I am. I could be the next guy that walks in and pays cash for 4 new bikes. Ive never bought a bike or anything from Motoprimo and now, I never will. Wow. Impressed. Actually, theyre not dissimilar from most Motorsports dealers Ive dealt with in the past.

Jake with sales was fantastic to work with. I came to him with a very limited schedule and strong expectations for when everything should be handled by. He navigated my concerns quite well and was very professional I was very impressed with his demeanor compared to the rest of the sales staff. I sell for a living myself so I came in with a high expectation that Jake exceeded. I will be buying more bikes from him in the future!

I bought the Triumph rocket 3( absolutely love the motorcycle) from Motoprimo. This was at a over $1000 premium at what the bike was available at other dealers out of state, but Kevin the sales guy assured me “ we are local and will make sure we take great care of you and your bike “I prepaid for options like the quick shift and panniers along with the bike that were supposed to be fitted August 20. Got a call on august 2 from Katie in the service department saying that the parts won’t be here till December the earliest.I called Katie back to see if there was alternate availability or if they could procure the parts from another dealer. The reply was “my job is not to find parts, it’s to tell you that they are not available “Meanwhile I’m losing an entire season of touring. If only they had been upfront, I would’ve bought the Bike from an alternate dealer which already had these options on them.

Terrible service. Took almost 3 weeks for my first service to be completed. They need to work on communicating with the customer. When I bought my Polaris it was a great experience so I thought the experience would have carried thru to the service department. I will need to look for future service elsewhere.

Bought my gear here, have my bike serviced here, wish I bought my bike here. I’m sure I’ve spoken to half the staff by now and not one person gave me the impression they didn’t want to be there. This tells me employees are happy. If they’re happy, people are going to go the extra mile to make me happy. This has been my experience and will continue to come back here!

I had awesome customer service! Mark was such a welcoming guy. He told me the color of the bike I wanted just came in stock and was very nice enough to show me in the storage room. He was also even nice enough to hold on the payment till I come back to buy it. Definitely recommend coming here if you want a motorcycle!

This was the worst experience for service. I was scheduled to have my bike on the first of July so I brought it in the day before. then they tell me they are delayed 5 day. Fine. I get a call back 2 week later saying they got the parts and will schedule it on the 18th of August. FINE! Called on the 19th and they say the bike is sitting there and the computer system in down. The Guy say I will call right back when the system is up again. FINE! Called back on 20th of Aug. asked is you computer system up yet? Turn out the bike is ready for pick up. Get the bike home and look at it there was grease and gunk all over my polished chrome.The customer service is absolutely terrible here.

Extremely disappointed with their service, a tire change, rear brake replacement and oil change should not take a full two weeks. They also priced the rear tire 20% above Revzilla and even though I told them to use OEM recommended oil, they went with a budget oil instead. Consistently promised delivery dates and missed. Will not be returning here, will be driving an additional 20 minutes to Moon Motorsports instead.

Okay part of me wants to rate service desk qt like a 2 or 3 only due to i went in there to fix a muffler chrome cover that fell off got all bent and scratched and yah. The first told me they could purchase any aftermarket slip ons that Id have to do it? Which i found weird but was fine with it and went with their 2nd offer which was to replace the muffler that fell off but they would have to order it and it will take 10 days. Great okay.... quoted me like 250$ along with a new tire at like 150 or something. Guy returns my bike with same bent up old muffler on with running it by mee and 2nd at same rate. All I see that was maybe changed out was a bracket and inner gasket or something maybe but I dont know where 250$ was spent there. Just a little disappointed because if they could have got the muffler on properly and it didnt like jacked od been okay. Seems like cut corners to save money or make up time. But I def payed

Disinterested in anything Slingshot. Interaction with main manager was very disappointing as he was not engaging and simply couldnt be the slightest interested in possible opportunities to grow the brand through a collaborative effort between a large Slingshot group. Guess Ill be taking my business to Altoona, WI. Wow! Just the look on all their faces at the dealer was one of disapproval we were Slingshot enthusiasts! Bad sales team with not enthusiasm! Will never go back!!

Nice dealership - the customer service is good out on the floor and in the parts department as well as apparel. The sales people are fun to chat with about the bikes. Ive never bought a bike from the dealership so not sure how they do pricing and such or if they are open to haggling.The only reason I docked a star is because Ive seen how they handle bikes brought in for repair and how they handle working with insurance; it was more of a hassle then it needed to be for the individual. Im sure maybe there are things that Im unaware of but it seemed more difficult than it had to be. I wish I could do a half star because it wasnt AWFUL but it could have been better.They host demo days as well which is really nice and I enjoy that they work with bike companies to set those up.They also allow demos on their bikes which is not very common at all.

I called to buy a 2021 Slingshot SL thats sitting on their floor for months, spoke to Mr Nate, advised me to send a copy of my DL and insurance card in order to create me a bill of sale. Once I did, claimed I cant do wire transfer, I can only mail a check, which I agreed to, so he can later disappear and avoided my calls. Got a hold of the general manager, Dan Mahan, who now changed his mind, and said no checks over mail are allowed, and can only sell the vehicle if I come in person on which I agreed(had no choice). Asked if I can leave a deposit since I dont want to fly and waste a day and money and someone walks in in meantime and buys it. He advised he cant take my deposit over the phone. I asked if he can give me his word and keep it for me and Ill fly in next day, he refused, and told me since Im out of the state he has no value selling it to me, since I wont be buying parts and service it there, and uses his rights to not sell this vehicle if he wants to. Filing this same complaint against the dealership at BBB and Polaris corporate. Im a business owner and purchased over 300 pieces of equipment in the past couple years, 99% of it Ive never been present or being refused to buy something Im willing to pay for. Its disgrace this human being to be managing any business.As a response to your comment, as I cannot reply to it, nothing has changed, in meantime bought multiple slingshots from dealerships all over US, Motomember in VA, Savannah Motorsports in GA, and RideNow in Concord NC, never had the issue I had with your dealership, also bought two Vanderhals from Indian Triumph in Knoxville, TN... Spoke to Polaris corporate and reported your stone age management, hope your dealership owner will have it in consideration next time they decide to change leadership, as this come from a business owner.

My boyfriend has been looking for a bike for a while, and we live 30 minutes away with busy work schedules. Drove out there one time based on a bike listed on their website. When we got there the guy said the bike sold weeks ago. A couple weeks later another bike was listed on the website, and again we made the trek out to see it. When we asked about it, the sales guy said their website doesn’t differentiate between sold and in stock bikes, so that bike was actually owned by someone and we couldn’t even look at it. Complete waste of our time because they don’t bother to update their website or recode it to differentiate what’s actually for sale or not. Seems like that would be a priority for a business like this?? Why would you go weeks without updating the website and wave off customers who drive to look at bikes that are currently on the website? Super frustrating and bad way to operate business.

Very disappointed in my experience. Was looking at the Indian brand specifically The Chief and Springfield. Was there for maybe 30 minutes sitting on various bikes. Not one salesperson approached me. Went to Harley Davidson right next door and Harley Davidson in Faribault. I think it would be beneficial for Moto to copy HD customer service. I ended up with a HD. At both HD dealerships a salesperson spoke to me within the first 2 minutes of entering business. Seriously didnt think I would end up with a HD. They truly won me over with great customer service. Motoprimo you had better take note as I have no doubt I cant be the only one. Better step it up IMHO.

Stopped in on Saturday to look at an ATV for plowing. Very helpful sales staff asked smart questions, listened to my answers and my frustration with current ATV, and suggested an ATV/plow combo thats a perfect fit for my needs. Im not a big believer in trade-ins, but they offered me a very fair price for my used ATV. Today, two days later, they just delivered my new machine, answered all my questions, and took away the old unit. A very smooth, low/no pressure transaction, with friendly service and a fair price. Will definitely be back.

Disappointed! Freight charge for the Royal Enfield Himalayan of $500.00. No negotiation. The dealer in Minneapolis doesnt charge fright cost and for a $5000.00bike. Really refreshing. Infact the salesman told me they take care of their customers first. So based on this you might not get the quality of service if you bring a bike in for warranty work you bought elsewhere. Sad.

Just got a new Triumph Speedmaster from here. Dean spent a lot of time making sure I had the bike I wanted, let me test drive the 2 I was torn between, and took time to make sure I was comfortable driving away. I never felt like he was being pushy or trying to upsell, he listened and gave opinions and advice when it was helpful.I got a fair deal, and the financing was seriously the least stressful loan I’ve ever received. Of the 90 or so mins I was there seriously 5 mins of it was the financing part, rest was getting to know the bikes and test ride. If you’re looking for anything other than a new Harley make this a destination, and maybe even if you think you want a Harley stop in and see what else is out there, or see if they have any used ones :)

This was my second time purchasing a motorcycle here, but my first time reviewing. I stopped in a few months ago to look at a few different motorcycles, and specifically a 2020 Ducati Monster. Jake Austgen, from the Ducati department was very helpful and knew every detail about any bike I had a question about. After describing my riding style and what I wanted from a motorcycle he suggested I try an adventure style motorcycle, but I was still leaning towards the Monster, more based on looks. Jake never pressured me either way, he just presented pros and cons, was always straightforward, and wanted to make sure we got the best machine that made me happy. We communicated back and forth for a couple months and after looking at the specs and watching reviews, I figured out his first suggestion was spot on and an adventure motorcycle was the right fit. I came in last week and took a Multistrada 950 and a Tiger 900 GT Pro on an awesome back-to-back test drive. We finalized the deal that day and I am now a very happy owner of a new Triumph Tiger. They also gave me a very fair price on my trade in, actually quite a bit more than I would have expected. I would happily do business with Jake again, though judging by my terrific first week owning the Tiger, that will be a quite a few years down the road!

I went in to Motoprimo Motorsports in Lakeville, Mn to check out the new Polaris Slingshots. I was helped by Schyler Steele and his customer service exceeded my expectatios. He was very informational he didnt seem bothered by my numerous questions in person or over the phone ( many times lol ) Schyler wasnt pushy or over the top like some sales people can be. And I got my tinted windshield for my Polaris slingshot s win win in my book. Ill definitely shop with Motoprimo Motorsports in lakeville Mn again in the near future thanks to Schyler Hes kind of like a barber you know when you find a good barber you dont allow any other barber to cut your hair, well hes my go to sales person at Motosports... Brought my 1999 honda goldwing in for a coolant leak, spent $1980.00, rode it twice, still seemed to leak, brought it back, said they could not find a leak, had it there for two weeks !! Claimed it was purging coolent from.overflow, time will tell, also missing two plastic pieces that cover screws on left side of fairing, claim they dont know where they are, lower left driving light out, took it apart and found that the mechanic did not plug it in !!! Wow! They also replaced the seals on my front end, that went very good !!

Im either ignored completely or talked over. Ive got 17 years experience and 5 bikes in my garage; I know what I want/need. This isnt it. I intended to make purchases but left empty handed.

This summer I was in a minor accident with my motorcycle. After experiencing poor service from Tousley Motorsports on previous repairs, I wanted to take my bike to the next closest dealer which was Motoprimo. The staff was generally friendly to deal with, but after a supposed clinical error, my bike was delayed in getting estimated. Once I received my estimate a couple weeks later, I approved Motoprimo to make the repairs. The technicians did a great job replacing my bent wheel and flat tire. However, upon picking up my bike, I was asked to pay the remaining balance of a higher estimate than I was originally given. After weeks of waiting they told me there was a mistake and a check was going to be issued to me for the difference. After 5+ weeks since I picked up my bike, I learned the check was sent to my old address after giving them my new address when I dropped my bike off. 7.5 weeks after dropping my bike off, I finally received a reimbursement check back from Motoprimo.

Great selection and inventory for the brands they sell! I have purchased clothing, parts, and gear at Motoprimo over the past few years and my experiences there have been very positive. I considered purchasing a new motorcycle there in 2018 and worked with Jake in that venture. Although I ended up purchasing a different motorcycle from a brand that is not sold at Motoprimo, Jake was very accommodating and professional, and he and his sales manager did everything they could to put together an attractive offer, including what I considered a very fair trade-in offer for my current bike at the time. Zach in the clothing area is also very helpful and well informed on the brands they sell, and the folks at the parts are great too!

I needed a fresh set of tires mounted/balanced and these folks not only had what I wanted for my sport-touring bike (Michelin Road 5s) but they took a few moments to understand my business---and were able to get the job done the very next morning. Additionally, I brought in my wheels off-the-bike and only paid about $15 more than I was finding these tires for online . The staff here were very friendly and professional. Thanks again gentlemen! High pressure sales tactics, are not afraid of lying to your face to make a sale. Final sales price changed as soon As I went to sign from what I was promised out the door. I don’t recommend buying a motorcycle from these guys. Service department is very competent at a decent rate and will take care of your bike. I can only provide a review about the service representatives because those are the only guys I worked with at this shop. I brought my bike in for drivechain and turn signal issues and my customer service experience was truly horrible. I couldnt get a call back from these guys if my life depended on it. Even more disappointing is that I was assured by the service team that the turn signal issue was fixed, yet I found out within ten minutes of riding that nothing had changed. The turn signal lights still do not consistently light up when I hit the signal. How does that get missed, or more accurately, how does the service team think Im not going to notice they didnt do what they said they did? They still charged me for diagnostics and service of course. I dont know how that is considered an acceptable way of doing business, but Im left feeling like this place is just negligent considering I paid for a service that apparently never occurred. I ate the cost of the turn signal diagnostics and service without bothering to try to get my money back because the thought of trying to get a refund or further service at this shop was far worse than taking the bike elsewhere and paying for the same job a second time. In fairness to the mechanics working on my drivechain and sprockets, that issue seems completely resolved. Still, this shop kept my bike for a whole month (seriously) just to swap out the chain and sprockets and feed me B.S. about my turn signals. To be fair it took 10 days for the drivechain parts to ship in from Ohio, but Motoprimo took almost another full week after getting the chain and sprockets to actually do any work on the bike. Dont risk losing your bike to this place for a month when another shop can get you back on the road to enjoy the already too short riding season we have here in Minnesota.

We received one-on-one attention making sure the helmets fit our particular head shape and that the pads on the jackets fell in the correct location for our bodies to actually protect us if we were to have an collision. We gave them our price point and they stayed within it. There was no pressure to spend more. Will absolutely be giving them more of our business.

Came in to buy and look at some riding accessories. Bob at the parts desk is awesome! He was very friendly and helpful. He even offered a veterans discount. I ride a Harley but Ill be sure to stop by Motoprimo for my riding gear. Just dont tell the jerks next door 🤫🤫🤫🤫
